What an incredible space! We enjoyed having the entire floor to ourselves. The elevator opened directly into our unit. A friendly staff member welcomed us with cool towels and gave us a tour of the hotel—a very nice touch. Our teens enjoyed the game room (pool and table tennis, especially) and we took advantage of the activities like the cooking class and walking tour (more of a hike). We didn’t need a car while there since the hotel provides shuttle service to nearby areas and many of the restaurants are on the same street as the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting one of the most stunning locations in Costa Rica, and it exceeded all my expectations. The natural beauty is absolutely breathtaking—lush greenery, pristine beaches, and vibrant wildlife everywhere you look. The accommodations were immaculate and designed to harmonize perfectly with the surrounding environment, creating a tranquil and luxurious retreat. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was unforgettable. Whether you’re looking to relax in paradise or explore the wonders of nature, this place offers the best of both worlds. I can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to return to this little slice of heaven in Costa Rica!

Amazing! We’ve done this trip in various locations across costa rica and Brian’s place was by far the best, especially for larger groups. The dreamy outdoor kitchen had all the best appliances and tools you could ever need. The pool and lounge area felt like what you would experience at a high end resort. The music hookup and lighting at night was perfect for relaxing and breathtaking sunsets and nighttime conversations. Some of us could even get in a morning workout given the great gym area available and would end it with a cold plunge. I literally can’t think of anything else we could ever need! Beyond being an absolute paradise, Brian went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure we were comfortable. It’s rare these days that the host is as invested in their guests’ experience as Brian, and it’s clear that he really wants his guests to feel at home and welcome. He always promptly answered any questions and was eager to help and give recommendations. Can’t wait to come back!

Precioso alojamiento con todas las comodidades necesarias. Ubicado en medio de un frondoso bosque lluvioso tropical y jardines muy hermosos. Zona muy tranquila y privada.

Excelente para dormir y hacer cosas en quepos..!! Tener en cuenta que está dentro de una propiedad, entonces no es 100% privado. Sin embargo, es un lugar muy bueno y accesible para estar en la zona, lo recomiendo 100%

This was our last place during our travels in Costa Rica. The host (Martin) was exceptionally friendly and attentive to all of our needs. He really made us feel welcome and at home. Very comfortable place, lot’s of room, great kitchen and bathrooms. Everything in working order, we used the grill every night to make home cooked meals for our kids. We where at the “pool level” and we had instant access to the wonderful pool and terrace. Wildlife was amazing from this place, we witnessed squirrel monkeys passing through the trees while we enjoyed coffee in the morning! Same in the evenings when we used the pool.

As the photos show, view is incredible. What our family loved about the location were: 10 mins to Manuel Antonio and beaches, next door to Emilio's Cafe (great restaurant for lunch or dinner and great spot to grab quick coffee and breakfast), and convenient location for so many restaurants and shopping~groceries and souvenirs). We saw Laurent(call him "Lorenzo") often and he got to know our family. He was very helpful and made us feel welcome. He also helped arrange our 3 separate shuttles to SJO with great responsible drivers. This was a huge help! There was daily maid service to take our trash and make sure we had enough towels. The shared pool was almost exclusively ours, as we never saw anyone else. There an AC unit in every bedroom. The covered balcony that surrounded the entire first floor included 6 hammocks, outdoor dining table, and fans. It was a very relaxing stay at Villa Manuel Antonio!

My fiancé and I absolutely LOVED our stay at the Tarzan Jungle Home! It was by far our favorite place we stayed on our trip to Costa Rica, and we even ended up extending our stay there. It is such a cool space and you can tell they have put a lot of time and effort in the property and it’s surroundings. The zipline and water slide were great additions and definitely made us feel like it was worth every penny spent. Also, the property manager Marlyn is amazing and so very helpful and responsive, as is the host Paul👍🏼 We would 10 out of 10 recommend and stay here again on our next trip!

Despite the rains, the family had a wonderful time at the home. On the last day the rains finally cleared and the view was absolutely stunning. A 4x4 is an absolute must!

What an incredible location! We loved our stay in Dominical! The beach is awesome and only a two minute walk, the street market was fun and so many great restaurants to try out! The house is as described and once we got used to the open air kitchen we loved it! Everything you need to cook simple meals is there, we lived for fresh made smoothies every morning and could buy the fruit just steps away. The AC in the bedrooms was greatly appreciated for sleeping! Sergio was very helpful with any little needs we had. We hope to return to Dominical soon and would stay here again!

My wife, son and I stayed 4 nights in this lovely hill top home. The serenity, wild life, views and hikes were stunning. We stayed off season in August and the variety of weather and thus the moods was enchanting. The rain clouds and sun playing patterns across the sheep covered hillsides reminded us of New Zealand or Europe. The mornings could be chilly but sleeping was warm and cozy with adequate blankets. Most everything you would need was supplied and though it seemed we were 100 miles away, the local town was close and a larger town was only a 30 minute drive. Restaurants, fruits and supplies were within reach. The local caretakers Maria and Josè were very friendly, spoke enough english and were extremely responsive/helpful. I highly recommend this stay if a rural, remote, peaceful, quiet setting interests you. We hope to return for a longer stay in the near future.

This is our second visit to Erik's property. It is located above Dominical about 15 minutes from HWY 34. The house has beautiful mountain/valley views, nestled in the jungle with plenty of birds and mammals. Since we had been there before, we are not sure if the google map directions are any better but once you head up the hill the house is on the first main road to the right (just after you pass a beautiful new white home). The area is very hilly so we definitely stretched our legs and lungs on our morning walks. Playa Linda is less than 30 minutes from the property and is a nice walkable beach and monkeys many mornings. Uvita has our favorite farmers market on Saturdays. We shopped mainly at Dominical Supermercado (across from the new BM) as it is locally owned, carries a very large variety and has a great owner. It is surprisingly large once you go inside. We love Erik's place and plan to return when we next visit the area.

