Richard’s place is indeed a place to look for if you have a big family with grandchildren running around. My two married daughters & their family came with us & Richard’s place is big enough for all of us, the three families. He got 3 big rooms with private bathrooms in each room. The 1st two rooms have two queen beds while the 3rd room has a double bed & a single bed. There’s a 4th room at the back of the kitchen, a very small room for the driver to rest. The living room is very big for the whole family to watch TV or to play card games. Kitchen is equipped with pots & pans for cooking. It would be nice to supply more spoons & forks utensils cuz we find it not enough. Richard is kind enough to supply us with drinking water & its refill. His personnel is very responsive ifever we need any assistance. We sure have fun & have created great memories staying in Richard’s place. Thank you Richard for sharing your place with us. We hope to travel to Baguio again & stay at your place.

The place is very spacious, clean, interesting, well-decorated, well-landscaped, comfortable and functional. It has a rustic and homey charm. Yela/host, Marinie/manager and kuya/ate staff are very responsive, friendly and accomodating to my requests and queries. Their in-house breakfast is very good and must try the longganisang alaminos and daing na espada. My mom's 81st birthday celebration became more special and a memorable one becoz this place. Overall, me, my big family and relatives had a great stay here and loved it. Would highly recommend this place.

Choosing Casa Dreaming was one of the best decisions we made in planning our LU outing. It fit all of us cousins in one house and provided us easy access to a clean beach. Everything was superb from comfortable rooms with CR each to balconies with perfect views, to big common areas for chilling. Honestly, most corners of the house are very picturesque so even without a scheduled activity, anyone could just go around and take photos for fun. Having a nice place to stay is not the only reason why Casa Dreaming is so nice. The owners themselves (Jek and Steffi) are the very reason you should choose this Airbnb. They are very accommodating and patient to all our requests/questions. Other than the owners, the Airbnb staff (Bim) was also very kind to us. Great service was provided to us by Bim even outside Casa Dreaming and when we accidentally left items in the house, he made sure to give it back to us. Will definitely recommend this place especially for big groups! You’ll enjoy for sure!

we had a great vacation as we found the perfect place for 2 families totalling 12 in our party. we had ample place to hang around. when we decided to cook dinner on our last night we found everything in place in the kitchen except for the rice cooker but our friend knew how to cook rice via stove so no worries. we did BBQ night and grill was very helpful. cleaned up with a new dishwasher machine. place was quiet by 10 and this was one of our best stays in Baguio.

This was the perfect family-friendly spot. We enjoyed our short stay here. We had bonfire at night, making the stay even more memorable. Ate Juliet was very responsive. We’ll definitely recommend it to our friends!

Most of my summers as a child were spent in Baguio. So I wanted to stay in a home that offered nostalgic Baguio feels but with modern amenities—Ecohouse offered these and so much more. The house is located in a quiet village. It was very clean—from the bathrooms, rooms, kitchen, and even the garden was well maintained. We had planned to go around town and visit some places, but we ended up staying at home because we absolutely loved the place (kids included!). The vibe of the house was super chill and cozy. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were super comfortable. We appreciated all the little details: insect repellent, IKEA kitchenware and bath mats, cozy comforters and blankets, free coffee & cookies, and mindful eco practices. Coordinating with Ruth was a breeze. She is a welcoming host who answered all our queries instantly, provided detailed instructions, and offered comprehensive suggestions on places to eat. Our experience at Ecohouse was memorable. We will be back!!!

We had an amazing time staying at this Airbnb in Baguio. The place was spacious, and having the entire floor to ourselves made it even better. With six rooms, there was more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The location was great—uphill with a beautiful view of the city lights at night. It was peaceful and had that classic Baguio charm. Our kids had so much fun, and the hosts were incredibly kind. They even let the kids see their rabbits, which was such a thoughtful touch! Overall, it was a fantastic stay. If we visit Baguio again, we’ll definitely book Bilman’s. Highly recommended!

Evamie is an amazing host! From the moment we arrived, she made sure everything was perfect. The place was superb—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. She kept checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, which made our stay even more special, especially for my daughter’s birthday. Highly recommended, and we would love to stay here again!

Very clean & accessible to the city proper

Ang ganda ng lugar, peaceful. Kung ano ung mismong nasa picture same sa actual. Napaka cozy ng bahay. Maganda. Comfortable.

The place is definitely safe and private with an outdoor pool. The caretaker Benedict was indeed helpful. Clean sheets and towels (super thankful) with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Provided a hot and cold shower. The house is indeed recommendable for big groups. Provided with refrigerator, hot and cold drinking water, cooking utensils etc. Caterer knows the place well for our food deliveries. Recommendable caterers are Amano's Lechon (superb and delicious lechon belly), Kamarin Bay Grill and Restaurant and Biryani Station. The host is very responsive. and we Thank you for that. Kudos to you and your staff :)

Great place for family. Very spacious, and the kids had lots of fun on the pool. Hosts are very responsive

This place was a hit for my group of seven seniors and five adults. Rooms were large and cozy. There was a restroom for each one. Since this was a villa by the mountainside with lots of foliage, expect that the plumbing will reflect as such. That is not to say we are not satisfied, it is just a reality! This place has billiards, ping-pong, a beautiful pool, wonderful decorations throughout, and a very well set up karaoke system. The staff were extremely communicative and friendly. They were helpful and attentive. All this being said, we want to come back! For a longer stay as soon as possible with more family. I am certain that our little ones and more of our young adults would enjoy this spot for a family reunion or holiday together!

Shiella Mae was really helpful and really fast at replying messages. The house was really clean and modern and it had all the amenities.

Our family had fun at Oceana Villa 1! Our stay was as comfy as possible. The price we paid for was really worth it. The beach was a walk away, although the waves are best suited for surfing. We are looking forward to our next stay here. The hosts are very helpful and are approachable. Thank you Ma'am Malou and company! :)

Kuya Manuel was extremely helpful. He stayed there until we arrived to greet us and welcome us into the home, he gave clear instructions on what building to look for up on arrival as well. The house was beautifully renovated and very spacious. Its the best place to stay with 12 people!! Each bedroom comes with a full bathroom. Very close to the beach and the market! I highly recommend this space for anyone travelling with a big crew, it is a great place to create special memories! salamat po kuya Manuel, and Kuya Johnathan!! Until next time (:

place was as discribed. looked new and well kept. complete , mindful when we said we’d have kids. even provided bathrobes for them coz there’s a pool, a thoughtful gesture 🙂 thanks Ronie! most of the furniture were Ikea, nice and organized, losts of beds. really cozy, we slept really well. keep in mind that the way in and out is steep, but was doable even with a full packed van 👍🏼

The place was beautiful and Sandie was very helpful. We will definitely be back for another stay.
