The apartment is new, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. It is well located, with several grocery stores and bakers within a two minute walk and the bars and restaurants off the old city centre within a ten minute walk. Sophia, the host, was very friendly and helpful

Such a unique stay in a bespoke built building! Levani was incredibly friendly and told us all about how he built the place and even gave us to try his home made wine. Absolute gem to stay at when visiting Kutaisi

This has been one of our favorite stays on our nomad adventures. The place is spacious, clean and has lovely decor. The bed was huge and comfortable, it had a great view, the location was absolutely perfect. The host is friendly, and communicates very well! Thank you 🥰

Super cozy apartment in a quiet yet very central area. We were there for two days, but the apartment is also perfect for a longer stay. Irine is a very friendly and helpful host and we felt very comfortable in her accommodation. Thank you!!! 😊

Zohar's place is a great find. It's a big, quiet apartment (windows facing the inner yard), but still really close to the city center, supermarkets, and restaurants. it has the heater to keep the place warm, and there is everything you need – a full kitchen for cooking, and all the basic amenities. It's spacious, bright and clean. Plus, Zohar's relatives live next door, so if you need anything, they're there to help. Overall, it's a great place to stay and a good value.

This lovely place is just perfect for family. Complete equip kitchen is perfect for family with kids where you can cook for them. Bathroom is spotless. Overall experience is 10/10. Highly recommended!

все было супер) зимой конечно приходится ночью подкидывать дрова в печь, чтобы было тепло. но это везде, где печное отопление. дрова были немного мокрые, хочется, чтобы было больше сухих дров. есть вся посуда, масло, соль и даже хлопья для завтрака! бокалы и стояла красивая ёлка! нам все понравилось

Отличный гостевой дом с огромной террасой. В доме две квартиры под сдачу. Терраса одна общая. С парковкой проблем не было. Очень удобное расположение, центр,но очень тихо. Всё необходимое в доме имеется. Хозяин был всегда на связи. Рекомендую.
