Bagnoregio : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Very happy we chose this apartment. It is located in the East side of Spello which is the better side - the best scenery, and we only heard the countryside. Easy walk to the village centre, can also recommend the charming aquaduct walk nearby. Very old building but modernised interior. We did not meet Argen in person, but he responded very quickly to any queries.

비가 온 다음날이라 더더욱 아름다웠던 전망. 도보로 다닐 수 있는 호숫가 산책로가 너무 좋았습니다. 아기자기하고 귀여운 상점들 구경하는 재미도 있었어요 숙소도 무척 안락하고 깨끗했습니다.

Appartamento meraviglioso. L’appartamento ha tutti gli accessori necessari. La cucina è ben attrezzata e funzionale. Abbiamo trovato un kit toilette in ogni stanza e tutto il necessario per una buona colazione. Andrea è stato fin da subito molto chiaro per quanto riguarda le regole della casa e ha mostrato massima disponibilità. L’appartamento è in una zona residenziale tranquilla, pertanto si raccomanda un comportamento consono alla zona.

Casa pulita , Molto accogliente. Abbiamo trascorso 2 giorni con i nostri cagnolini . Siamo stati amorevolmente accolti da Sara e sua figlia che , su nostra richiesta, sono venuti a trovarci. Eravamo lì per una gara canina. L’alloggio dista veramente poco dal centro fieristico . C’è stata inoltre consigliata una pizzeria nelle vicinanze dove abbiamo gustato un ‘ottima pizza. Nonostante facesse freddo la casa era davvero molto calda. I nostri cagnolini hanno apprezzata anche il giardinetto Consigliatissimo . Torneremo di sicuro .

Sehr süßes Haus und Anwesen. Ganz in der Nähe der tollen Stadt Montalcino. Es war sauber und man konnte, wenn man sich nicht selber etwas kochen wollte, direkt nebenan ins Restaurant gehen.

Abbiamo soggiornato “a casa di Elena” per una notte , insieme ai nostri cani. L’ alloggio impeccabile, pulitissimo e ordinatissimo . Tutto arredato con gusto . Caffè , latte, tè e una vasta scelta di biscotti e brioche per la colazione. Posizione top per visitare il centro di Montalcino , raggiungibile a piedi in soli due minuti. Filippo gentilissimo e estremamente preciso nelle indicazioni per il soggiorno. Ritorneremo senz’altro !

Andrea konaklama konusunda hem öngörülü kibar yardımsever ve sorun çözme konusunda yardımcı oldu. Pellet ısıtma temizlik bakımından sorun yeşkil etmesine rağmen uzaktan kımanda ile sorunları öngördü ve yardımcı oldu. Tek sıkıntı soba çok gazla kir doluydu. Kendisi girişimizden çıkışa kadar sürekli ilgi ve alakalı bir ev sahipliği sundu bu konuda teşekkür ederim

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

Alloggiare da Deborah è stata una bellissima esperienza. La villa era come da descrizione, e molto di più: Deborah è stata sempre disponibile, flessibile e reattiva in qualsiasi orario e richiesta, ci è stata offerta una colazione con grande scelta sia per il primo che per il secondo giorno e abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare al suo ristorante (anche quest'ultimo di assoluta qualità e all'altezza di tutto il resto), con trattamento speciale. Se capiteremo in zona in futuro, torneremo sicuramente!

We were 2 mature Italian and 1 American women long-time friends who wanted to enjoy a road trip from Florence to primarily see Solemeo. Maria Christina's location was perfect for this visit as well as several other lovely Umbrian villages. The house was very comfortable for us and the added bonus was spring flowers popping up everywhere. It was a great stay in a lovely location.

Spacious house with wonderful pool and a nice view into the sunset. I want to highlight the friendliness of the owners and also the lovely Deruta ceramic pieces you will find everywhere in the house.

Il soggiorno da Antonella e’ stato bellissimo ,camera accogliente,famigliare ,pulitissima ,piscina spaziosa e raffinata ..di notte era ancora più bella .Camera fornita di ogni confort,gli host sono stati cordiali e accoglienti ,i dettagli mi hanno colpito molto e ci siamo promessi di ritornare ,peccato non avere solo la colazione con quel patio immerso nella natura una bella colazione era perfetta !

