The apartment itself is really nice and clean. All new furnishing well placed to maximize the square footage. The pools and the rest of the property is still being worked on because it's all new, but there are workers maintaining common areas keeping everything beautiful. The beach is pretty close, and the beach chairs and umbrella are a really nice touch - I'd have been burned to a crisp without it. There is a really nice french bakery down the street, and two decently stocked corner store style places. There aren't resturants in walking distance that we found, but an Uber into Bucerias is pretty inexpensive, and we found most places were able to delivery meals economically. There's security at the front gate that's really friendly and helpful to make sure you know where you're going.

Todo excelente con nuestra estadía. El depa tiene todo lo necesario, está a pie de playa y tiene tres albercas.

Súper bonito el lugar y el departamento muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario para estar tranquilo. Malo las albercas muy frías, y la única climatizada mucho bebé y niño que no hacían comoda la estadía a los adultos, recomiendo especificar eso. Comida rica y buen precio, playa muy bonita

All pictures were accurate. The pool area is resort style, beautiful with lots of chairs available. The consigliere team is fantastic! Our internet was spotty from the bedrooms, advised the host & immediately he had a technician come to install a boaster! . Highly recommend.

El depa 336 tiene una gran vista parcial al mar, una cama muy cómoda y una terraza agradable para pasar el rato por las noches. El complejo tiene bonitas albercas y una de ellas con agua tibia, aparentemente climatizada, la principal si está fría pero era época decembrina, pocos lugares ofrecen climatización. El precio de la comida en el restaurante es bueno para la zona, sali a comer varias veces y estaba en el promedio de comer en playa público. Lo que más me gustó que a pesar de tener varios huéspedes y residentes, no se sentía en ningún momento saturado el lugar. Recomendaría más sombrillas en el lugar y que lleven una silla portátil de playa ya que las palapas no tienen ningún lugar para sentarse o acostarse, solo la sombra

Hosts were great to work with and extremely helpful in providing information on services, restaurants and things to do in the area! Place has all the items you would need during your stay (dishes, cookware, etc.).

Our family had a fabulous time at Ishmael's modern, yet very comfortable vacation house. We enjoyed staying in a gaited neighborhood so conveniently located just a short walk from the beach with private beach access. Between the beach and the pools at the house and club house, we spent a lot of time in the water! We also availed ourselves to the chief option and Dora provided us with 2 delicious and beautiful meals.

This home was a magical paradise. My dream home I never knew I had! Kitchen has every tool you need to cook. Restrooms had everything you need even full size shampoo and conditioner. Had plenty of towels for shower and pool use. Pool was crystal clean! Loved the access to the beach going downstairs. Loved every bit of the decoration. So much space! Great comfortable beds and pillows. Loved that there was AC in all the rooms and living room! Enjoyed every moment in this house! I wish I could have stayed longer! Hope to be able to return one day soon.

Rosario’s home is lovely. The location and views were simply stunning. The house was clean and had everything needed to enjoy a peaceful stay. The pool was amazing. Perfect temperature and size. The views and the sound of the waves at night gave you the feel of a resort. Rosario was very kind and helpful during our stay and her staff was also wonderful. I highly recommend Rosario’s home.

Our group absolutely loved this place. It looked just like the photos and more. The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing; complemented by the views, birds, landscaping, and iguanas in the trees. The house is super walkable and convenient. We had plenty of drinking water and appreciated the fridge ice machine working off of the water jugs. Ester from the property management company was welcoming and quick to respond. We took her recommendation and hired Chef Roberto and crew to cook for our last night - I can't recommend them enough! Housekeeping and a pool cleaner came a couple times during our weeklong stay. We would definitely book this place again. One issue we did have was that the hot water didn't work in a few of the units. They swapped out the gas tanks which helped with some, but the studio never got hot water or working gas for the stove.

Highly recommended. I've stayed at Villa Palmar multiple times and it is the perfect combination of private, next to the beach and a short walk into town.

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jez's place. The house was so clean! I slept great because the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet at night. One night I even heard the sound of the waves from the ocean as I fell asleep. It has a wonderful front porch that is shady, breezy, and cool with a table and chairs. Perfect for relaxing on a hot afternoon. This was my first time traveling solo in Mexico and I felt safe staying there. It was good to know Jez and her family were right next door if I needed anything, while at the same time having privacy. Highly recommend.

Oh my goodness, we can’t say enough about this special place. It was so spacious and had a spectacular view. The decorations in the house were amazing and the owners have brought in beautiful arts from all over Mexico and other countries. You have the whole floor to yourself, in fact it was so spacious that we joked that we kept getting lost. It was hard to leave this luxurious place to go and explore. The beach was perfect for swimming, never crowded and the grounds were kept immaculate. Only 6 units so it was never crowded like other condo rentals. A few minutes walk to all the action. There is some construction next door but the noise was only minimal. It was so nice to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves every night. If you are lucky enough to have this place available for your dates, don’t hesitate to book. We wished we could have stayed forever.

I enjoyed the stay. The location is great. I stayed in the Marina a number of times and actually stayed at this condominium previously I do have a few recommendations: the bed linens could be newer and of better quality, it would be nice to have a hair dryer, there was a water jug holder, but no drinkable water. It would have been nice if there were some lamps in the living room and a coffee table. Also, it would have been nice if there were some lamps in the bedroom. The two futons in the living room were not overly comfortable but had clean protective covers on them. Joana was very responsive and permitted me a little bit of a later check out. A brand new lock was installed while I was there which was nice - but instructions were a bit unclear- but it all worked out just fine!! Overall my stay was quite pleasant and would definitely recommend this spot!!!

The location is slightly north of the the main town, but its a lovey stroll down the road or beach! There is some noise from the highway and construction fairly close but we didn't find it unreasonably loud.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The location is fantastic--close to the beach, vendors, restaurants and markets. It's safe and quiet and the property caretakers are very friendly and helpful. This unit is on the first floor which provides easy access to the pool and hot tub and fantastic ocean views. The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances work great. Overall, this is a great rental and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Punta de Mita!

I would highly recommend this condo. It was lovely , the building was clean and secure. Short walk to the beach and shopping & restaurants. The Sunset Cafe on the rooftop is a great place to watch the beautiful sunset . The pool area was very comfortable, lots of comfortable chairs and lounge chairs, the pool was clean and warm . Lari was a very responsive host with many great recommendations. The condo was spotless, and very well appointed. The bottle of water and a lovely bottle of wine was very thoughtful and a nice touch ! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful place.
