Hosts are very friendly, responsive, and made sure we were comfortable in the room. Great location— near San Juan beaches and San Fernando town/market, near McDonald's, 7/11, and Southstar Drug.

It was a wonderful stay even for a very short period of time. Very accommodating and responsive host. She helped us find the place because the directions in the app aren’t accurate. Very clean and spacious house. Though, maybe additional toilet or bathroom would be helpful to accommodate large groups. But overall, great peaceful place. Worth the recommendation.

Easy 5 stars for Julie and her listing! It’s soooo clean. It’s spacious, she has so many recommendations and other things available in her place. It feels like home. We all slept so well. She was so accommodating and kept checking up on us. Did I mention that her place is clean? The beds were so well made, the couch kept clean, the kitchen easy to use, and she had all items available for us. Will definitely book again. Thank you!

the place is nice, extreme value for money. and it's a short walk to the beach. the elyu night life is less than a kilometer so it's peaceful but yet still very much accessible. best of both worlds I guess. thanks!

The property is exactly as described and looks even better than the photos. Checking in was a breeze as Ms. Jen was already at the property waiting for us even before we arrived, walked us through the property, and explained the house rules. The owner, Ms. Malou has been very responsive and friendly, it felt like we were staying in a friend’s house and everything we needed were immediately taken cared of. A short walk to the beach and the property has a private entrance and a guard at the gate 24/7. Would 100% recommend.

The place was so nice, a great place to stay. We enjoyed our stay with our family and relatives, so peaceful and comfortable place. Very nice HOME to stay esp. staying at Cabana and kids enjoyed their jacuzzi pool as well. We enjoyed cooking with their complete kitchen utensils, griller and enjoyed their ice maker with our halo halo., PERFECT! It was so peaceful and spacious!!. It has a good internet connection, complete basic kitchen equipment, and a parking spot. It could fit at least 2–3 cars. They need to improve A/C in the bigger room to easily accommodate the temperature transition. Also, the place is close to the beach.

The place is cozy, satisfied guest here. The host is very accomdating, she uodates us every now and then.

My family had a great stay. The unit is at the 3rd floor but we didn't mind the stairs. Check in was easy, the security guard at the gate was courteous. The place is very private and quiet even if it's just a few minute walk from mines view park. The unit has all the declared amenities and is well kept in general, except some fixtures that need minor repairs/replacement. Place is also pet friendly. Carlo was also very responsive with our concerns, definitely a great host. We'd love to stay again for our future Baguio trips.

The location is the main advantage. This is so close to the Cathedral, SM and Session Road. You’ll save money by just walking to tourist spots and no longer need to commute. Amenities are complete, they have all the basic things you need. There is kitchen if you need it and bathroom is spacious. Balcony has a good view of the city. Suggestion: Needs minor renovation and upgrade. The big mirror may be replaced or removed, it is kinda creepy with all the black spots. Book shelves can be removed to have more hallway space and lighter vibes. Overall, this is 100% recommended stay. Thankful for their flexible check in process.

We enjoyed staying here, the place is very clean, cozy and well maintained, feels like home. Check in and out is very smooth. The host Melissa and her assistant Chen is very responsive and accommodating. Parking is near elevator and easy to access. Will definitely book this again.

Very quiet and private place in the mid of CJH. Host very hospitable. Place is charming and comes with free Korean breakfast.
