Karen was very responsive to needs and helpful with any questions. Close to all amenities including beach plaza shopping and restaurants. Bed is comfortable and wifi strong.

El Departamento se encuentra en una plaza donde hay muy buenos restaurantes la zona es muy tranquila y la playa se encuentra a menos de 5 minutos, el departamento es muy amplio y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una excelente estadía espero regresar pronto.

Perfect spot for us as we were with our young daughter and in-laws! great spot for families to stay together. The condo itself was clean + comfortable and had everything we needed. It is nice that its groubd level and right in front of the pools! The Bolongo resort is nice and the staff are friendly, but the food quality could definitely use some improvement and the hours were not convenient as we had to wait until 9am until breakfast. We preferred eating off property, but that wasnt an issue as there are lots of options close by. The spa ammenities are very well priced and the gym is super nice! We would dedinitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at Maritima, although our first in this condo. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable with beautiful views and lots of space! We had asked prior to our stay if we could have a crib or pack & play for our infant which they accommodated with no issue. The host was prompt and polite with all responses! Our only feedback on this property is that it would be fantastic if they had a bbq, toaster and a larger coffeemaker (we found we needed to make a couple pots if we wanted more than a cup each as 2 adults) The master bedroom upstairs also has a small gap in the wall separate from the window making sound travel easily upstairs if you’re in the kitchen/living room. This wasn’t a huge issue for us as our baby used a sound machine but may cause issue for light sleepers. Overall an amazing experience in a beautiful spot! We will be back!

Esmeralda si es una super host, es super amable, responde rápido y estuvo muy dispuesta a resolver cualquier tema que sugiera sobre la estancia o el departamento. Su calidez en el trato y amabilidad es lo que hace una gran diferencia y asegura que se disfrute al máximo. El departamento es lindo, cómodo, amplio y muy tranquilo. La alberca y el jacuzzi del complejo son bastante grandes y disfrutables también. Las recomendaciones sobre a dónde ir y en dónde comer fueron muy atinadas. Queda a unas cuadras del mercado del mar y la marina. Además, la ubicación es ideal ya que queda cerca de otros lugares lindos. Algo adicional es que el departamento es muy accesible, hay elevador y rampas en el edificio, por lo que una persona de edad avanzada puede moverse bien. En resumen, mi familia y yo estamos felices de haber encontrado este lugar, seguramente volveremos.

Great place to stay! Highly recommend! It is located just foot steps away from restraunts, bars, laundromat, couple blocks away from Plaza and Beach and feels right at home. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy but that was expected given it's location. It didn't bother me and was still able to sleep perfectly at night. I will be booking again in the future. Jonathan was kind and always quick to respond too.
