Wonderful location to explore Corral del Risco and Punta Mita. Very relaxing complex with 30+ meter swimming pool and a large splash pad for young children. A 2-minute walk to several excellent restaurants. Secure complex, but also easy to get in and out.

Dona’s unit in Playa Royale is exceptionally well appointed. It is perfect for a couple who want a relaxing time. Beach chairs included Lots of high quality table and glass ware and everything a discerning cook would need. High end appliances Playa Royale is a residence and not a hotel so it is very quiet and relaxing. Nice beach bar with happy hour on the beautiful beach. A number of restaurants a short walk away

Cannot say enough great things about our stay at HDM! Lauren and Roxy were incredibly helpful in answering all our questions and helping us plan! Our group had a once in a lifetime trip and we will definitely be back!

C’était notre deuxième séjour au Delcanto et nous n’avons pas été déçus de retourner dans ce complexe. Nous avons eu la chance de passé un mois dans le condo d’Isabelle et ce fut un séjour très agréable à tous les points de vue. L’appartement était propre et les quelques petits ajustements que nous avons eu à faire ont vite été réglés par Paloma, la représentante sur place. La chambre des maîtres est très grande et dispose d’une salle de bain avec douche, vanité double et toilette. La deuxième chambre est équipée de deux lits double et d’une salle de bain avec douche. Le rangement est amplement suffisant et les chambres ont l’air climatisé ainsi qu’un ventilateur au plafond. La literie et les serviettes étaient propres et en quantité suffisante. La cuisine est équipée convenablement avec une salle de lavage attenante. Les services dans le complexe sont variés et le personnel est dévoué et efficace. La propreté est remarquable dans tous les espaces publiques. Nous y retournerons!

This place was incredible! We stayed here with our 4 young children, and it was an ideal location! Right on ground level, steps from the pools and beach, and enough space for everyone to have their own bed and bathroom. Everything was clean, tidy, and organized. Kitchen was convenient for whipping up breakfasts, snacks, or reheating leftovers, and the buffet and snack shack on site were delicious! The property was super easy to get to, and we always felt very safe and comfortable. Nuevo Vallarta had a lot to offer for things to do and restaurants to eat at, but the taxi rides to other areas were relatively quick and inexpensive. The hosts were very responsive and quick to assist us with the few things we needed help with. They also had wonderful recommendations for shopping, excursions, transportation, and food! We will definitely be back some day!

We stayed at Patsy's place for a month in March/April 2025 and we had a great stay! We loved the quiet Northside location and used the heated pool and hot tub every day - it was a nice touch to have it heated! The house manager heped us with any little issue we had and was quick to help. Having the reverse osmosis system for drinking water was fantastic! One thing I would recommend would be an update to pots/pans, but that's pretty much standard with any airbnb!

Excelente alojamiento en el corazón de Sayulita. Magnífica relación precio-calidad. Todo queda a la mano: restaurantes, bares, comercios, etc. Quizá un punto a considerar es la cantidad de ruido (natural por la ubicación y sobre todo en fines de semana) para aquellos que buscan un lugar silencioso. Jordi siempre está al pendiente. La terraza es más amplia de lo que se ve y las personas de los locales cercanos son muy amables. Recomiendo el alojamiento ampliamente y definitivamente volvería.

El departamento tiene suficiente espacio para las personas que anuncia, la alberca está muy cerca y la playa a 5 minutos en automóvil

We spent 5 weeks at Maggie’s condo. Easy check in and Maggie was always available and quick to reply to any questions we had. The condo is well equipped for long term stays. We really appreciated having the use beach chairs and an umbrella. The pool is lovely and so are the grounds. I would highlight recommended her condo to others.

The only suggestion I would make is that the potable water situation needs to be addressed prior to arrival. We were not aware of the water situation upon arrival. No charging cord for the recharging the pump used to dispense the bottled water was available in the condo.

