We had a fantastic time! Trevigiano is a hidden gem just outside Rome and the apartment as well. 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a spacious kitchen. The balcony has a great view. Pietro is a great and attentive host. We will be back

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare per motivi di lavoro in questo incantevole alloggio nel cuore del borgo di Sant’Oreste, in provincia di Roma. La mia esperienza è stata estremamente positiva e mi sento di raccomandarlo a chiunque cerchi un luogo molto carino, caldo e accogliente. L’alloggio è situato nel cuore del borgo di Sant’Oreste, rendendolo perfetto per esplorare questo borgo antico. Ristoranti, negozi e attrazioni locali sono raggiungibili a piedi. L’alloggio è incastonato in un edificio storico e all'interno è stato completamente ristrutturato, l’atmosfera è calda e accogliente. Lontano dal trambusto e lo smog della città, questo alloggio è ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi e respirare aria pulita. Tuttavia, è importante notare che per raggiungere l’alloggio bisogna fare delle scale. Questo potrebbe essere un problema per persone con difficoltà motorie o non deambulanti. Agostino si è dimostrato un proprietario molto attento e disponibile per ogni esigenza.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logge dont les prestations sont vraiment de qualités. L’environnement est sublime, la vue exceptionnelle depuis le logge et depuis la piscine. Calme absolu, appartement très propre et bien équipé, à notre arrivée un panier de petit déjeuner était prévu, ainsi qu’une bouteille de prosecco. Très appréciables attentions après un long trajet. La région est magnifique et l’emplacement idéal pour visiter les principales villes aux alentours. En outre Andrea qui s’est occupée de nous a toujours été extrêmement réactive et enthousiaste. Nous recommandons vivement! Parfaitement adapté pour une famille.

Ricardo ist ein wirklich zuvorkommender, freundlicher und aufgeschlossener Gastgeber, der sich um alles gekümmert hat. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden und genau richtig, um aus dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes streiften allerhand Tiere über das Grundstück wie Wildschweine, Fasane, Stachelschweine und Rehe. Die Hütte hatte keine Nachbarn und man ist vollkommen in der Natur der Toskana. Ich kann die Hütte vollkommen empfehlen. Einzige kleine Abstriche sind dass der Pool schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und nicht mehr so frisch wie auf den Fotos aussieht und dass die Sauna etwas verzogen ist, wodurch an vielen Stellen Wind in die Sauna zieht und man relativ lange benötigt an kalten Tagen die Sauna und den Whirlpool anzuheizen.

We had a wonderful time! Beautiful farmhouse in a peaceful setting. Alessandra and Enrico were very friendly and responsive. The beds were very comfortable, and our daughter enjoyed the yard and the farm animals a lot! We would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a quiet retreat. Rental car is essential.

Die Gastgeber vor Ort waren sehr Aufmerksam und Hilfsbereit - vielen Dank. Der Ort ist wunderschön und eher abgelegen - viele lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele in Autodistanz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus, aller nötige Komfort vorhanden. Der Schwimmteich ist auch im Hochsommer noch frisch. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort zum ankommen und ausspannen - Wir danken für die einzigartigen Ferien!

Fantastica la villa ristrutturata con molto gusto e inaspettata la sorpresa della piscina che é stata gentilmente aperta per il caldo eccezionale di aprile. Ottima la struttura per passare del tempo con gli amici o con la famiglia... Allargata visto che ospita fino a 19 persone nei tre appartamenti. Grazie di tutto

Gorgeous house with a huge back garden that opens up to a panoramic view of the lake and spectacular sunrises worth waking up at 6am for. The house was clean, comfortable, well decorated, had good ventilation (A/c) and spacious living areas. All amenities were provided including those essentials ; coffee machine, laundry facilities, TV, decent Wifi and driveway parking. It very much feels like a family home. It is well positioned, located within a short walking distance from the Lake also giving you easy access restaurants and water sport activities . There's a little pathway at the bottom of the garden that leads you there. As well as a view of the lake from the back garden, you also get a bonus view of the Orsini-Odescalchi castle from the front of the house. Host was lovely,accomodating and super responsive. Couldn't have hoped for anything better. Even the mosquitoes were kinder.
