Todo súper bien con la estadía, la vista es agradable, lugar ordenado, cocina equipada y personal amable, buena experiencia, volvería sin duda!

The apartment itself is really nice and clean. All new furnishing well placed to maximize the square footage. The pools and the rest of the property is still being worked on because it's all new, but there are workers maintaining common areas keeping everything beautiful. The beach is pretty close, and the beach chairs and umbrella are a really nice touch - I'd have been burned to a crisp without it. There is a really nice french bakery down the street, and two decently stocked corner store style places. There aren't resturants in walking distance that we found, but an Uber into Bucerias is pretty inexpensive, and we found most places were able to delivery meals economically. There's security at the front gate that's really friendly and helpful to make sure you know where you're going.

Súper bonito el lugar y el departamento muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario para estar tranquilo. Malo las albercas muy frías, y la única climatizada mucho bebé y niño que no hacían comoda la estadía a los adultos, recomiendo especificar eso. Comida rica y buen precio, playa muy bonita

All pictures were accurate. The pool area is resort style, beautiful with lots of chairs available. The consigliere team is fantastic! Our internet was spotty from the bedrooms, advised the host & immediately he had a technician come to install a boaster! . Highly recommend.

El lugar es igual a las fotos, está muy bonito, tiene muy buena ubicación y las áreas comunes son muy bonitas. Nos hubiera gustado que la alberca fuera climatizada porque está hermosa pero nos tuvimos que meter solo al jacuzzi por la temperatura del agua

Un lugar muy cómodo y tranquilo, mi viaje fue de trabajo pero por la zona es agradable para unas vacaciones, si lo que buscas es tranquilidad, los anfitriones siempre estuvieron al pendiente.

We were 4 adults staying in apartment D2. The Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! We were surprised how big the condo was, the bedrooms were huge, bathroom was roomy (excellent shower), and lots of room to cook, eat and relax. With 4 adults we never felt on top of each other. The condo and entire complex was spotless including the pool area. We loved to loungers with lots of shade, the pool table and the hot tub. We cooked a few meals on the huge Weber BBQ by the pool. We walked to a few local restaurants and the Oxxo convenience store easily and caught Ubers just outside the gate for farther trips. Overall the condo was above what we expected. We would recommend to anyone. Great value for the money.

Beautiful Studio apartment , very responsive hosts - answered every question promptly. there is a hill to deal with if you are walking to the beach or to the food and market area of town. Golf cart rentals seemed very accessible to the property - don't let the hill scare you, just be aware of it and plan for it appropriately.

We had a lovely stay for 3 weeks. The complex was beautiful. The location was excellent. The security staff were over the top kind. Maria was great with communication. We really had no issues. The only feedback we can offer is the TV is in the bedroom not living room area. We only watch some sports while on vacation and that was not possible. The coach was hard as a rock and could not relax in the common area. The views were great, but not 360 degrees. The roof top pool and area was amazing. Very clean complex! Our experience at this Airbnb in Punta Mita was beyond anything we could have hoped for! From the moment we arrived, Flor, the house manager, made everything effortless. She is truly amazing—sweet, incredibly helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile, whether it was grabbing a snack or adjusting to our changing plans. Having her prepare our meals was one of the best decisions we made. It allowed us to host family from the nearby hotel for a much more intimate and memorable dinner experience. The condo itself was spacious and beautifully maintained, with access to multiple pools—all with shallow ends, which was perfect for our toddler. The beach was just as incredible, offering long, peaceful walks and a friendly atmosphere. Even though I don’t speak Spanish, I was able to easily navigate with the help of a translator app and, of course, Flor’s support. I’m already planning my next visit! Amazing central location, quiet, safe but still close to the action. Responsive & friendly host who prepared a parasol, beach towels and chairs ahead of our stay. Street parking is easy to find. Lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Laundry service is very close. Walkable distance to the Playa Los Muertos and Sayulita beaches. Shower water wasn't warm for too long but you get used to it :) Kitchen was fully stocked including drinkable water. Layout was excellent with two separate bathrooms and bedrooms on opposite ends of the apartment. Front balcony was nice. If you're planning on using the sofa bed in the living room, be prepared for outside light and noise as the curtains are on the lighter side. Ear plugs are kindly provided but noise-sensitive sleepers should be aware that there may be some noises at night from the garage in the bedroom by the entrance. Overall, we highly recommend this place given its excellent host, location and pool. Thank you Dillon!

