Baden District : locations de vacances avec sauna

I faced a minor issue with a door code during check-in, but the host immediately fixed the issue. Everything was clean and comfortable; I didn't have any issues with the apartment itself. The location is good as well, there's an underground nearby, and you can easily get to the city center in 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place to you if you're planning to visit Vienna!

We had a great stay. The place was roomy,convenient for walking and buses and so clean. Monika is easily accessible for any questions. We will stay here again.

This place was perfect for the last night of our trip to Vienna. It was an easy 20 minute ride to the airport. Easy check-in. And check out. The breakfast was a nice touch as well. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The sauna was an extra bonus for some nice relaxation after our travels. In a small town so doesn’t look like there is much to do but we were there to just relax and unwind before our trip home and it was perfect.

Thomas is an excellent host. Our flight got in an hour early and we showed up at his door at 7am, but he was very accommodating and welcoming. The apartment looks just like the photos, and is within a five minute walk of cafes, supermarkets, restaurants and a pharmacy. Easy access to central Vienna. Would stay again and highly recommend.

It was a good Airbnb for one night, the theme in it was pretty cool. The owners did accuse us of making damage to a speaker but then took back the statement, so overall was a mediocre apartment. Also the WiFi connection is terrible inside.

If you need a parking space in Vienna, this is the place for you. Although a bit far from the city centre, it is very close to the train station.

Excellent apartment close to transport made travelling around Vienna very easy. Apartment had excellent views and was clean, tidy and spacious.

Nicolas replied to us promptly. The location is great and the flat is clean. It’s a spacious 1+1 apartment with a nice layout. The area is quiet and right next to a big park, metro and supermarket which is perfect for kid. We enjoyed everything about our stay here. We definitely will come back again .

The apartment was great; modern, stunning views (above the roofs of Vienna) and centrally located right outside the first district. Wilfried was super friendly and very responsive—when the apartment got a little cold we could call him and he instantly increased the temperature. It is definitely worth to rent again next time we’re back.

Benny hat uns zuvorkommend und mit viel Wiener Charme die Wohnung und die Umgebung gezeigt. Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Die Wohnung ist sensationell gelegen (Nahe U-Bahn und Donaustrand mit vielen Bars und Restaurants). Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber, gemütlich und was wir während unserem Aufenthalt sehr schätzten (Aussentemperatur zwischen 30 und 35 Grad): Sie hat eine Klimaanlage. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Wien sind werden wir gerne wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Norbert.Die Betten waren sehr bequem und qir haben Eichhörnchen im Garten gesehen.

Wir waren 9 Pers. vor Ort & 1 Hund. Die ehemalige Gaststätte wird liebevoll von der Besitzerin geführt. Sie war für alle Fragen immer zu erreichen & hat sich sofort gekümmert! Sie hat uns auch einen Tisch im Gasthaus Leitner reserviert! Leute: geht unbedingt dort essen! Bestes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Regionale Küche! Spitze! Man kann dort auch spazieren, Schlitten fahren & Eisstockschießen! Die Unterkunft ist riesig mit großem Aufenthalts-/Speiseraum & Großküche mit allen Geräten & Riesentöpfe, das man auch für viele kochen kann! Es ist ein Kickertisch, sowie zahlreiche Gesellschaftsspiele vorhanden. Der Kamin in der Beschreibung ist ein Kachelofen der so einfach nicht benutzt werden kann. Aber die Fußbodenheizung & die gute Isolierung reichen vollkommen aus! Der Hot Tube ist nicht einfach in der Benutzung, er muss erst befüllt & mit Holzfeuer beheizt werden, deshalb haben wir ihn nicht benutzt. I came to Vienna for world championships in kickboxing and Muay Thai. We were a team of 5 people so we needed a house. This location was great and we had everything by we needed in the house. Yet if you are looking for an easy travel even though the train systems in Vienna are super easy you will need a car to stay at this place. Nothing is close especially if you are looking to even go do quick groceries. Yet everything was exactly as stated, along with a sauna which was awesome. Also host is extremely responsive and helpful :)

We hebben een geweldige kerstvakantie gehad. Fijne communicatie. We waren veel vroeger aangekomen. Dat was geen probleem. Alles wat je maar kon bedenken was aanwezig. Fijn ontvangst. Host was altijd beschikbaar voor advies. En uitchecken was ook heel flexibel. In overleg konden wij zelf bepalen hoelaat we wouden gaan. Kortom echt een aanrader.

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Man hat alles was man braucht und vor allem Ruhe. Die Kommunikation mit Martin verlief problemlos. Wir hatten ein schönes und entspanntes Wochenende zu dritt mit Freunden. Hätten auch locker noch ein paar Tage länger ausgehalten.

We stayed at Izabela's Home while visiting Vienna for a week in September 2024. Her home is absolutely stunning, warm, and welcoming. The home offers lots of seating in the living room/dining room to socialize. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you may need. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are beautifully appointed and decorated. The home is located on a small side street and is within walking distance to the public transport (bus), with connection into downtown Vienna. Izabela is absolutely wonderful, is extremely responsive, and takes exceptional care of her customers. We truly appreciated the small snacks and other items which she placed in the refrigerator before our arrival. Honestly, this was one of the best experiences ever, and when we return to Vienna, we will most definitely stay with Izabela again. Thank You for letting us stay at your absolutely amazing home! Thanks again for making this trip a truly memorable one!

Super oer Fahrrad, Zug, Auto erreichbar. Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend, man kann sich schnell entspannen. Wunderschön beladene Wohnung, lädt auch zum verweilen ein falls man mal schlechtes Wetter haben sollte. Danke Sonja, war eine entspannende Kurzreise zu Euch!
