Really impressed with this place for the price point! Max 10 minutes into the heart of Sayulita. It’s a very slight incline so not tiring. The place had a well stocked kitchen and beach towels. Kuerig with a reusable pod was nice to grab local coffee. Great shower and having Netflix and apps on the tv was nice. The host was excellent. I would highly recommend

Julianna was very nice host and the place was lovely. Definitely the authentic Mexico experience. There are roosters, dogs and music sometimes in the morning or at night that I would have to mention which is stated in the description. It didn't bother me as I grew up with these things however I can see how it can affect some people's stay. The little shop next to the beach was really close and easy to walk to from her place.

We booked our honeymoon week at Casa Los Arcos and so glad we did! The staff was friendly and always responsive. They gladly helped us with booking taxis, etc. The location was ideal - on the quieter, south end of the beach but just a quick walk to all the fun. Highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around. Sayulita and casa los arcos holds a special place in our hearts. Thank you !!

My family and I spent 10 days at Las Palmas 5 and we still cannot stop raving about it. The house was beautiful and worked particularly well for a family with grown children - each bedroom is off a central private courtyard and has its own bathroom, so there was tons of privacy for each group. Beds, pillows, etc. were very comfortable. There were tons of bath and beach towels. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates/glasses/cookware/etc. but I would recommend bringing/buying your own spices, olive oil, etc. What really made the trip so amazing and special was Pedro, our concierge from Vallarta Rentals, and our housekeepers, Guadeloupe and Isabella. Pedro was so organized and on top of everything, he handled booking our COVID tests, getting our groceries, airport transfer, travel around, reservations, even tracking down an amazing chocolate cake for a family member that was celebrating a birthday. Guadeloupe and Isabella made absolutely DELICIOUS food and were so friendly and kind. We largely picked lunches for them to prepare, and each morning, they put out cut fruit, yogurt, granola and coffee for us to snack on. They were even kind enough to host a little cooking class for our family to share several of the recipes we loved (shrimp marietas, fresh tortillas, etc.). We primarily used Google Translate to communicate with the two of them. And Isabella made sure the house was spotless each day, and it was so nice to not have to handle laundry, cleaning, cooking, dishes, etc. Punta Mita was lovely! Very safe and clean. We loved the El Surf Club (great swimming beach, delicious food, great drinks) and the SUFI Beach Club (more quiet, no beach, just a pool). We popped into the little town on a regular basis, there is a little grocery store for any groceries you might need to fill in, as well as a number of beautiful boutiques with great local made items (although most are $$$). Due to COVID, the St Regis and Four Seasons properties were closed to visitors but we didn't notice the absence - there was plenty to do otherwise.

We stayed at Amorita 2. This is the 2nd floor unit with another rental space below and shared pool. The space inside is as described, clean and well stocked. The kitchen area has a small fridge/freezer and electric burner only. This was not a surprise as that is what is shown in the pictures, but I did find I missed having a full size kitchen. The unit below does have a full outdoor kitchen which would be better for those that like to cook at home rather than go out for most meals. There is a very luxurious beach club right next door. You do get a discount for a day pass if you mention you are staying here but we also discovered you can go to the restaurant for dinner without paying the entry fee. For the price this space far exceeded our expectations and we would love to return. Watching the sunset over the Pacific from the deck with an evening cocktail in this magical little town will forever be imprinted on me. Our absolute favourite place on our Sayulita discovery! On a hill surrounded by trees and mountain views, we were not really bothered by the construction (happening all around town anyway). The inside out the apartment has everything we needed and they even provided toys and equipment for our toddler! Would love to visit again, thanks so much for hosting us!

What a beautiful spot. Andrea and Alex were wonderful hosts - warm and helpful. We had a family emergency and they were most accommodating and we ended up being able to adjust her dates slightly and still enjoy our vacation. Thank you very much! We will be back :)

A Little Oasis with Hammocks, Sunshine & Oxxo Nearby! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat that still keeps you close to the action, this place is a gem! It's just a few minutes' walk from the bus station—so close that even your suitcase wheels won’t have time to complain. Oxxo is right around the corner for all your last-minute snack runs (or emergency midnight cravings), and there are plenty of local restaurants nearby to keep your taste buds entertained. The main happening area is about a 15-minute stroll away—just enough to burn off those tacos but not enough to make you reconsider getting more. But honestly, you might not even want to leave because the stay itself feels like an oasis. Think lush plants, towering trees, and a small water fountain adding just the right amount of zen. Oh, and hammocks-so many hammocks! Whether you’re a sun-seeker or a shade-lover, there’s a perfect lounging spot waiting for you. Highly recommended.

We LOVED Suzanne’s place. Our little cottage was perfect for two. The grounds at Suzanne’s place are stunning, restorative and peaceful. Beautiful view of the beach and town from a perch on the upper tier. Two pools to lounge by. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to town, and the beach down the hill. Suzanne was responsive when we had questions or needs. There are stairs to maneuver throughout the grounds and into the casas so that is something to take into consideration if you have mobility issues. Also, Sayulita is a vibrant and active town with lots of activities, celebrations and music so you can hear noise from the town below in the evenings but it was manageable. I don’t know if there is a place in town where one could stay and not hear noise. We would definitely stay here again