First time staying off the beach, we were pleasantly surprised as it was only a 20 minute walk to get there and there was a shuttle if you had a beach card. Erick was great to deal with, very responsive and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay at his property again and will consider in the future. Note: Golf is expensive at El Tigre, we had to go elsewhere.

Beautiful views and location! Sunset views every night from the terrace. Easy to walk everywhere to dine or shop. The beach access is perfect. The pool is wonderful, however, the hot tub isn't heated and was colder than the pool. The condo was clean and everything we needed was there. Our communication with our host was above and beyond expectations. We had a great week!

We had to make a last minute change while staying in Sayulita and Dillon was extremely quick to respond, had the place freshened up by the cleaners and got us into the airbnb very quickly. The place is in a great location. It’s just far enough away from the noisy bars and restaurants in the center of Sayulita but an easy walk to all the action. There was some road noise in the front bedroom but he has kindly left some earplugs. The airbnb was very comfortable and had all the things we needed for our stay including a sun umbrella, folding chairs and quick dry towels. The air conditioning kept the space nice and cool. Spacious eating area, plenty of cooking utensils and balcony were a plus but the roof deck area with tables, loungers and pool was the star of the show. We had some detector chirping at one point and Dillon had the batteries changed right away. We would absolutely come back! Thanks again, Dillon, for hosting our family and sharing your space with us.

Great place. Quiet, comfortable, clean. Walkable to the beach, fish market, marina and convenience stores. Clean and comfortable beds. Sufficient space. Great recreational area on the roof top. Was great to use gas BBQ and enjoy scenery. Management was helpful and easy to reach.

We enjoy the Vidanta facilities and the pool at the facilities as well. We Uber to Vallarta and to other places. Beautiful place as described!

Second time visiting this great town. Feels protected from the many tourists visiting the area. Amazing, peaceful stay. Spacious condo with everything we needed. Great to have our own little area for chairs/table right next to the pool. Tree just outside crawling with wildlife every morning: iguanas, herons, egrets. Teresa's Tacos, El Sueño de Mita, Norma's Tacos, Pescaderia Punta de Mita, all within walking distance. The constant noise of the waves throughout our time. Next time probably won't bother with a rental car -- we were happy to just stick within a walk of condo.

This was our second year staying at Alexander's condo. It was another great stay and we have already booked for next year. Alamar is a lovely complex and we love the infinity pool 100 steps outside our door, and the beach resort is also clean and amazing. Alexander was extremely responsive in his communications with us before and during our stay. The view from his condo is simply gorgeous. We could easily watch whales, dolphins and birds from our patio balcony - bring binoculars! Thanks again Alexander for sharing your beautiful condo, and we can't wait to come back next year!

The condo is very clean, very spacious, and is overlooking a massive pool and patio area, that is meticulously maintained by the friendly and helpful staff. It is such a large area you feel as though you have it all to yourself, there are lots of trees and the area is very private. Alejandro is a very accommodating host, he was always quick to respond to any questions that we had. The condo is within walking distance to the marina where you will find many great restaurants. We were able to purchase wrist bands to access Vidanta, there is cart service to pick you up and drop you off at the door as well. There aren’t enough stars to give! we had a wonderful vacation here, and would absolutely recommend Alejandro and this property to anyone. We truly felt at home here! Muchas gracias!

The apartment is located right next to the par three Vidanta’s golf course. The view is great and having access to Vidanta and Gran Mayan is a plus. A minor disappointment was lack of toiletries and kitchen basics such sugar, salt, napkins, cooking oil, extra toilet paper, drinking water. The front desk can send garrafons of water but for some reason, two times in 7 days they were out of them. The pool and gardens of “Balancan” are great. The front desk provides towels for the pool. It was relaxing to use the condo pool. There is a great selection of restaurants less than 10 mins from the apartment. Guillermo was of great help and very kind. The personnel at Balancan deserves also mention as all of them were helpful and polite. I would return.