Love the place. The host helped arrange a car rental which you must have to get to the place. We used an uber a couple of times - although the uber couldn’t get all the way to the place.

Amazing views… might never get tired of those! The house is incredibly private. The breeze was amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised at how cool the house stayed without A/C. The older home has such charm and character which I love, but it comes with challenges (opening doors and windows primarily). Host Eric was very helpful and clear with directions etc. He was pleasant and super responsive (there was a water issue, but he responded immediately and had it fixed in no time). Unfortunately, the significant highway noise (particularly truck brakes and motorcycles) disrupts the otherwise incredibly peaceful setting, and there is no escaping it indoors if you want to enjoy fresh air and have windows and doors open. This is no fault and can’t be changed by the owner (I imagine the traffic noise has worsened over the years), but guests should be aware (mentioned in the description and reviews) particularly if they are light sleepers or noise sensitive. Todd & Jill were fantastic, going above and beyond the call of duty! Responsive & attentive, considerate & accomodating, & just good ol' fashion nice people! They helped us with navigating our way to their beautiful & peaceful property in the jungle mountains! They blessed us and shared with us fruit from the crazy variety of things growing on their land! The view from the main bedroom and the front porch that you wake up to every morning is breath taking! We hiked & swam in the gorgeous stream and river that borders each side of the house! Todd & Jill both have an incredible love for people & their well being & are extremely knowledgeable about many things including food and whats really going on in the world! We were blessed to have a handful of conversations with them! We cant even truly begin to capture the essence in this write up of how amazing a visit to Todd & Jills really is! To whomever reads this, May you be blessed in Yhshwhs (Jesus) name! I wish i could say more! Cheers!

Jerome was very responsive and answered the 100s of questions I had leading up to the trip and during. We utilized their concierge, transfer and rental car services. Check in was very easy! The home looked just like the photos. The room with the bunks is actually more spacious than I expected. We had 3 adults stay in that room with no problem. Also has an ensuite bathroom. Jerome had the rental cars delivered to the Airbnb for us. Location was great! We were able to do a Zipline Tour and ATV Tour that were both only 8 min away. We also visited Nauyaca Waterfall which was only about 30 min away. Jerome also assisted in booking a chef for dinner one of the nights! The food was awesome and the chefs were friendly! We had a great time! Would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The landscaping and scenery were beautiful. Jeff and Nando were friendly and so helpful with great suggestions for activities and restaurants. We used the pool daily and sometimes at night. It was so refreshing after the heat of the day. The 3 building concept was unique and very liveable.

Beautiful home and surroundings. The beds are all super comfortable and 3 private rooms. A short walk to the beach, in gorgeous jungle. Can't wait to return.

We throughly enjoyed our visit to Uvita and staying here. I was nervous after reading a couple of reviews, but there are a few things people need to understand. This house is in the jungle, off the road, and not downtown by any stretch of the imagination. Because of that you are surrounded by beauty but there are going to be some things that probably won’t happen if you are in downtown USA. These things by NO MEANS ruined our stay. There is only enough water pressure to run one shower at a time, plan accordingly. The power did occasionally flicker, but Cynthia shows you where the breaker box is and all you have to do is flip the switches back on. This solved any problems with power in both houses. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs, the house is surrounded by nature and the sun comes up at 5:30, you will hear birds, monkeys and bugs. It is awesome! The private beach and transfers were amazing! Don’t let a few reviews dissuade you from booking. We will book again.

Absolutely love this location and house. The pool is epic too and we loved the thunder and lightning storms. We had an amazing experience here and even extended our stay to spend more time in the mountains. Louey and Jessica are incredibly responsive and helpful with everything too.

This open design space is a stand alone building within the gated family complex. The hosts are very personal- it felt like visiting friends more than being renters. We felt so safe there we didn’t even lock the door when we left for the day. Pool and terrace were great. We benefited from the hosts suggestions on the local area. We loved our stay, but since the host family lives on site and has dogs, if you are seeking complete seclusion, or are afraid of dogs, you may not enjoy as much as we did.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The beach right out the back door was a dream—soft, fine sand perfect for skimboarding, and the pool was the ideal refreshing temperature. The house was spotless, with air conditioning in each bedroom, making for perfect siestas and restful nights. Wildlife lovers will be in heaven here—we saw iguanas, basilisks, and even had a capybara stroll by carrying a coconut one morning! The location is fantastic: just a 20-minute walk along the beach to Dominical or a quick 3-minute drive. While this is one of three identical houses, they are each completely private. A big shoutout to Vivi, who was incredibly sweet and took care of anything we needed during our stay. We’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back!

This is definitely one of our top air bnbs!! This place is amazing and the views our even better in person. The place was spotless upon arrival and the daily maid service was outstanding. Cynthia was very responsive to any needs along the way. Chef Chino and Journay were both amazing and prepared breakfast lunch and dinner 2 of our days-highly recommend!! Everything was delicious and even my picky eaters loved it and he modified anything we asked. We utilized both pools daily soaking in the sun and beautiful views. Saw so many beautiful toucans daily and they were so entertaining to watch. The beach access was an easy drive and so beautiful! My kids ages 10 and 14 could have spent hours boogie boarding the huge waves! It was so nice to have beach chairs, sun umbrella, cooler, and the boogie boards for the beach! We also used the transportation to and from San Jose and they were prompt with pick ups both ways. We will be back!!!
