We loved our stay in Conifer Cottage. I particularly loved sitting on the porch and watching the birds and rabbits.

I wish we could have stayed longer, such a beautiful area surrounded by trees and nature. The lodge is stunning with a homely vibe and the double spa is perfect after a long day of hiking etc. The breakfast basket was a lovely touch which was very nice ( lots of local produce). The outdoor fire pit was perfect, both my husband and I enjoyed this greatly. The birds in the morning were my favourite. The kookaburras, the Sulfur crested cockatoos and rosellas are adorable and we loved feeding them. Thank you Shellie and John for making us feel welcome. We are seriously considering coming back again for our 5th year wedding anniversary. 100% recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Debi and Jurg’s cabin. It exceeded all our expectations: thoughtfully designed, cosy, beautifully furnished, and well-equipped. It instantly felt like home. The cabin faced the forest, offering a breathtaking view where we enjoyed watching wildlife interactions. Debi was kind, welcoming, and quick to respond. We loved her passion for farming and are grateful for her generosity in sharing her knowledge of planting and herbs. It was such a treat to find fresh herbs in the cabin for us to experiment with. We can’t wait to plant some saltbush! The farm tour was another highlight: a beautiful space full of vibrant produce and warmth. And the homemade bread was absolutely delicious! Thank you, Debi and Jurg, for a heartwarming and memorable experience. We hope to come back one day!

Was a lovely weekend away, the goats are adorable and friendly! So peaceful and the place was perfect. There’s lots to do to keep you busy. 100% recommend!!

Very nice place, super relaxing and free from any noise pollution

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was perfectly fitted with everything you need. Qe felt so at home and relaxed the whole time. Beautiful views no matter where you looked. The kitchen was well equipped, we whipped up a few lovely meals while eating on the balcony. Our daughter loved all the toys, games, swing and trampoline. We even got to see a wallaby! Lovely quiet place

Wonderful stay in a peaceful location. The cottage is extremely clean and cosy, exactly as described. We loved the view of the lake from the cottage. The owner is very responsive and friendly and gave us clear instructions on how to get there. We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay and look forward to staying again in future!

Hassan is very friendly and made you feel like your at home. I recommend this place if you like the country type of feel and the kookaburras and birds and seen a few kangaroos of the balcony and was overall a great place. 👍

Words don’t do justice to the views of the whole city and the amazing sunsets! Cozy and rustic with a great little fireplace..a great way to unwind for a couple of nights. Within walking distance of the local cafe and some great walking tracks that are full of local wildlife. A short drive to Olinda and within easy reach of everything that the Dandenongs have to offer. If you’re staying in and ordering Ubereats we highly recommend La Bocca Trattoria..worth every dollar!

Great place

Anna’s tranquil getaway was the perfect place to stay. The wood fire and open floor plan to cook dinner to relax with beautiful surrounding of the Forrest was magic. 10/10 would recommend

Hey!! Just thought I’d leave a little review for this beautiful property. My best friend and I came here for a little disconnect from reality and couldn’t have wished for anything better! It was wholesome, clean and so peaceful. Full of excellent amenities and the host even asked us what our milk preference was! I highly recommend to anybody considering!

Maryan’s place is absolutely one of the best places we have ever been. As soon as you pull into the drive way you are transported to a beautiful country side home surrounded by gorgeous gardens. The house itself is cosy, comfortable and full of everything you need to make your stay comfortable. My 12 year and 2 year thought this place was magically. The sun lounge is the perfect place to relax, then end the evening curled up around the fire place. On arrival a fire was all set ready to go, the fridge was stocked with some lovely treats & every thing a kitchen needs to be comfortable. Heaters in every room & the bathroom, so you never have to worry about the kids being too cold! The beds are layered up with soft blankets & all furniture is so comfy you could sink in with a book and never leave. This place is truely magically and we definitely will be back. Maryan is responsive and goes beyond to make your stay comfortable.

Our two nights at the cabin were relaxing and rejuvenating. The space was cozy and clean. The deck and front courtyard provided lots of space to lounge, eat, read, and just enjoy the view and unwind. The kitchen was well provisioned and it was great to also have a bbq to use. The living room has a good sized tv with high speed internet and a great selection of dvds to watch. James also provided many recommendations on hikes and walks to do in the area.

Staying with Keren and Gwyn was very relaxed and beautiful. They are very kind, helpful and accomodating. The kitchen is well equipped and breakfast food provided according to your needs. The garden in which one sits on the balcony is peaceful, and as I was there for more than 4 weeks I was permitted to use the washing machine and ironing board. It was nice chatting to Keren, when we happened to see each other, but each of us had their privacy too. I had a great time living there and am already considering to book again for next year.

We had a great stay, very relaxing and the cottage was spacious and well kept. Everything was in good working order and Gunther was a friendly and accommodating host! We would love to come back again soon.

A very convenient stay for the family wedding I was attending over a sunny March weekend. I enjoyed a comfortable sleep with a great shower. A wonderful setting along a leafy road and close to good coffee and breakfast.
