مرحبا المسكن جميل وهناك مواقف للسيارة الخاصه وكذلك قريب منك سوبرماركت وستاربكس وصيدليه ومطعم تحت الفندق لانه عبارة عن ابراج فنادق وبها اجنحه فندقيه الاستقبال تحت متعاون .. هناك ملحوظه بسيطه وهي السرير متعب وصغير لايكفي شخصين وموقع المسكن بعيد عن الاماكن السياحيه تقريباً50 دقيقه اذا مامعك سيارة صعبه جدا ووسائل المواصلات ليست قريبه انصح به..

Enes war ein sehr guter Gastgeber, die Ausstattung war kein Luxus aber völlig in Ordnung, top Lage, schöner kleiner Vorgarten und Garten zum Spielen für Kinder, kostenlose Versorgung mit Trinkwasser ( 20l Behälter), im Allgemeinen sehr zufrieden und wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal

Emre was incredibly kind. We had several things that meant we needed to try to change our booking by a few days. He was very good at navigating this and responded to messages quickly and with a real sense of calm! Nothing was a problem and this was greatly appreciated. Ben normalde başka bir yere rezervasyon yapmıştım. Ancak ev sahibi benimle temasa geçmediği için rezervasyonumu iptal edip son dakikada Barış beyin evini rezerve ettim. Kendisi benimle hemen temasa geçerek bir çok tavsiyede ve öneride bulundu. Çok samimi ve içten davrandı. Evinde kendi evimdeymişim gibi konakladım. Harika bir ev sahibi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Kendisine de teşekkür ederim.

It’s been a pleasure to visit Heybeliada and this nice and peaceful house made it even better. It was a great stay even if it was for a short time. I highly recommend this place. Ömer was really friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!

Ev sahibi nazik, yardımseverdi, ön açıklamaları yeterliydi, sorulamıza hızlı dönüş sağladı. Otopark konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadık. Daire temizliği yeterliydi, rahatsız edici bir durum görmedik. Site etrafında her türlü yeme içme, market ihtiyacına yönelik işyerleri mevcuttu. Metro istasyonuna çok yakındı, Ataköy'den Marmaray, Yenbosna'dan metro aktarması, Mall Of İstanbul Avm'ye ulaşım imkanı ile metro ulaşımı çok rahattı,özel aracımızı kullanma ihtiyacı bile duymadık.

شكراً على كل شي قدمته لنا من مساعدة واحترام شكرا على المكان الحلو الهادي المكان امن ١٠٠% الأشخاص الموجودين حيل محترمين ويحاولون يساعدونك كثير حتى بشرح الأماكن صاحب المكان متواصل معنا ٢٤ ساعة ويسال باستمرار لو ناقص شي وخدوم صور الشقة مطابقة الموقع ١٠٠٪؜ عند وصولي لهم عرضو علي جميع الشقق الموجودة واخترت من دون اي زيادة مبلغ الشقة موجود فيها كل شي من أدوات طبخ واستحمام لي عودة عندكم إن شاء الله ❤️🌹

Location was great, near Marmaray ( 8 Min by foot) We walked several times to the Mall called Floria Aquarium ( 40 min by Foot) or 2 Staions by Marmaray) Very nice Balcony with perfect view..

Nice appartment with everything you need. It is within a gated community with outdoor swimming pools. I discovered that the 'gated' aspect and the controll at the entrances was not for me, but I suppose the feeling of additional securty is an advantage for many. Public transport is very close and convenient, restaurants and supermarket are also nearby.

We stayed at Suleyman's place for three nights during our trip around Turkey. It's a big flat (two bedrooms), prepared for rental. It was probably rented for longer terms in the past, as some minor things (in the kitchen) need maintenance. Also if you are 4 people the last person must sleep on an unfoldable sofa, despite the fact there are two bedrooms. But overall, it's a great place to stay in Istanbul. Suleyman provides a safe parking place for a car. Commuting to the old city center is quite convenient (30 minutes to Galata by bus from a stop around a corner or... a metro within a 10-minute walk + tram to the Blue Mosque). Good internet and AC will make your stay comfy. Suleyman is very helpful as well. I recommend a place.
