Tons of space, super close to town and to the beach. Nancy helped us book a taxi and came to the house to help us when we were unable to get the safe open. The pool is really nice. We had everything we needed! There was a music festival in the baseball field across the street which was loud, but you cannot be closer to town and hope for anything quieter. Thank you!

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Casa Bonita was amazing! It's a beautiful house with an amazing pool and an awesome outdoor chill spot. The house itself is very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There is a big hill to walk up and down from the town center, but that was ok with us. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. Overall, a perfect stay!

Our stay at Nikolai's place was fantastic! Great location- walkable to the city center, but quiet enough at night. There was plenty of space in all the bedrooms and everything was very clean. The hosts were very communicative and helpful when we needed it. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a truly enchanting place to call home for 10 days. The private courtyard and pool made for an idyllic and relaxing retreat. Our 7-year old delighted in splashing around and cooling off in the refreshing water. Not only does the casita embody the romanticism of traditional Spanish architecture, but it is located only a few blocks from an authentic Parisian bakery, Casa Tropical (restaurant with live music most nights), a gorgeous beach, and the lively town square. We were lucky to have timed our visit to engage with the Dia de los Muertos festivities and release some baby Olive Ridley sea turtles during our visit. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Casa Mango is up in the hills with beautiful Mountain views. The outdoor/indoor concept was so relaxing. So many outdoor spaces to lounge, relax and enjoy nature. I’m glad we rented a golf cart as the hills are steep. The house is equipped with everything and communication with Michele was quick and easy. Pool was amazing to relax by and swim. The only thing I wish I knew is that the three bedrooms are very separate. One room is downstairs in main house. The other two are outside, up the stairs and across an outdoor patio space. This is great for couples as stated but as an overprotective mother who likes to be in earshot of her children, it was an adjustment for us. I ended up not sleeping in one of the bedrooms and slept with my daughter. This is a personal issue for me and nothing against the layout. I just wish some reviews were more specific so we could have based our decision off that. But I would definitely recommend Casa Mango and come back and stay again! (When kids are older)

Excelente estadía aquí en Bucerías, Cinthya, Lucia y Genaro muy atentos en todo momento, muy serviciales, hicieron que este mes que estuvimos en Bucerías fuera muy agradable y tranquilo. Sin duda un buen lugar para estar ya sea unos días o una estancia larga como la que tuve. La terraza que tiene muy a gusto para convivir. ¡Gracias por toda la atención!

German es muy buen anfitrión, siempre atento a las dudas,el lugar estaba limpio con las cosas necesarias una estadía de vacaciones, agua caliente, sabanas limpias, esta ubicado en la entrada a San Pancho justo en la calle de al lado de la estación de gasolina de la entrada del pueblo ,con un oxxo, recomendaría tener carro para estar en esa zona, esta muy cerca de la zona turística del pueblo pero no como para caminar, se debería anexar foto del exterior ,del resto todo muy bien y satisfechos con nuestra estadía y la atención de German, siempre servicial.

We had the best time, the place was very clean and well kempt. We felt right at home. The beach, restaurants, and shops were within shopping distance. The hosts provided clear instructions and recommendations.

Amazing location & super easy to find. Very close walking distance to city center. Only downside is that the construction on the weekdays around there sounds so loud. Other than that If you plan waking up at 8 am you’re good! ☺️

The Punta Mita condo was better than the photos and any expectations. The balcony over looks the beautiful beach and ocean. The rooms are comfortable and even though there is a lovely breeze from the ocean all day, you can rest well with the air conditioning. We had an issue with the internet our first day, but Alejandra did everything she could to figure it out even asking her very kind neighbor who allowed us to use his until the internet came back the next day. It ended up being helpful because he had lots of great suggestions for the area and places close by to check out, and even brought us some delicious sourdough bread Alejandra’s mother had made for us. The pool was so lovely to lay around in and visit with other guests as well. The permanent people who live in this special complex are very welcoming and we felt right at home. We hope to visit again.

