Nice place. Well maintained and comfortable. Only issue was not having wifi, but it forced me to avoid work and enjoy my vacation. 😊

Location of the condo is accessible to wherever you want to go(SM, Ayala Mall) either by private car or public transportation. NGC is within walking distance, Lopuez grocery is also across the street. Don’t feel like cooking, McDonalds is just a stone throw away as well as other small restaurants. There’s a 24 hr roving security. My kids enjoyed much the weekend night market just a block away from the condo. Our host Ronald is very responsive to any questions we had. His place made us feel as if we had never left our own home. We highly recommend it to anybody planning to visit the City of Smiles of Bacolod.

Unit was clean, spacious, and was very "remote work" friendly. I really appreciate the fact that she had condiments for cooking and a medicine kit which was a first for me in all my AirBnb stays. Miss Kaye was also responsive, helpful, and polite. I do hope that I can stay at her place the next time I visit Bacolod.

The place is very spacious and is very clean. We like the extra little details like having charging cables and adaptors, first aid kits, and office supplies. The location is safe with security at the gate and is conveniently located close to a grocery and other restaurants. Highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home for several days! The place felt incredibly homey and was equipped with all the amenities we needed for a perfect home-away-from-home vacation. It was also conveniently located near shops, dining options, and supermarkets, making it easy to explore the area and find everything we needed. As a family of four with two small children, we were thrilled with our choice. My little boy had a fantastic time and loved every moment of our stay. It's my second time booking Anna Rhoda's place and it still didn't disappoint. The place had decent wifi and the kitchen was complete with tools you'd need for preparing simple meals. Her unit is spacious for a small group. Though I only stayed there with my brother, I think I'd return there with other family members in the future. I highly recommend her place if you're looking for a worthwhile staycation with your family.

Highly recommended place and hosts! Everything was great - location, place, check-in, communication. The location is in a developing business park, so its peaceful and no crowds. McDonald's is like a 3 minute walk. A little further is a main road with supermarkets and restaurants. Landers and a night market are also nearby. The place is cozy and clean. Beds are comfortable. In the pantry, we only used the fridge and water heater, which were very convenient. Basic cutlery are provided. The hosts were very considerate to accommodated a request for our kid. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Renz is very responsive when it comes to inquiries and he also gave clear instructions on how to checkin and checkout. He is also very considerate of his guests and allowed us to checkout an hour later than the checkout time. His place was exactly as it looks like in his listing! It has everything a vacationer needs. Toiletries, tissue, and towels are provided for each guest. The unit also have complete dinnerware, microwave, refrigerator and utensils for cooking. The interior, fast internet and readily available netflix makes the place very cozy! And let's not forget the very comfortable bed and pillows that makes your sleep really well after a day's exploring! Will definitely choose to stay here again the next time we go to Bacolod! Highly recommended. 💯

Perfect place to stay when in Bacolod. Grail's place is clean and smells good. I like that it only has the things that the guests would need during the stay - very functional. It also has a gated garage which is good if you have a car. I booked her place last minute due to some mishaps in my previous airbnb and she was accommodating and responsive. She let me stay with my dogs which I really appreciate! The place has a fast internet connection which allowed me to do my work with no problems. And netfllix and youtube too, for the guests entertainment. Her place is highly recommended and I'll surely come back again.

This place is highly recommended! It’s beside Robinsons Place Mandalagan and has a walkway connected to it which is a plus. The place is spacious and clean. Pool is also free on the 14th floor. Perfect for a staycation! Ms. Charina was also very accommodating. All in all, our stay for almost a week is definitely worth it.