Appartamento arredato e curato splendidamente. Abbiamo trovato tutto estremamente pulito e accogliente. Il letto è molto comodo, il bagno è davvero grande compreso uno spazio doccia molto ampio. Il posto perfetto per passare un weekend romantico in pace e in tranquillità a pochissimi minuti a piedi dal lago di Bolsena.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Matteo! Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, er und Andrada haben sich fürsorglich um alles gekümmert und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und es ist alles vor Ort was man braucht. Das Außengeländer ist größer als erwartet und hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht! Es ist einfach wunderschön und abgesehen von den Nachbarhunden, auch sehr ruhig. 😊 Die Lage ist toll, man gelangt einfach nach Rom (Zug/Auto), aber auch in der fußläufigen Umgebung gibt es so viel zu entdecken, dass wir in einer Woche kaum fertig damit geworden sind. Die Natur ist traumhaft und Sutri ist jeden Besuch wert. In Sutri gibt es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeit und eine tolle Pizzaria. Beide sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, von uns gibt es daher eine klare Empfehlung! Wir freuen uns schon auf einen nächsten Besuch 😊

Esperienza meravigliosa per gli amanti della tranquillità e della natura! Tantissimi luoghi naturalistici da visitare nelle vicinanze, alloggio grazioso, pulito, dotato di tutti i confort e a pochi minuti in macchina dal centro abitato e dai principali servizi. Abbiamo adorato il giardino e lo spazio verde circostante, anche il nostro cagnolone Hati ha apprezzato! Lorenza è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile! Torneremo sicuramente🍀

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

Un’oasi di pace nelle colline umbre, circondata da ulivi, campagna e boschi. La casa super cozy, ideale per trascorrere qualche giorno per scoprire i dintorni oppure per il riposo: è dotata di tutto quello che serve e arredata molto bene. Daniela super disponibile e reattiva. Una menzione anche a Nazareno, il custode del borgo: una persona ospitale che ci ha raccontato la storia del borgo e dato consigli sulla zona. Ci torneremmo subito!

Ilva and her apartment were perfect for me. The kitchen had enough for me to cook at home most of the time. The location was very central. She was very patient with me when I needed to wait for my suitcase that didn't catch the same flight as me AND then my train was 40 minutes late. When the internet had a minor hiccup one day, she helped me get it sorted quickly.

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

Stefania's place was truly a dream, as described. So much care and thought has been taken and it shows throughout every detail big and small. The bedrooms were so cozy and comfortable while the kitchen was extremely functional and welcoming—there was even a big bowl of oranges left alongside a juicer for us to squeeze our own fresh juice every morning. It was the perfect little oasis, smack in the center of charming Spello, and I only hope to be so lucky to return again.

The first of all hosts are very nice people! Sofia met me at check in. So bright girl. She speaks very good English. Simon was very helpful He helped me to set fireplace. It was great to have fire very night. Apartment is very very spacious and clean. Everything you need to have in the kitchen. Coffee machine with coffee provided, stove, oven, refrigerator. Everything is sparkling clean. Bathroom with good size shower. Nice bedding, good mattress. Every morning i woke up with birds chirping. Few supermarkets was about 3 minutes drive from apartment. Marsciano is decent size town with all services. Autostrada is about 5 minutes drive from apartment. By this road you can reach Rome, Florence, Perugia and all small towns around.

Our stay at Laura and Alberto’s place was truly unforgettable. They are absolutely amazing hosts – warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. The house is spotless, beautifully decorated, and surrounded by a lovingly maintained garden that feels like a little paradise. We had a wonderful BBQ in the garden, and they provided us with everything we needed, down to the finest detail. I even picked fresh rosemary straight from the garden – such a simple joy! Laura surprised us with handmade pici, freshly baked bread, and her delicious strawberry jam – everything was full of flavor and made with so much love. At night, we looked up and saw the clearest, starriest sky I’ve ever seen in my life. It was magical. If you’re looking for peace, beauty, and truly generous hosts, this is the place to be. Can’t recommend it enough!