Fantastic location - right in the heart of Sayulita. Restaurants, bars, beach, shopping all within a 5 minute walking distance. Balcony was private but still could be part of the action. No complaints about anything - including noise from the bustling streets. The bedroom is in the back of the apartment away from the street so it was quiet to sleep with the door closed. Would highly recommend this apartment! Ebony was incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay - thanks again!

Our experience at this Airbnb in Punta Mita was beyond anything we could have hoped for! From the moment we arrived, Flor, the house manager, made everything effortless. She is truly amazing—sweet, incredibly helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile, whether it was grabbing a snack or adjusting to our changing plans. Having her prepare our meals was one of the best decisions we made. It allowed us to host family from the nearby hotel for a much more intimate and memorable dinner experience. The condo itself was spacious and beautifully maintained, with access to multiple pools—all with shallow ends, which was perfect for our toddler. The beach was just as incredible, offering long, peaceful walks and a friendly atmosphere. Even though I don’t speak Spanish, I was able to easily navigate with the help of a translator app and, of course, Flor’s support. I’m already planning my next visit! We would highly recommend this condo and hosts. The description in the listing was accurate, a comfortable retreat and the hosts were kind and very responsive. The view of the pool and PV landscape is nice. The security is great and the property is well maintained. We enjoyed the location as there are a lot of fantastic restaurants close by. The beach is about a 15 minute walk and a lot of transportation options. Walmart is about a 10 min bus ride away. During our stay there were a number of canadian retirees that seem to spend long periods of time at the complex and have a fun little community.

Paulina is exactly how you want a rental host to be. She's highly responsive, gives timely and useful feedback, and is proactive. This condo complex must be one of the best designed I've come across. Very nice units, excellent amenities, and a beautiful, jungle-like surrounding. The beach club would have been awesome on its own merits, but the addition of an excellent restaurant completes the setup. Great food (very fresh and expertly prepared), tasty drinks, and friendly wait staff, ready to do whatever they can to fulfill your desires. The only negative aspect I feel I have to mention is the noise from the road. The highway going to Punta de Mita has a hill near the complex, where trucks use their diesel engines for breaking. There are times you want to close windows and doors to reduce the noise.

We stayed for 9 days and the place was exactly what we needed. Desirable location close to our family - personal circumstance, but also beside the main grocery store, short walk to the beach, beside 2 taxi stands and easy to walk (or cheap taxi when tired) to restaurants and the market. The place was spacious and decently furnished with access to extra linens/supplies, the pool was great and the people in the building were also very friendly and helpful. There is also a rooftop patio you can access and get nice views - perfect for watching the sunrise or set! We would definitely stay here again.

The location is slightly north of the the main town, but its a lovey stroll down the road or beach! There is some noise from the highway and construction fairly close but we didn't find it unreasonably loud.

We had a wonderful time at Lupita’s place with our 2 boys. The condo is well stocked with towels and kitchen items and we had plenty of room to spread out. Lupita is a wonderful and kind host and was always one step ahead with communication. The condo is quiet and the pool is large and made for a relaxing time. What makes this unit stand out is the access to Vidanta. It is a standout resort with amazing amenities. Getting there takes some patience and learning while you transfer golf carts. The pools at the Grand Mayan have something for everyone and you can easily spend an entire day pool side with activities and relaxation. Highly recommend walking to the beach for sunset, and crepes at the Mayan palace. We found it necessary to stock up on groceries as restaurants and stores are a bit of a hike from this unit. We were able to easily take cabs or Uber when we needed. We are leaving relaxed and grateful for the Mexican hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

Probably one of the best supplied Airbnb‘s I’ve ever stayed at. My son is a chef and the kitchen was well supplied with all the cooking tools he needed. The only issue was very dull knives. It’s a beautiful location with a great view and lots of windows, looking at the ocean and mountains on the other side. The complex was empty thus it was very peaceful and like having our own pool and hot tub. It was absolutely spotless and we had plenty of TP, paper towels, spices, oils for cooking, lots of beach towels, puzzles, games& extra towels. Highly recommend.
