Lou was an amazing host, always very responsive and always making sure all was well with our stay. He made several recommendations for Dinner. We ended at Scooter's where the food was AMAZING!! "The Big House was excellent for our group of 18. The Children loved the pool and the Volleyball court was a HUGE hit for both children and adults. The Beach was very close and easy to access. The house is spacious and very well maintained. We would for certain go to Navarre, FL again and stay in this precious home, if Lou would have us that is. We are very grateful for all your Hospitality Lou. We had an Amazing time staying at your lovely home.

Wonderful location, exactly as described, very well appointed. Loved the layout of the space and the small touches to make it homey. Great sea breeze sitting in the balcony. Easy parking. Without a doubt would stay here again. Great Veteran owned business.

This place is amazing! Clean and feels like home. So much space and room for so things to do. The house is secluded but not at the same time. The small “beach” at the house is a major bonus. Kids could easily go play and we could watch from the porch. We seen all kinds of wildlife from eagles, cranes and even a fox. This was the first family vacation we have had in years and it was over Christmas. Dillon did awesome with a Christmas tree and lights on the house and even supplied a gingerbread house for us to build. We definitely plan on being back in the warmer weather so we can enjoy the outside much more.

Linda’s cottage was perfect for an end of summer trip with girlfriends! Great location and felt so homey! Would stay here again!

We were so pleased with our stay. The condo itself is beautiful and clean and a perfect location that is just a quick walk to the beach. It is also so nice to be super close to the pool and sound side beach as well. John the host was very responsive and gave us great recommendations. We were so happy that he recommended were y at seafood! We ate there three times on our stay:) The condo is stocked with anything that you could possibly need.

Jennifer was such a great host. From check in to check out she was easy to communicate with. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and fun. We explored Johnson Beach.... gorgeous and peaceful. She had all the beach gear at the condo, so we didnt have to worry about bringing all the extra stuff on our trip. From the balcony of the condo you can hear the live music coming from the purple parrot tiki bar, which we loved.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property in Pensacola, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. It was impeccably clean upon arrival, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. All the appliances were in perfect working order, adding to the convenience and ease of our stay. The location is another standout feature, with the beach and numerous restaurants just a short distance away. This made exploring the area and enjoying local attractions incredibly convenient. Overall, this property is in an excellent location and offers everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Pensacola.

Bill was a great host for my family! We traveled with our pets and took them to the beach for the first time. The space was big enough and we felt right at home. Also loved that the area is not as busy and family oriented. We will recommend this to everyone & be back again someday! Thank you so much Bill.

Cozy, comfortable home. Close by many restaurants, beaches, activities for all ages. Had great amenities. My family and I enjoyed our stay!!
