Bad Reichenhall : locations de maisons de vacances

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

Unser Aufenthalt war für uns 8 super. Wir fanden die Unterkunft gemütlich & haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Harald war sehr nett, entspannt und hat uns gute Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben. Für unseren 3-tägigen Mini-Skiurlaub war es zudem echt voll in Ordnung, dass der nächstes Skilift in Scheffau (schönes Skigebiet) nur ca. 30min entfernt war. Wir freuen uns, wenn wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen können. Harald's Bleibe ist aus meiner/unserer Sicht sehr zu empfehlen. Liebe Grüße, Konstanze

Ein wirklich sehr tolles Haus. Leider waren wir nur ein Wochenende, wären gerne länger geblieben. Ich werde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Beautiful home and beautiful view! We loved our stay and Tanja & Markus were very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to stay outside the city center.

Wir hatten als Gruppe eine wundervolle Zeit! Die Unterkunft ist mit sehr viel liebe gestaltet und wirklich Blitzblank. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und die Unterkunft hat einen ganz besonderen Charme! Vielen Dank Christof wir kommen wieder 🙂👌

Wir waren sechs Personen in der Unterkunft. Der Check in war sehr unkompliziert. Beeindruckend war die Raumaufteilung auf so wenig Wohnfläche. Auch das jedes Zimmer ein vollwertiges Bad hat. Die Höhe im „Dachgeschoss“ wirkt auf den Bilder höher. Als Erwachsener kann man sich dort aber nur auf allen vieren bewegen. Außerdem gibt es keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit oder Sichtschutz. Die Spülmaschine ist eine tolle Bereicherung in der Küche. Das Raumklima ist fantastisch. Wir haben die Sauna benutzt. Dort sind auch die Saunatücher & Aufguss dabei.

Perfect place to stay in for a Kitzbühel ski trip! We loved the chalet, hot tub, sauna, and proximity to the slopes (7 min drive). 10/10 recommend. Thank you for the wonderful stay Magdalena! 😊

Beautiful country side place to stay, close to nature. Easy access to Salzburg and many other places in Germany. The house has all the amenities etc. I would recommend to stay at David’s place

Kerstins Haus befindet sich in einem wunderschönen Tal nahe an der Saalach und ist von den schönsten Bergen umgeben. Zum Fluss sind es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten. Insbesondere Kinder können dort hervorragend spielen und z. B. Dämme aus Steinen bauen, Steine über das Wasser springen lassen und Steintürme bauen. (stone-balancing) In der nahen Umgebung sind die besten Skigebiete der Welt. Fieberbrunn mit Anschluss an den Skizirkus Saalbach Hinterglemm - Leogang ist ca. 35 Minuten entfernt. Zell am See ist auch sehr gut erreichbar. Zum Familienskigebiet Almenwelt Lofer sind es mit dem Auto nur 4 Minuten. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Der schöne Kachelofen sorgt für eine behagliche Wärme. Insgesamt fehlt es an nichts. Das Haus ist freistehend und hat einen großen, gepflegten Garten mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Garage durften wir ebenfalls benutzen. Kerstin ist äußerst freundlich und immer erreichbar. Klare 10 von 10! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Christine was wonderful-she left us homemade apricot sauce and h/m almond cookies, bread, creamer. Coffee maker that grinds beans. Wifi was excellent & the washing machine & dryer worked great. Beds very comfortable with lots of pillows & blankets, and the most comfortable chair/ottoman combo I've ever used. We chose a place on Salzburg outskirts because of the dearth of airbnb's in the city. Being in a small town was both a plus and a minus. The plus is the peaceful surroundings & gorgeous views (big windows) of farm fields, the Alps & quaint houses. The minus is that it was more difficult to get to Salzburg Old Town than I expected. If you have a car, it's no problem, but we didn't. There is a train station 7 minutes walk, but often you need to take one that is 17 minutes walk and transfer one or more times; 20 minute walk to grocery store & restaurants. Many thanks to Christine for her generosity and kindness; she made our stay very pleasant.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich traumhaft. Die Gastgeber waren wirklich sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten etwas Bammel mit unserem Auto durch den Schnee zu kommen, und wurden freundlicherweise zum Ski Lift gefahren und abgeholt das war wirklich sehr nett. Wir würden auf jeden Fall empfehlen bei Schnee Schneeketten anzubringen oder die 250m vor dem verschneiten Weg zu parken und den Rest zu laufen das geht auch problemlos (wenn man kein geübter Schneefahrer ist so wie wir). Die Unterkunft selbst war bezaubernd und wirklich sehr privat, ideal für Pärchen, die etwas Ruhe suchen. Die private Sauna und der Whirlpool waren das absolute Highlight aber auch der Aufbau und das Design des Chalets hat uns sehr zugesagt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Second time we stayed here for our winter holidays. Surroundings are beautiful and the house is just perfect to stay with a larger group (4 families with kids in our case) thanks to the large living and dining area, the deck and the outside area. Communication has been smooth throughout. Recommended!

Peer is a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative! He was super flexible with our late arrival (traveling with two babies), provided all the necessary information about the house, and was always happy to help with any request, like an extra heater. He also gave us great recommendations for local places to visit and eat. Peer’s house is even bigger than it looks in the photos! The living room is huge, the garden must be amazing in the summertime, and the surrounding views are absolutely breathtaking. This was my first holiday in the German Alps, but as a complete package—host, house, location, and atmosphere—I don’t think we could have found anything better! The village has plenty of great spots to try local cuisine and family-friendly attractions. If you love walking, there are beautiful trails right on your doorstep, and within a 30-minute drive, you can discover some truly stunning places and scenic routes. Would we recommend it? 200% yes!

Das Haus liegt nur 15 Gehminuten zu Fuß vom See. Im Haus ist viel Platz und es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem der obere Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Esstisch ist gemütlich. Zur unteren Wohnung gehört eine Terasse, auf der bis spät nachmittags im Februar die Sonne scheint. Julia war sehr entgegenkommend. Weil es möglich war durften wir früher ein und später auschecken. We stayed for 2 nights as a group of 4 adults and 1 kid and had a wonderful time. Andreas was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start. The house was clean, cozy, and had a great kitchen which made our stay very comfortable. He shared some great local tips that really helped us make the most of our time in Salzburg. On checkout day, he even helped us bring our bags to the station - such a thoughtful gesture that allowed us to explore the city stress-free. And his cat, Telo, was so sweet and friendly! Highly recommend staying here. Thank you Andreas, for the amazing hospitality!

很温馨的度假小屋，门前有一块漂亮的草坪，还有小朋友玩的蹦蹦床，离萨尔茨堡差不多半小时的路程，能够领略奥地利的乡间风光，非常值得推荐。。

Roman was an excellent host. The stay was amazing. The house was very clean perfect location. Do yourself a favor and stay at this place if you’re visiting Salzburg you will not regret it.

Our stay at Anke’s place was fabulous. It felt like our home from the moment we entered. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The fireplace was lovely to have during winter and the pre Christmas season. We also loved being walking distance to the bakery cafe, the Italian restaurant and the supermarket. We made great use of the bikes provided to explore the lake and surrounding towns. Anke and Tom were super friendly and helpful and I really don’t know what I would have done without them.

It’s a great place to stay. We enjoyed the view, the silence and the atmosphere. The jacuzzi is a plus!

As always, a wonderful stay in this beautiful house! It always feels like a home from home! Thank you!
