The room was clean, and look like on pictures. The washing machine was working well, the bathtub was great. I enjoyed the balcony view. The hotel itself is luxurious, however one lift was in maintenance. Will stay again. The host was responsive and accommodating.

The place is exactly like the photos. Check in & check out procedures are simple and hassel free. There is a few little stores and laundry matt across the road. The roof top pool and restaurant is very nice and can also eat downstairs in front of the pool. The apartment is away from the hustle and its so peaceful & you can easily get a side car or grab to the main action and shopping malls and it's so cheap. There is security at the main entrance so you always feel safe, even walking around outside is safe. The room was very clean and the bed is so comfortable! All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and dealing with Kaye was so easy and she's very responsive. Make sure you book this place, you won't be disappointed!!! Tears was the highlight of our stay here. We had minimal issues but she addressed them promptly and took accountability of these issues. Super nag enjoy kami ng whole family ko. ang ganda at ang linis ng place. Super cozy ng place at nkakatamad na lumabas pag nasa loob na kami. Very accessible din sa lahat at napaka lapit pa sa mall. will definetely book your place again pag nag visit ulet kami sa pampanga.

Emman was very friendly and accommodating. He replies promptly and is easy to talk to. The caretakers in the home were very helpful and they were always smiling, we felt well taken care of during our stay. The rooms were very clean and properly maintained, all the amenities were available and well thought of. We didn’t need to ask for anything else because all that we needed during our stay were readily available. The kids loved the pool, billiards and pingpong table. The jacuzzi’s temperature was perfect for our late night dip, even our parents and aunts stayed until late because of the warm temperature in the jacuzzi which gave us plenty of time for our family bonding. The only regret that we have is we only booked one night! It would be a delight to stay here for 2-3 nights next time. Thanks to Emman and your team!

The place is aesthetic! We loved the feels at home vibe! It was a pleasant and enjoyable stay although, short. Wish we could have stayed longer, too bad it was booked for the next set of guests. The host was very responsive and accomodating. Will definitely consider going back again.

Second time staying here, and definitely one of my favorites.

The place has the perfect and calming view of mt arayat. It is also clean and the bed, pillows and etc feels like you’re in a 5 star hotel. I enjoyed the shower as well since it has hot and cold option and the water current is good. Will definitely come back.

Thank you for letting us stay. Just two comments, master’s bedroom sometimes have bad smell which we couldnt figure out where it was coming from but smells like sewer smell discharge. But bathroom didnt have that smell though. Second was the bedsheet for the extra bed, it looks like it was super used and have already rips maybe from washing too hard. Probably double check it next time before providing them to guests. Nonetheless, family and I were very happy with our stay.

Great housekeeper. Kandi 3 has an excellent billiards table in the lobby which was a bonus. Staff in lobbby bar/restaurant were superb. The only slight issue was wifi that kept dropping out, but it was manageable and affected other guests too, not just this unit.

The room is affordable, especially for four persons. The hosts were responsive, and gave us freebies during our stay. Had a great stay here with my friends. Totally worth it <3

My Family really loves the location specially these units of Luz and Antonio, that’s why keep on coming back, and will always comeback for all our clark vacations. Building - People here are very respectful. Koreans in this S3 Building knows when to shut the noise/loud talkings once they entered the building specially the elevators. I feel like they are very pinoy in this building. 😅 Water - high pressure at all times. Shower all you want. Parking - A LOT of spots/slots. Just be mindful this place is very peaceful so be easy of accelerators if you have loud mufflers. 🙌 Security - Highly secured, friendly guards. 😊 Unit and CR - super clean, no bad odors from plumbing/sewer lines. AC - super cool. No bad odors, can’t smell any. ❤️ Curtains - Can really blackout the place if you want some extended sleep at day time. 🛌 Balcony - super relaxing, fresh air.😌 Laundry machine - new and easy to use. We love this, as the location is very ideal for walking/running, we can just wash ou
