Karin and Michael kindly share their beautiful location. The house is authentic and at the same time equipped with all modern conveniences. Beautiful views of all the greenery around the house. Within walking distance of the woods and hills around Vienna and close to several shops and restaurants. By tram to the center is very easy to do. The apartment has fine beds, a nice bathroom and a user-friendly kitchen. All in all a great place and very friendly hosts. Recommended!

I stayed within this accommodation during 1 week and felt like at home. The apartment is well kept to the detail level. Gabriela and her son Toma are very kind people who provided me with all the needed things including extra tips for a first time Vienna visitor. The apartment is just few meters from the Neulaa metro station (basically you can reach every point of Vienna in few minutes). I will strongly recommend this airbnb without any reservation. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Personen. Durch die Nähe der U Bahn ist man super schnell in der Innerenstadt und am Bahnhof. Die Ausstattung ist auch sehr gut gewesen für die paar Tage, die wir da waren. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber gewesen und durch die Lage auch ruhig, die Straße hört man nur leise. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :)

Wir haben am Wochenende einen Kurztripp nach Wien gemacht. Die Wohnung von Mato war großartig. Die Möbel und die komplette Ausstattung der Wohnung sind perfekt. Alles war sehr sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die U Bahn war in knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir genossen auch den Balkon bei herrlichem Wetter. Auch der Check in und die Kommunikation klappen hervorragend. Es war ein wunderschönes Wochenende. Die Wohnung verdient auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne. Es entsprach alles wie im Inserat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Aufenthalt in Ursulas (Uschis) Ferienwohnung war einmalig schön. Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Geschmack und hochwertig eingerichtet. Bei Ankunft war alles pikobello sauber. Uschi hat sämtliche "Sonderwünsche" erfüllt und war überaus freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Alles war großartig. Von Anfang bis Ende. :) Cornelia ist ein toller Gastgeber. Unsere Mitarbeiter, die hier übernachtet haben, waren wirklich glücklich und haben ihren Aufenthalt genossen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

This home fulfilled our Christmas holiday expectations. The home is full of character and we really appreciate the history. What an experience for our children to stay in a home that is older than our country. The kitchen is well stocked, out in the quiet country about an hour west from Vienna. The hosts were warm, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

It was a great stay! All amenities are as described. We even left something there and the host was very helpful with it. It’s just ashamed we came during wet days so kids cant really play around those lovely garden outside! All aside, 5 star!

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Man hat alles was man braucht und vor allem Ruhe. Die Kommunikation mit Martin verlief problemlos. Wir hatten ein schönes und entspanntes Wochenende zu dritt mit Freunden. Hätten auch locker noch ein paar Tage länger ausgehalten.

Sehr schöne Altbauwohnung nahe Hauptbahnhof in zentraler Lage. Flexibler Check-in trotz verspätetem Zug. Sehr gut ausgestattet, gerne wieder.

Logement très spacieux et très bien équipé surtout pour cuisiner. La maison était décorée pour noël pour que nous nous sentions comme à la maison. C'était vraiment très chaleureux. Literie de qualité et nuit paisible pour se ressourcer après les journées de visite. Le métro U4 est à 15 minutes à pieds et amène directement dans le centre de Vienne. 2 petits centres sont à dix minutes à pieds avec restaurants et commerces de proximité. Pour garer les voitures, un P&R est à une station de métro, donc assez pratique car les voitures ne sont pas les bienvenues dans Vienne. Klaudia fait tout pour répondre à nos questions et prend le temps de faire des recherches si nécessaire. Magnifique séjour entre amis, à recommander sans hésitation

Die Unterkunft war wirlich super! Tolle ruhige Lage,sehr gut ausgestattet,viel Komfort.Wir waren 6 Erwachsene,Bäder, Toiletten und restliche Ausstattung war perfekt für uns. Klaus und Sabine waren sehr zuvorkommend und gut erreichbar! Das Haus würde ich immer wieder buchen! Mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar,einfaches Aus- und Einladen. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung. Vielen Dank!

Katja is such a nice person!!!! She give me a warm welcome with a flexible check in time! And also the apartment is super clean and tidy. I felt very comfortable during the stay! It has different types of restaurants and has Billa, Spar, Müller in this area, which is really convenient. I highly recommend that if you wanna stay in Vienna for few days, Katja’s apartment will be a great choice!

Unterkunft war wirklich sehr gut. Genau das was wir uns vorgestellt haben.

Le logement est bien situé, à proximité du métro, au pied d'une rue commerçante. Le quartier des musées est à 10 min à pied. Le logement est bien équipé. Ronan est un hôte accueillant, sympathique et arrangeant. Je reprendrai avec plaisir ce logement pour un prochain séjour à Vienne.

Wir haben fünf Tage in der Wohnung von Annemarie und Motti verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sauber und bietet alles das, was für einen Aufenthalt in einer Stadt benötigt wird. Besonders hervorzuheben ist einmal die Lage der Wohnung im Karmeliterviertel und die Nähe zur Innenstadt. Zum anderen war die Kommunikation mit Annemarie und Motti sehr gut. Wir haben beide nicht persönlich kennengelernt, waren aber ständig in Kontakt mit ihnen. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

It was perfect, the city center is close with public transportation. The communication was amazing.

Super Unterkunft, alles hat gepasst außer ein einziges Manko, die Duschtür ist nicht dicht, das sollte man unbedingt wissen BEVOR man duscht geht.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé! A 5min de la gare Wien-Mitte et des différentes lignes de métro. Étant plusieurs groupes, notre QG était le petit marché/bar/restaurants sur la place de la station Rochusgasse (essayez le resto italien, excellent!). l'appartement est spacieux et très confortable. Et les hôtes sont parfaits et arrangeants. on recommande.
