Badia de Xàbia : locations de vacances dans des maisons de ville

Nos ha encantado la casa, muy espaciosa y limpia, con acceso directo a la piscina, super comodo cuando vas con niños. Urbanizacion muy tranquila. Para ir con niños, la unica playa de arena esta un poco mas alejada y hay que ir en coche. Vicente un anfitrion genial, nos dejo todas las cunas que necesitabamos, recomendaciones locales y accesible en todo momento ademas de flexibilidad en la entrada y salida.

Todo como en las fotos. Los anfitriones nos facilitaron en acceso a la casa dos horas antes y cuando llegamos la casa estaba preparada y muy limpia.

Excelente estancia en una casa bien equipada, ordenada y práctica. Buena comunicación con anfitrión y facilidad de acceso autónomo. Ubicada en el centro de Calpe, a un paseo de la playa, con servicios básicos, supermercados, ocio, tiendas y restauración.

La estancia ha sido fantástica. La casa se ubica en una urbanización privada, bonita y tranquila desde la que se ve Benidorm al fondo y el mar. Se encuentra a 8min en coche de Benidorm, y a 4min de la zona de centros comerciales. Muy bien comunicada. La casa es excelente, limpia, amplia, bien equipada, el jardín perfecto. La única pequeña pega es que a veces saltaba la luz si tenías secador y lavavajillas encendidos por ejemplo. La dueña pendiente y muy amable.

Maison très fonctionnelle, bien placée et très bien équipée. Malgré quelques soucis en début de séjour indépendant de mon hôte, celle ci a été très arrangeante pour trouver des solutions et que nous soyons bien. Zone très agréable, copropriété très jolie, très calme un havre de paix. Nous recommandons Gudi et son logement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Olga's place was the perfect place to wrap up our holiday in Spain. We wanted a place where we can relax with our 7months old baby and this is exactly what we got! The townhouse is spacious and nicely decorated, with a small but pretty garden. It is very close to the beach (walkable) and the resort itself is nice and quiet (we were there at the end of season in Oct). Loved the jacuzzi - it was great for our baby to splash around (unfortunately he was not so keen on the sea) but also for us parents to unwind at the end of the day. Communication with Olga and Tania was seamless.

Mitzi's flat was gorgeous - so comfy and well equipped with everything you needed to have a great stay. We loved the balconies!

Super maison idéal pour les vacances, bien situé avec beaucoup d'équipements. Tout étais propre, l'hôte est accueillant et très réactif. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Es steht uns nicht zu, zu bewerten, aber wir sagen einfach ein grosses DANKE. Ein herzliches Willkommen mit kleinen - nicht selbstverständlichen - Extras. Persönliche Details und kleine Überraschungen inkl Leckerlis für unseren Hund. Tolle Betreuung von A-Z. Victoria hat stets rasch geantwortet. Super Lage, Meer/Strand/Strandpromenade mit Geschäften/Restaurants etc fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ausgezeichnet und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Eckhaus. Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Garage top. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Marina es una anfitriona súper atenta y amable, y su casa es simplemente espectacular. Podríamos definirla como un balcón con vistas al Mediterráneo. Y menudo balcón! En el sitio más privilegiado de Altea. La casa por dentro es muy acogedora, con un salón de techo alto con grandes ventanales que, además de zona común, conecta las distintas estancias de la casa. La cocina está perfectamente equipada. Ideal para preparar una cena en buena compañía. O solo, si lo haces con un buen vino. Todo es muy espacioso y está decorado con simpleza y mucho mimo. Nos encantaron las obras de arte! Aunque el verdadero cuadro de la casa es la vista enmarcada del exterior, con la piscina infinita que se funde con el mar a lo lejos. Simplemente increíble!

