If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Split, then I highly encourage this bijou villa in Klis. Beautifully decorated, high quality linen, exceptional views across Split. The main house is ideal for a couple plus two children sharing a room, the second tiny ‘honeymoon villa’ is just across the path was perfect for our teenager so she could have her own space (and own WiFi). Parking close to the villa wasn’t easy with very narrow roads (get a small car) but providing you are able bodied the short 2 minute uphill walk is totally doable. Bruna the host was extremely responsive and we met the helpful home owner too when he came to clean the pool and replace gas bottle. We also had a nice surprise of a mid holiday cleaner who changed the beds, towels and emptied bins. WiFi doesn’t extend to pool area or upstairs bedrooms but is a good strength downstairs and in the ‘honeymoon villa’. Fabulous experience, would highly recommend.

Een hele mooie villa, op 18 minuten met de uber van de clubs in split. Liggend in een mooi klein dorpje net buiten split. 2 supermarkten in de buurt en een café op 50m afstand. Milan reageerde snel en leverde het huis heel keurig aan! Ook regelde we via hem het raften. (Kleine tip neem veel cash mee!)

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Kroatien. Die Unterkunft war ein Traum! Der Blick vom Balkon aus, direkt auf das Meer, war super entspannend. Die Anlage hat den Bildern und den Angaben entsprochen. Der Service vom Haus war spektakulär. Dora, die fleißige Fee, hat auf Wunsch alles erfüllt. Sie hat das Haus fleißig gereinigt, auf Wunsch auch täglich. Jure, der Concierge, hat auch jeden Wunsch erfüllt, wenn dies gewünscht ist. Er hat viele Tipps zum Essen gehen uns gesagt und hat uns viele Freizeitangebote angeboten. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir hatten auch den Service des Chefkochs gebucht, hier muss es jeder für sich entscheiden, ob dies dem Gaumen entspricht. Wir fanden es gut. Wir wollten ursprünglich unsere Fahrräder mitbringen, dies ist nicht zu empfehlen, nicht allein wegen der Anfahrt, sondern ist es in dieser Region nicht machbar. Das Haus würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen und waren mit allem Rund um sehr zufrieden.

Bruno as a host is one of the best I have come across. Very warm and welcoming, so respectful and very genuine in saying he wants to make sure you have the best holiday when staying here. The place it self is in beautiful surroundings, rooms are huge and so clean and well maintained. basketball is great, swimming pool awesome. Don't hesitate to book, highly recommend.

Eine absolute Empfehlung,die Villa ist Luxus pur und es fehlt einem an nichts, super eingerichtet,alles absolut sauber,alles was das Herz begehrt von Pool,Whirlpool, Playstation, Kino,Unmengen an Spielen wie Tischtennis, Volleyball,Badminton (alle Spielgeräten vorhanden), die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet,dass man braucht,der Kühlschrank war sogar befüllt,da wir sonntags anreisten,Ivan ist der beste Host,den man nur haben kann,hat uns stets Empfehlungen gegeben,alle Restaurants für uns reserviert,um Ausflüge gekümmert,selbst als wir einen Arzt gebraucht haben,hat er sich sofort gekümmert,unglaublich nett,herzlich und aufrichtig, tut euch etwas Gutes und bucht die Villa 😀Danke für Alles

We had 8 people in the villa for a week and everything went perfect. I was a bit worried about the noise from overflying airplanes but it wasn´t bad at all. The villa was very calm and near shops and the beach. Bikes and scooters were a very nice addition and we used them daily. Djana was a great host and answered all my questions fast. I would strongly recommend this villa for a vacation.

This is a beautiful villa with a lovely pool, plenty of space and every amenity you could need for a relaxing holiday. Well off the beaten track so would recommend a car. Karlo and his father were great hosts and we would definitely stay here again.

Polecam!!! Super dom zgodny z opisem. Niedaleko do plaży, sklepów itd. Bezproblemowa komunikacja z Ivanem, zawsze odpowiadał na nasze pytania i był bardzo przyjazny! Polecam!

We were travelling as a group of 9, including 2 teenagers and 2 children under 10, and this villa accommodated us all perfectly. There was ample space to socialise or enjoy quiet moments apart, striking the ideal balance. The top-of-the-line kitchen facilities gave us the option to stay in, and with groceries delivered, we could easily store a week’s worth of food. The high-tech TVs kept the younger ones entertained with their favourite shows. The rear of the villa, with its stunning sea view, is slightly off south-facing so the garden has plenty of sunlight for sunbathing, while the pool stays shaded until lunchtime, perfect for the kids who played for hours in the morning. Croatia’s landscape is breathtaking, and from the villa, you can enjoy views of both the sea and hills. It’s the nicest villa on the hill and truly felt like a home from home. The team have done an excellent job, and we can’t wait to return. We highly recommend this villa for a perfect stay!

