Nice friendly owner and caretaker . Very good customer service which is most important. Spacious tidy home . Electricity cost payable on checkout is clearly costed and reasonable .

My coworkers family had a wonderful stay at this place. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout their stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

Manong Ben’s house is very cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed staying in the big house, even though we were having a hard time with water at first but manang Lourdes sent maintenance to get the water pumped fixed. The house has an open space which we love so much. Manong Ben and Manang Lourdes are so friendly and kind. Very close to shopping like SM and lots of little markets for easy meals. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house manong Ben. I will certainly recommend this house to my friends.

This is a very nice place to stay. If you are in town, I would suggest it you do have to travel a little to get into town, but it’s well worth it.

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

The place was very clean, and the host was responsive with clear instructions, making the place easy to find. The amenities were just as described, and the location was peaceful and private. I would recommend bringing a car as public transportation and shuttle services can be limited, especially on weekends. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Good house. The house doesn't have window grills but the subdivision is safe so it's not really needed.

We had an amazing stay at Rai’s place. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Also you can feel that Rai has put at lot of effort in making this place homey. We felt at home very easy. Rai is a great host who really made us feel welcomed. Thankyou 🙏🏻will come back when passing by Bacolod.

The stay was enjoyable, and the location was excellent, complete with all the necessary amenities. The small iron was particularly useful, and I really appreciated the tea setup. However, we did encounter a small issue during check-in when the door wouldn’t open, so we had to wait for the owner to come and let us in. We are very grateful that she promptly helped us, especially considering the distance she traveled. The hand soap and shampoo provided were of excellent quality, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the view was fantastic. Air-condition was top notch compared to other spaces this was adequate and could reach my desired cozy temperature of 16 to 18. will be my go to place!

The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the unit. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. It was great to have everything within reach while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. Jenia was an exceptional host. She provided clear instructions and was very responsive to any questions I had. I felt well taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a memorable vacation. I would love to come back!

My wife and I stayed here from the last week of March until April 1st, and we had a great experience. The place is fantastic, with the added benefit of being able to cook, which helps save a lot of money. The unit is exactly as advertised. Ms. Yvette was very responsive to my queries and requests, always going above and beyond to assist us. The unit is stocked with condiments like soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and we were also provided with rice and water. Cleaning supplies and equipment were available for us to use to keep the unit tidy. There are also nearby establishments, including a 24-hour minimart, Felicias, and Imays. One of the highlights of the unit is the balcony inside the bedroom. The mountain view and the sight of planes passing by truly make you feel at home. While the house could use a bit of maintenance, we really enjoyed our stay overall. The only downside is that the condo management charges for the use of the gym and pool.

Sir Rolen is always available, flexible and friendly. Nice terrace with view to Mount Kanlaon. Friendly and safe neighbourhood. Calm and peaceful place. Walking distance to Panaad Park, an eucalyptus forest, where Bacolodnans come for physival exercise. Walking distance to small shops, markets, laundry and eateries where you get everthing one needs.

I can easily recommend this house, and we had no complaints :)

Was unable to find the property since we arrived a little later than usual and it was really dark but, Kaira, the host was helpful enough to sort the matter out with Airbnb. Will definitely try to go back and actually use the place next time.

The host was very responsive and friendly. Arrived late (early morning) but still we were accommodated and welcomed. Place was peaceful and quiet but near the city center (10min drive). Walking distnace to Supermarket, laundry and eateries. Excellent stay in Bacolod!