Nos ha gustado mucho la casa y su entorno tranquilo. Tiene dos plazas en el garaje subterráneo, ideal para tener el coche fresquito. La piscina que teníamos al lado estaba siempre sin gente y pudimos disfrutarla más. La playa es de piedras y no tiene aglomeraciones. Lo único a destacar es que la casa tiene poco menaje, echamos en falta vasos, cuchillos que cortaran y las baldas de la puerta de la nevera para tener más espacio de almacenaje.

My son, labradoodle and I had a wonderful few days staying at NEW Casita Azul, just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to the port, shops and restaurants. Natalia had some great messages for us and very generously gave up her time to spend with us on the beach, creating a unique driftwood artwork. We later enjoyed creating our very own chef's outfits and choreographing a dance which was a lot of fun to welcome in Edo's delicious pizza (mine was a gluten free version) which was top notch. Nothing was too much trouble for Natalia and she was extremely responsive to all enquiries. This lovely bijoux home is nicely decorated with lights inside and out and has everything you need and nothing you don't. It is very quiet and consequently we slept very well here. We will definitely return. More energy! ✨

Just a lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood,walk to beach, walk to choice of three grocery stores within five minutes, easy access to highways to explore the larger surrounding area. Lovely covered deck to enjoy morning coffee, great private yard for sunshine. Damienne is a great host and responds quickly to any communications, nice to have the manager just a few doors away if you need her. January and February had great, comfortable central heating, I imagine the air conditioning is also good in the summer as I noticed the units on the wall. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect when our family visited. Off street parking in a gated community. We will return.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in der Unterkunft von Carlos. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Wir hatten den Pool die meiste Zeit ganz für uns alleine. Carlos hat immer super schnell reagiert, wenn ich ihn kontaktiert habe für Tipps ect. Merci für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Maria’s house was exactly as per the description. Very close to great bakery for coffee, supermarket and lovely Italian restaurant. The house was very modern with all necessary equipment. There were a couple of minor issues during our stay which were promptly dealt with by Maria. A great experience.

Todo muy correcto y fácil. Vecindario tranquilo, sin ruidos, aparcamiento en garaje interior del Adosado y parking gratuito al lado de la casa. La comunicación muy rápida y precisa. Anfitriones amables.

we had a lovely weeks stay.. used the pool several times.. really enjoyed chilling in the hammock on veranda over looking the pool.. my only issue was the wifi was pointless.. despite the router showing all signs of life we simply couldn't get any signal we therfore had to use our own mobile data and unfortunately the signal for the area was poor.. ps you will find the hammock in the cupboard in the hall.. and grounds around the pool are pristine.. will book again if we return to Denia..

Four nights in this beautiful home. Clean and cosy, modern but comfortable and authentically Spanish, spotless, excellent host, great communication, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen! Can't wait to visit again. Thanks for having us.

Stayed here at Jean -Luc’s home for 8 weeks, originally booked for 5 but extended. Clear instructions how to enter the property and easy to find on Goggle maps As our stay was from Jan to mid March we needed some heat occasionally. Air con units were very good The beds are very comfy and once the shutters are down no light enters and we both slept well . Great to have 2 WC’s especially 1 upstairs The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a long or short stay. It is small but adequate. The shower is great although a small tank of hot water but for 2 of us it was fine and it heated up quickly . It’s very quiet Can’t fault the property and have booked again for next year Jean was easily contactable and replied within the hour Parcent is a beautiful little village with a supermarket, many bars and over 7 restaurants which are walkable Also the locals are super friendly

Une adresse à ne pas manquer sur Dénia! Une maison chaleureuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, d’objets de voyage qui en fait un lieu unique! Un grand merci aussi à Babette et Ramon pour l’accueil à l’arrivée; nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et tout a été mis en œuvre pour que nous passions un formidable séjour. Maison très bien située au cœur du village historique, on ne peut rêver mieux! La douche sur la terrasse était un vrai plaisir! Ne pas hésiter, probablement la meilleure adresse sur Dénia!

Un casa preciosa, acojedora, con vistas y limpia. Mis amigas y disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia alli. Es un lugar precioso y Galia es una anfitriona genial y super atenta!