Host was super helpful and responsive to our questions and requests. This property is ideally located to the water, coffee shops (Cookie Lab is great!), restaurants and downtown to the markets and palace! We were very comfortable here with the 6 of us. We downloaded the WOLT app (similar to the US DoorDash app) making groceries and food for some meals easy. Tons of Ubers around within 1-3 minutes to get to different locations, Highly recommend

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in Gordans Villa in Split! Die Lage ist ideal und gut erreichbar, sodass wir ohne Probleme anreisen konnten. Die Villa war makellos sauber, was uns gleich ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Gordan war ein unglaublich freundlicher Gastgeber und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom schönen Pool, der perfekt für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen ist. Insgesamt eine wundervolle Erfahrung – wir können Gordans Villa nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I have celebrated my birthday at the villa and our experience exceeded any expectations. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, private, spotless clean, with short walking distance to the sea and local restaurants. It’s only a short drive to Split or Trogir. But what made our stay unforgettable is the host! Edita made us feel home, helped with any questions and recommendations, anything we needed was given to us instantly. She greeted us with a delicious birthday cake, cookies and juice, which was a wow moment. She is so accommodating, attentive and caring that I can’t imagine a better host. I would totally recommend her and her villa to everyone as experience with Edita is worth every cent you’ve spent. And we will be happy to come back again!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Family. For our group it was very nice to have a separate living space so we could also have some time to ourselves. Some of our group loved to be able to walk down to the grocery store and beach each day, but it was also nice to be able to spend time at the property. The view was unbeatable. Megy was very helpful in helping us arrange taxis. My favourite was the large outdoor table on the terrace so we could all dine together!

Sehr schönen Unterkunft, alles wie auf den Bildern. Kristian ist ein sehr netter und einfacher Gastgeber. Alles sehr Gastfreundlich, Kuchen und Getränke direkt da gewesen was sehr nett ist. Der Pool wurde von unser jeden Tag genutzt. Mit einer Freundesgruppe eine super Unterkuft. Einziger Minuspunkt, ist die Bundesstraße direkt unterhalb des Grundstückes. Daher ist es schon recht laut. Trotzdem alles in Allem, klasse Unterkunft.

Exzellente Unterkunft mit traumhafter Aussicht🌅. Alles super sauber 🫧. Auf der Terasse sind auch 2 Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Es wäre aber noch Top wenn es für den Essenstisch außen eine Überdachung gibt, sollte aber niemanden von der Buchung abhalten. Alles in allem vergeben wir (8 Personen im Alter von 25 - 32 Jahren) klare 5 ⭐️

The house was amazing, big spaces everything brand new and clean. The pool was great and the host was amazing, meeting us when we arrived and explaining everything. It is a little far out from the city and you need Ubers or a car to get anywhere but other than that it’s great , especially for a big group!

absolutely fabulous place!! jacuzzi and pool were both really warm and beautiful lit up. Extremely well equipped place! pool table, table tennis, bikes, table football etc. Very spacious also plus the host could not have been any more helpful.

Wir haben kurzfristig die Unterkunft von Iris gebucht und waren überaus zufrieden. Wir wurden mit kaltem Getränken im Kühlschrank nettem Spielzeug für den Pool, Kaffeekapseln und allem, was man für den Start benötigt, empfangen. Boris hat uns super Einkaufstipps und nette Restaurants empfohlen. Die Lage ist großartig. In wenigen Schritten ist man am Meer. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und bedanken uns für den großartigen Aufenthalt.

This is our second year in the row renting the house. We love it and hope to come back again. Mihovil is a great host. He is very helpful and generous. He bought groceries for us when we arrived late from the airport. He also made dinner for us with local delicacies. It is very easy to have contact with him. The house is very big and perfect for a large party of people. The outside area is very good for children since it is secluded. Our children had a lot of fun in the pool area. The surroundings are beautiful. The stoone beach, wich is in walking distances, was lovely. There are restaurants close by. It is perfect to be able to buy newly baked bread in the store on the ground floor of the house. We walked with our 4 and 5 year old children to the beach and town. We also took a boot trip on the river that I recommend everyone to do.

Very helpful host from time of booking to check out. Would highly recommend. Villa was stunning with beautiful views.

Wir haben Nenad und Vedrana als ganz tolle Gastgeber kennengelernt. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und die Unterkunft wurde mit ihren Details vor Ort übergeben. Alles war so wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos gezeigt, Details wurde erläutert und Hilfestellung bei der Freizeitgestaltung angeboten. Das nahmen wir gerne in Anspruch und es war einfach klasse. Die Kommunikation war während des gesamten Aufenthaltes hervorragend und Nenad war immer ansprechbar. Wir können uns einfach nur herzlich für einen tollen Urlaub bedanken und kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful and quiet location. The house had great facilities like the heated pool and PS5. Overall, it was a very relaxing place. It took roughly 25 minutes in a taxi to get to the centre of Split, where there was a lot to do. The host was also extremely helpful, nice and responsive, which made the holiday a lot easier.

We had a magical stay at Petar's house. The house fit all 11 of us extremely well and was well suited to a beautiful family vacation. The pool was beautiful and very spacious and our kids had a wonderful time playing in it. The surrounding vistas of the mountains only added to the ambiance. Petar's son was extremely communicative and gave us a number of great suggestions as to what to visit and we felt extremely well taken care of. We absolutely loved Croatia and are definitely coming back!

Can’t say enough positive things about this house. It was everything we could have hoped for. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location could not be beat. It was close enough (about a 25 minute walk) to Trogir that you could easily be near food and shops, but not the packed crowds of Split. We loved the beach across the street, but make sure to bring water shoes because the beach is rocky. We used the paddle board Kaja provided in the sea and had an amazing time in the pool as well. There were three turtles living on the property that my daughter loved. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning kept us cool in the hot summer. I can’t think of anything I would change to improve the place. Well worth the money!
