A perfect overnight stay for a layover in Manila. Close to lots of Grab Food options, easy to get in and out of and located in a nice neighbourhood. Would highly recommend for any airport layovers. You can see Terminal 3 from the balcony window. Perfect for what we were looking for.

This was our first time having a host personally accompany us to the room, explaining all the facilities and the dos and don’ts. The host even gave us a tour of the unit and showed us how everything works. He is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even with our super late check-in time. The place truly felt like home—everything you need is there. The location is very accessible, and the host even suggested nearby night markets, which added to the experience. The building is also very safe—you need to tap the access card to enter, exit, and even go to your designated floor. The high-tech features added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

Homee Philippines was an excellent location for me and my girlfriend. 7 - 10 minute walk to the Greenbelt/Landmark area where you can find an array of different upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, and fine clothing. Overall, the apartment is very modern, with TV’s in both bedroom and living room, clean and a fabulous view of the city :)

Location was perfect given that a lot of restaurant choices and services available nearby. It is also important to me that my family stayed in a safe place which is what Diane’s unit was all about.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

The place has complete amenities and provides all of our basic need like, towel, shampoo, and body wash. The kitchen is complete as well and we were able to use their pots and kitchen utensils. The place is very spaceous as well.

Pingpong and Basketball Court with pools was a plus when I had my family over to visit me. I wish there was a volleyball too! This was a very wonderful stay closer to TAGAYTAY. If you want to hit up nice BARS I’d suggest drive to Tagaytay at night around 11 PM so no Traffic and come back the same day. Otherwise I’d recommend Chop House Restaurant and Bar in San Pedro about 20 minutes drive which is a great vibe with live band goo foods. Walking distance to supermarket and near Vista Mall/ Ayala Mall/Paseo/Nuvali/

Die Unterkunft ist optimal geeignet, um mit einer philippinischen Familie eine schöne und erholsame Zeit zu verbringen. Urlauber, die hingegen eine Unterkunft mit vorwiegend europäischen Annehmlichkeiten erwarten, werden vermutlich eher enttäuscht sein. Meine Familie sowie die Familien der Geschwister meiner Frau hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und die Kinder hatten jede Menge Spaß im Pool. Einige Bereiche könnten zwar noch die ein oder andere Modernisierung vertragen (Küche), aber ansonsten ist die Unterkunft geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen. Für Aufenthalte mit größeren Familien eine ganz klare Empfehlung unsererseits.

Ms. Nenita was very accommodating to our group. She accepted our booking even at the last minute, and we checked in around 10 p.m. She provided clear instructions to ensure we found the house easily. The place was well-kept, and all amenities were in good working order. The place is overall highly recommendable.

The place is incredibly clean and spacious, perfect for a group of people. We had a fantastic time there. The kitchen is great, and everything needed for cooking was provided. We had a blast singing until 2 a.m. without any worries of being interrupted. The location is very private and secure. I can say it’s worth staying there!

While the AC is in the living room, it still kept the whole apartment comfortable. It was a bit warmer in the mid-afternoon, but come 6PM, it was nice and chilly. Love that the listing was spacious and clean. Will definitely book again.p

The location is convenient, making it easy to get to and from the airport, which was a huge plus for us. The condo itself is well-kept and comfortable, offering all the amenities I needed for a short stay. The area can be a bit noisy at times due to its proximity to the airport.

We had an amazing stay at Winnie’s! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Winnie was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and made sure I felt right at home.
