We had a great experience at this Airbnb in Baguio City, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the area.

The place is very quiet and peaceful. you can easily relax here. the house is so big and beds are very comfortable. public transport is not an issue because it's close to the main roqd.

our final turn was a narrow road to Rosalinda's Place, prayerfully hoping that it will be something acceptable atleast... When the road finally opened up to a wider path with beautiful grafted bougainvilleas leading to the resort itself. The gate opened up to more beautiful multigrafted plants with Nipa huts around. There we finally saw our villa with so much promise of comfort and good memories. And right infront of it truly was an unobstructed view of the beach with fine sand, clean and clear water. It was more than what we expected and yes more than what we paid for. I've got alot more to say like having a life guard, attentive attendants, not having to lack anything coz they definitely provided all that we asked for, having a nearby market where everything is fresh and if your in a good time a fresh catch from the sea but I'll stop here and hope you guys will try and experience it yourselves. 😊

This is our second time booking this place, and the view and ambiance never fail to amaze us. It feels like having a private beach because there are hardly any other people around. It can get really hot at noon, which is understandable since it's summer, but overall, the place is worth the visit. Ma'am Alona and the caretaker Richard are very approachable. Thanks again for having us!

The place is definitely safe and private with an outdoor pool. The caretaker Benedict was indeed helpful. Clean sheets and towels (super thankful) with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Provided a hot and cold shower. The house is indeed recommendable for big groups. Provided with refrigerator, hot and cold drinking water, cooking utensils etc. Caterer knows the place well for our food deliveries. Recommendable caterers are Amano's Lechon (superb and delicious lechon belly), Kamarin Bay Grill and Restaurant and Biryani Station. The host is very responsive. and we Thank you for that. Kudos to you and your staff :)

This place was absolutely perfect! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was great, It’s just a 2-minute walk to the beach! The hosts were so thoughtful and made us feel right at home and the housekeepers were friendly. We especially loved the game area and the swimming pool—it was such a treat for both fun and relaxation. The pool was pristine, and the game area kept everyone entertained for hours. What made our stay even more special was the catering service they offer! You can order delicious food and have it delivered right to the villa. It’s so convenient, making this place perfect for hosting birthdays, family gatherings, or other special events without any hassle. This property exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s ideal for families, couples, or anyone looking for a mix of comfort, convenience, and fun. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to come back for another stay! Kudos to the owners, salamat po!

Absolutely love this place. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Leah is very accommodating and friendly. We made use of all the amenities like the pool table and the karaoke. Definitely made our stay more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this place if you want to just spend some good quality time with friends and family. 10 out of 10. The market is not that far from the area as well.

The place is very spacious, clean, interesting, well-decorated, well-landscaped, comfortable and functional. It has a rustic and homey charm. Yela/host, Marinie/manager and kuya/ate staff are very responsive, friendly and accomodating to my requests and queries. Their in-house breakfast is very good and must try the longganisang alaminos and daing na espada. My mom's 81st birthday celebration became more special and a memorable one becoz this place. Overall, me, my big family and relatives had a great stay here and loved it. Would highly recommend this place.

Great place to chill and unwind. Nothing fancy, but the place has everything you'll need for a quick getaway. The caretaker was very friendly and was and assisted us with gathering our stuff during check out. My only gripe about the place is the water. Not the hosts fault but I think it's the water supply itself, probably from a deep well which causes the "salty/rusty smell and color. This probably is what causes the fixings on the bathroom to rust and since it is near the beach will also cause other parts of the house to rust faster. I'd just suggest maybe have a water filtration system for the homes water supply. Everything else is good, we enjoyed our stay and will consider this place again for future trips.

Great place to write a book! This was our first visit to this area in the Philippines. Some, it was the first trip to the Philippines. Both groups are already thinking how we can return only to be at Dune house. The architectural elements and style are well thought out for space and elegance. The management and security were so helpful and kind. The plunge pool was clean and added to the relaxation and serenity of the house. We spent most of our time on the exquisite pool deck overlooking the dune to the beach. Privacy is so well preserved. From the road, you don’t realize the Dune house exists. The internet worked great. I would hesitate to bring small children here as stairs from drive to deck does not have a rail and the deck from the property out to the public beach has been damaged by the previous seasons storms. If one was writing a book, this location and home would be a haven with its privacy. What a gem! Thank you

Maganda yung location, malinis yung place, malinis yung cr. sana meron lang free toiletries and skippers sa loob hehe and may kitchen sa baba para perfect na pero overall okay sya. 💕

The place was very cozy. We had a fun night, the kids enjoyed the pool. The host was very responsive and provided the instructions of check in ahead of time which made it easy for us locate the place. The caretakers of the place were also accommodating and very kind. The house was very neat and all your needs will definitely be provided to you. Kudos as well for those people who were assisted us during our stay they were very helpful and accommodating. The host was very friendly and suggesting you what you can do beside the beach on your trip. The jacuzzi is very nice and room was so cold, it can relax you. The place was beach front and near urbiztoondo where you can try some restaurants and bars. We will definitely going back again on this place. I also recommend to try the host's place for you to relax and enjoy the beach . Host mam you're the best. Kudos to you.