5 stars all around. The condo is well appointed, comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable, and though condo is by the pool (all the condos are), it is 5 floors up and quiet. We had 5 people- it was nice to all have our own space. We didn’t realize that one bdrm/bath is separate from the main condo, but it worked well for us. One key opens both and there’s a locked gate outside so you can keep the doors open to be more connected. Lots of plates, glasses, pans etc. We loved using the boogie boards. Villa de Estancia is very nice and well-kept. The pool never felt crowded and the beach is nice. We walked to dinner in Bucerias every night- found some great restaurants. We also walked to the grocery store-a 20 min walk. I had a cpl minor questions for Andrea, and she was very helpful and responded quickly. The resort service is great but we did have trouble checking in - room wasnt ready until 5 and check out line took 30 mins. Wouldn’t keep us from returning. Overall, amazing stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

Nos la pasamos muy bien en el alojamiento de Yessica, todo excelente. Siempre estuvo muy atenta por cualquier duda, el lugar está muy lindo y limpio, cerca de todo pero a la vez tiene mucha privacidad lo que permite descansar cómodamente. Es el segundo año consecutivo que nos alojamos y ya estamos planeando la siguiente visita. Súper recomendable!!

First time staying off the beach, we were pleasantly surprised as it was only a 20 minute walk to get there and there was a shuttle if you had a beach card. Erick was great to deal with, very responsive and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay at his property again and will consider in the future. Note: Golf is expensive at El Tigre, we had to go elsewhere.

our family had a great time staying here for 2 weeks! jillian was super attentive to messages + was very helpful if we needed anything. a quick drive from the beach which we went to almost every day with our kids. we felt very safe in the neighborhood and having the little store down the road was so helpful when we didn’t want to adventure to a big box store for items. overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again soon!

Diego's place was amazing! It was just the right distance from town to not hear the noise at night but close enough to grab a quick coffee in the morning and head for a walk on the beach before getting ready for the day. He was very responsive and had great local recommendations. We loved hanging out by the pool and getting some shade at the table. The interior was beautiful and each bedroom had a great deal of privacy- each with your own bathroom. The only downside to his place was the construction that was happening next door. This however is a common theme in Sayulita as it is becoming more developed. There was a sheet up to cover up the view of the construction and the noise only happened during the day when we were typically out of the house. Would absolutely booked Diego's place again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting

The place is in a beautiful gate complex, we felt safe and everyone was friendly. Each room is air-conditioned as well as ceiling fan bed are comfortable. Pool,hot tube and bbq is well keep with patio tables and lounge chairs. I would recommend this place I hope to return

Josh was top notch. 5 stars. First time to Bucerias and loved it! Safe, walkable small town with a lot of charm. Fantastic beach! The apartment is very clean, well equipped, and in a prime location. The rooftop pool was a great place to hang out and chat with folks/owners. An amazing view from the apartment and the roof. We never used the A/C in the living area, the sea breeze was enough. Very lively area. You can hear the music from Jax's bar/Voodoo Lounge from the master bedroom. If you like to go to bed at 9, it may not be for you or bring some ear plugs. If you are okay staying up until 11 or 12, going out for a beer and dance, then this is the place for you. Great live bands! Majority of people were +50 and seemed to be Canadian. Locals were friendly and more than willing to be helpful. Great restaurants and street food for good prices. Used Uber/IDrive several times with no issue. C-Cards most places but bring MXN Pesos. Late checkout was nice. Thanks Josh!

The place was beautiful, peaceful, quiet, and felt like home, with nice green areas and a gorgeous swimming pool, also It is close to the main road and just a few minutes from the Nuevo Vallarta Nayarit area. Rodrigo was fast to answer and very helpful

A great option for a large group coming to Vallarta. The location is great, especially if you have access to a car; the beach and golf clubs are only a few minutes drive. The house is spacious and well equipped, we enjoyed the pool, the terrace and the grill during our stay. I think the house could have been cleaner, we had to wash the sheets and clean the kitchen thoroughly when we arrived.
