Evin konumu beşiktaşın dibinde ama kaostan uzak. Evin hemen önünde ücretli otopark mevcut ama yer bulabilirseniz yol kenarlarına park edebilirsiniz. Beşiktaşta gezmek istediğiniz her şey ayağınızının altında. Ev çok temizdi yataklar çok rahattı manzara müthiş. Savaş bey çok misafirperverdi mesajlarıma hemen geri dönüş sağladı. Yine ev tutmak istersem kesinlikle bu evi tercih ederim.

The view is incredible 🌟 🌟🌟 Thank you for hosting us in this apartment. The apartment is in a perfect location and has everything you want. Having air conditioning and TV in all bedrooms is very good for us and for large groups ☺️ We can stay in the jacuzzi for hours and watch the sunset. You definitely don't want to stay after sitting on the terrace. Very comfortable, very beautiful and special apartment. All furniture and white goods are new. Thank you Gülşen and her team for everything🌸🌸🌸🩵🩵💛💛

fantastic property! brand new and eas extremely spotless. the host was very helpful, friendly and flexible. the location is great walking distance to all amenities incl places to eat and shopping. prices are great in bekirkoy. local prices and people are friendly

Communication with Mr. Bahadır was quite easy. The house was exactly as shown in the photos and was in a very central location. It was very easy to access many public transportation options. I would love to stay here again on my next trip :)

I had an excellent experience renting an apartment with Mahmud. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly helpful and attentive. He took the initiative to ensure we had everything we needed, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He was also very responsive to our messages, which made communication easy. The apartment itself was spotless, tidy, and very cozy, and having a convenience store nearby was a fantastic bonus. I highly recommend Mahmud for anyone looking for a professional and caring host!

Amazing view from the balcony. Great location - very close to T1 train. House is clean with necessary stuff. Host is super responsive and accommodating. Helped us carry the luggage.. Thank you. The airport shuttle service that he arranged for us is an amazing and luxury experience. Wish our break could’ve been longer.

We liked this place so much that we didn’t wanted to try the other place and extended our stay. The terrace and its view mesmerised us both in the morning and at night. Plus, my sons enjoying the Playstation in the dome and the closeness to the tram with 1 min walk was other reasons that we decided to stay longer. We thank the hosts so much for an amazing vacation time we spent in Istanbul! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

Zafer is a very attentive and reliable host! He was always there for us. The location is just great. The window view is breathtaking — you can see the hills and the Bosphorus. I highly recommend this house for an Istanbul stay.

Ozan was very accomodating and responsive, and helpful. The place is surrounded by plent of restaurants and cafes, very convenient

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again

Location was great, near Marmaray ( 8 Min by foot) We walked several times to the Mall called Floria Aquarium ( 40 min by Foot) or 2 Staions by Marmaray) Very nice Balcony with perfect view..

я довольна апартаментами и расположением, красивые виды, хорошая окрестность, в десяти минутах ходьбы много вкусных заведедений и хороших ресторанов, никаких проблем и вопросов во время проживания не возникало, всё чисто, есть всё необходимое, легко попасть, мгновенное подтверждение, мне понравилось!

Все прошло отлично, хозяин всегда был на связи и готов помочь. Район очень удобный для путешествий по Стамбулу, так как расположен возле паромной станции Ortakoy. Единственный минус, то чтобы попасть в туалет нужно пройти через спальню, но мне это не помешало отлично провести время в Стамбуле!
