Bagnaia : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Consiglio vivamente Podere Sasso Antico , una bella colonica ristrutturata con buon gusto ( non il solito " arredo rustico") Il piacere di stare in cima al monte , con ampie vedute, un panorama mozzafiato, silenzio e notti stellate e godersi di giorno il mare, Baratti e dintorni, che sono raggiungibili in pochissimo tempo. Susanna è una padrona di casa accogliente e premurosa , vi darà tantissime informazioni , e Peppe ( il loro cane) è adorabile. La strada sterrata si inerpica nel bosco ma Susanna mette a disposizione il suo fuoristrada ( se non si ha una macchina adeguata) e questa diventa una divertente esperienza. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!! Wir trafen eine saubere, gemütliche und unseren Erwartungen entsprechende Unterkunft an. Frederica war in der Kommunikation sehr zuverlässig und angenehm. Sehr angesprochen hat uns die Inselküche, in welcher wir gerne gemeinsam gekocht haben. Die Räume konnte man problemlos mit der Klimaanlage heizen (wir waren im Januar da). Insgesamt alles super, ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, zu dem Frederica und ihre Wohnung beigetragen haben . Vielen Dank!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Alessandras Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist absolut privat und hat alles was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und gleichzeitig sehr diskret. Auch im Garten ist man völlig für sich. Ein echter, sehr qualitativer Rückzugsort.

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Wir haben die Abende auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Capoliveri!

It‘s a wonderful and quiet place, something we really needed and enjoyed! It‘s really well equipped, clean and super cozy! Mattia and his sweet family are really friendly & he was immediately there when we had a little problem! The check-in and check-out was really easy. Thank you very much for a wonderful vac 🤗

Die erhöhte Lage des Hauses ermöglicht sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Dorf Capoliveri und das Meer im Südwesten und Nordosten. Grosse Terrasse, gemütlicher Platz zum Ausruhen auf dem Sofa oder den Liegestühlen oder zum Essen am Tisch mit Panoramablicken. Zwei Badezimmer sind praktisch und grosszügig, die Küche kompakt und funktionierend für diese Wohnungsgrösse. Das Dorf ist leicht zu Fuss zu erreichen, der Anstieg ist auch nach einem Abendessen im Dorf gut machbar. Der Parkplatz in der Garage ist sehr praktisch. Leider wird keine Bett-, Küchen- oder Badwäsche angeboten, diese muss selbst mitgebracht werden.

Victoria ist eine sehr nette und bemühte Gastgeberin. wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat genau den Fotos entsprochen und war sehr gemütlich. Die Terrasse mit Garten war sehr angenehm. Auch unserem Hund hat es dort gut gefallen. Wir konnten auch mit dem zur verfügung gestellten Gasgrill ein Barbecue machen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert!! Liebe Grüsse

Very nice peaceful place with a private terrace, where you can enjoy summer dinners. Perfect for furry friends too, as the place is fenced. Adorable interior with all the necessities. Cornelia and her daughter were very accommodating and helped us out when our car got a flat tyre. They drove us to the mechanic’s early in the morning, for which we are really grateful! All in all 10/10 stay:)

Una breve vacanza ma intensa anche grazie alle proposte che offre Marciana Marina e l' Isola d'Elba in generale : sentieri per bicicletta , per escursioni a piedi, mare bellissimo da esplorare in kayak che è quello che ho fatto io ma c'è molto altro. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa : l'Elba e' un vero paradiso! Con i suoi mille colori ci ha incantato e pensiamo di ritornarci, quando sara' possibile , sempre nel delizioso appartamentino di Marzia . Posizionato nel centro di Rio dell'Elba - quindi comodo per i servizi - e' pero' tranquillo e ci ha permesso di trascorrere una vacanza riposante e rigenerante. E' ottimamente attrezzato ed estremamente pulito ed ordinato. Marzia e' un host impeccabile : premurosa e molto disponibile a supportarci con informazioni e consigli.

Andrea et Emmanuel sont des super hôtes. Ils sont prêts à vous aider si vous avez besoin. Ils ont été d’une grande aide pour nous. On recommande fortement l’endroit, avec une voiture vous avez accès à pleins d’endroits et le stationnement dans la rue est facile. Proche de plages et de lieux historiques. Un endroit paisible.

Posizione pazzesca. E' totalmente in centro. L'alloggio è nella parte pedonale di San Vincenzo ma i parcheggi sono comodi ed a due minuti a piedi. E anche se la casa è in centro non subisce il rumore della gente. Anzi. La casa è carina e funzionale. Cose non troppo apprezzabili: avendo soggiornato con l'inizio di settembre il traffico ferroviario aumenta e nella stanza matrimoniale si sente abbastanza. Fino al 1/9 i passaggi erano decisamente ridotti. La doccia scarica male, peccato. Però è un problema semplice da risolvere. Il bagno è nel centro dell'appartamento ed è cieco. C'è una ventola per il ricambio d'aria ma non sempre basta soprattutto se gli ospiti sono numerosi. Però nell'appartamento non manca veramente nulla e Massimo è superdisponibile in tutto.

Casa accogliente e piacevole, ben fornita di tutto. All'arrivo buona pulizia. Ottima posizione, vicino alla pineta e le spiagge. Abbiamo passato una quindicina di giorni molto piacevoli. Host reattiva e disponibile.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Diegos Apartment sehr genossen. Gemütliche Wohnung, privater Parkplatz und in ein paar Schritten ist man sofort am Meer. Diego und seine Mutter sind sehr sympathische und gastfreundliche Menschen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100%.

Maria was the perfect host. She picked us up from the train and dropped us back when leaving and was always available if needed. Her apartment is beautiful, absolutely spotless and very well equipped… we even had a first aid kit and sewing kit. It’s a very spacious apartment and the beds were soooo comfortable . Two minutes from the beach with miles and miles of beach to walk, which we did every morning and watched the sunset in the evenings. A bit further away is the centre, approximately 15mins walk. Many lovely shops and restaurants there. But closer to the apartment was our favourite restaurant, the Mum and Dad restaurant (cute name) . We had two balconies which we used frequently to chill out and read. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Silvias Apartment im Herzen der Altstadt Porto Azzurro hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und verkehrsberuhigt, man kann aber vor dem Haus kurz parken und ausladen. Man hat viele tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte in direkter Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist in einem schönen Altbau, ist toll saniert und eingerichtet. Sie ist hell, hat zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, eine tolle Küche, ist sehr, sehr sauber und hält alles bereit für einen guten Aufenthalt. Es ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden, was uns sehr entgegen kam. Die Kommunikation mit Silvia war sehr herzlich, proaktiv und in der Wohnung sind auch viele nützliche Informationen an einem Info-Board. Es gab aus unserer Perspektive rein gar nichts, was nicht toll an dieser Wohnung war und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke, liebe Silvia!

Es war alles super - Leonardo war ein sehr netter Host und wir fanden die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, alles war perfekt. Ein kleiner Strand ist vor der Tür - herrlich privat am Morgen und abends - tagsüber Public Beach. Wir haben den Grill genossen und auch die liebevolle ausgestattete Wohnung. Es war herrlich abends die Wellen vom Meer zu hören.

Es war ein ganz großartiger Aufenthalt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Daniela ist sehr lieb und es hat einfach Spaß gemacht! Gerne immer wieder! :)
