Die Unterkunft war einfach toll! Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie halfen mir mit dem Organisieren von Taxis, und Ausflügen, bereiteten leckeres Frühstück vor und waren immer als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Vom Zimmer aus hört man Meeresrauschen und die Geräusche der Natur. Ich habe mich gefühlt, wie auf einer verlassenen Insel. Ich würde mich jeder Zeit wieder kommen!

Kim and Rene are amazing hosts, they are super friendly people. The house is equipped with all necessary stuff to do your vacations a success. I'd definitely come back. Extremely recommended!

The house is large and beautiful and the pictures are very accurate to what you are getting. You can find a few more photos on the Costa Verde website for bungalow A-14. Check in is at the reception desk and they drive you to your place. The third bedroom is now closed in completely with glass and while it doesn’t have its own A/C there’s a fan and with the door open you can easily have a very nice temperature in this room from the A/C in the living room. The views from the patio/terrace area are phenomenal and the grounds are very nice. The kitchen is limited but functional, as shown in the pictures. Housekeeping came every day and kept the place impeccably clean. The screened in bathrooms were really delightful, like an outdoor shower without the animals and bugs joining you. One slight downside is the roof is the kind that will be very loud in a rain storm. Very convenient to El Avion and El Wagon and the hotel pools are lovely.

Jose and David were incredible hosts. So friendly and welcoming. Felt at home with them, and the breakfast this morning was the perfect post surf meal. The bungalow was so peaceful and your magazine with local recommendations was amazing. We went to La Parcela and loved it!

We really can't put into words how wonderful our stay was thank you. From the moment we arrived it felt like home. Stunning Views, beautiful beach within a short walk wonderful helpful people around the resort. The resort Costa Verde where this airbnb is localocated is lovely the restaurants are great the people our so atattentive and noting is too much trouble. The wildlife is incredible, monkeys everywhere, sloths in the trees surrounding the resort. We are travelling the world with our 4 kids and we could have stayed for another couple of weeks. The Airbnb it's self is very spacious with everything you need, the WiFi is good and the daily housekeeping was an unexpected luxury. It felt really private whilst having every amenity withing walking distance. Caution if you don't like hills, we managed fine with the kids. I really hope we can return one day.

Very cool place and location. The town was adorable and everything is around the corner. Property is beautiful. Check in was different from most places I’ve stayed. We had to wait for owner to meet us w a key, after a 4ish hour drive. Lock box would have worked just fine.

This was a perfect home to stay in while vacationing in Costa Rica. My family which included my 8 year old twin girls absolutely LOVED our stay here. This property is secluded enough to feel safe and relaxed. A ride to the main road that takes you to Uvita, Domincal, etc was a short but beautiful drive down the mountain. Grocery stores are very close, kitchen has everything you need as does the rest of the home. The pool is large and perfect temperature. Chelsea-our host was so very helpful with restaurant recommendations and any bookings we needed. My family rated this vacation home an A+!! We hope to be back!

We had a lovely stay! The pool was super refreshing after a long day in the hot humid weather and the proximity to the beach was incredible! Natalie and the crew were very responsive and provided nice local recommendations. Would happily stay here again!

The Portal, hosted by Aylee, is one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. The views are truly million-dollar, offering stunning sunsets and a connection to nature with butterflies, birds, and wildlife right outside your door. The privacy and serenity of this location make it a perfect retreat. Aylee is an exceptional host, always available and proactive in communication, ensuring our stay was seamless and memorable. We enjoyed two incredible services during our visit: a private yoga class and a two-hour massage, both of which were extraordinary and added to the relaxing experience. The sunsets were spectacular, and the natural beauty surrounding The Portal made every moment unforgettable. While the listing is clear about the absence of air conditioning, which initially gave us pause, the breathtaking experience more than made up for it. A couple of warm nights were a minor trade-off for the unparalleled setting. We highly recommend this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Our host was great! He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed from day one. Our location was very convenient. It is centrally located between Dominical Beach and San Isidro. And walking distance to Nauyaca Waterfalls. Nature surrounds this beautiful jungle park like destination. Every morning/day we enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and butterflies! There are an amazing variety of birds to watch! Some days we got glimpses of the Agouti and the turkey-looking black birds with bright yellow beaks walking through. And the nature sounds were music to our ears! We took advantage of the lemon trees too! The private outdoor space was perfect for us and we used it daily, rain or shine. We were provided a carport for parking. The property is gated and safe.

Todd & Jill were fantastic, going above and beyond the call of duty! Responsive & attentive, considerate & accomodating, & just good ol' fashion nice people! They helped us with navigating our way to their beautiful & peaceful property in the jungle mountains! They blessed us and shared with us fruit from the crazy variety of things growing on their land! The view from the main bedroom and the front porch that you wake up to every morning is breath taking! We hiked & swam in the gorgeous stream and river that borders each side of the house! Todd & Jill both have an incredible love for people & their well being & are extremely knowledgeable about many things including food and whats really going on in the world! We were blessed to have a handful of conversations with them! We cant even truly begin to capture the essence in this write up of how amazing a visit to Todd & Jills really is! I am a student studying abroad in San Jose and decided to book a last minute trip for the weekend. The Airbnb was 5 minutes away from the bus station, and no less than a 10 minute uber ride to waterfalls, beaches, and restaurants. The casita was equipped with a full kitchen and dishwasher along with an extremely detailed list of places to eat, fun things to do in the area, and places to explore. The hosts provided both sunscreen and bugspray by the pool. (which is amazing because I forgot mine) They responded very quickly to messages and were eager to help with anything. Checking in was simple and checking out as well. I was so happy with my experience and would completely recommend staying here!!
