This rental was perfect for our long getaway weekend with 5 people. The space had everything we needed. We loved the heated pool and top veranda for hanging out. The location is excellent and very close to town for walking. There is an active construction site next door so the house is noisy during the day with building and the upstairs studio is very loud at night as well with dogs, kids and rooster noises. The property manager was wonderful, very responsive and helpful with everything we needed.

Lorena was our contact. She was very good about texting back-and-forth and when we needed something, she was quite responsive. Once we got through any language barriers it worked seamlessly. She and her daughter came one afternoon and prepared a multicourse marvelous meal for our family of 12. They were delightful and so pleasant. We loved them both.

Perfect amount of room for 3 couples. The Airbnb is steps from the beach and the private pool is fantastic. We had a few queries that were always responded to and solved in a timely manner. Hope to stay again one day!

Our stay at Nikolai's place was fantastic! Great location- walkable to the city center, but quiet enough at night. There was plenty of space in all the bedrooms and everything was very clean. The hosts were very communicative and helpful when we needed it. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was wonderful! The ocean view was stunning. Absolutely loved having morning coffee on the patio and watching the sunset in the evening. It was so relaxing. The house was spacious, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds are definitely on the firm side and the front bedroom does get a little chilly this time of year. Also, I would recommend bringing an eye mask if you like to sleep in a dark room. Hard to black out a room with so many wonderful windows. Both Christina and Brenda were extremely responsive and helpful anytime I reached out.

We had the opportunity to stay at Casa Castillo for a week. My husband and I were joined by one other couple in the house, though it would easily accommodate a third couple with its 3 bedrooms, each with its own dedicated bathroom. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The house looks a bit ominous on the approach, with a 14-foot-tall wooden door and three stories. But inside, it is warm and welcoming. We loved the coziness of it. We spent hours on the covered patio near the pool, drinking our morning coffee and later, unwinding after a hard day of work at the beach. The host, Brandi, was amazing in how quickly she responded to questions. She even gave us a bit of history of the house after I asked, telling us it was modeled after an Irish castle by the original owners. One thing of note is that the house had a number of amenities: a basket of suntan lotions, first aid kit, towels for the beach, a rack of sunhats, and the kitchen is equipped with just enough spices.

I stayed at Casa Santander with a group of 10 people and we had an amazing time here! The location of the casa was a minute walk to the beach and all of the surrounding bars and restaurants which I thought was incredibly convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever anything came up. Lastly the home was beautiful and the views were amazing. I would definitely come back!

Buen lugar, cumplidor y a pocos minutos de Bucerias (15 min) la cocina es muy pequeña y faltan cubiertos por ejemplo, el detector de humo está en la cocina y se acciona con alguna comida que emita un poquito de humo, como saltear verduras, los 2 sofá camas ya están muy usados son duros y se siente la armazón, sin embargo son cosas menores que no impiden disfrutar el lugar ya que la mayor parte de las cosas están en su lugar y la relación precio calidad es buena, si volvería y la atención de la anfitriona es muy buena.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce condo. Nous avons mangé sur le balcon à tous les soirs. Le bruit des vagues était bien agréable. Nous y retournerons!

5 stars all around. The condo is well appointed, comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable, and though condo is by the pool (all the condos are), it is 5 floors up and quiet. We had 5 people- it was nice to all have our own space. We didn’t realize that one bdrm/bath is separate from the main condo, but it worked well for us. One key opens both and there’s a locked gate outside so you can keep the doors open to be more connected. Lots of plates, glasses, pans etc. We loved using the boogie boards. Villa de Estancia is very nice and well-kept. The pool never felt crowded and the beach is nice. We walked to dinner in Bucerias every night- found some great restaurants. We also walked to the grocery store-a 20 min walk. I had a cpl minor questions for Andrea, and she was very helpful and responded quickly. The resort service is great but we did have trouble checking in - room wasnt ready until 5 and check out line took 30 mins. Wouldn’t keep us from returning. Overall, amazing stay

We stayed for 9 days and the place was exactly what we needed. Desirable location close to our family - personal circumstance, but also beside the main grocery store, short walk to the beach, beside 2 taxi stands and easy to walk (or cheap taxi when tired) to restaurants and the market. The place was spacious and decently furnished with access to extra linens/supplies, the pool was great and the people in the building were also very friendly and helpful. There is also a rooftop patio you can access and get nice views - perfect for watching the sunrise or set! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Lupita’s place with our 2 boys. The condo is well stocked with towels and kitchen items and we had plenty of room to spread out. Lupita is a wonderful and kind host and was always one step ahead with communication. The condo is quiet and the pool is large and made for a relaxing time. What makes this unit stand out is the access to Vidanta. It is a standout resort with amazing amenities. Getting there takes some patience and learning while you transfer golf carts. The pools at the Grand Mayan have something for everyone and you can easily spend an entire day pool side with activities and relaxation. Highly recommend walking to the beach for sunset, and crepes at the Mayan palace. We found it necessary to stock up on groceries as restaurants and stores are a bit of a hike from this unit. We were able to easily take cabs or Uber when we needed. We are leaving relaxed and grateful for the Mexican hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

Probably one of the best supplied Airbnb‘s I’ve ever stayed at. My son is a chef and the kitchen was well supplied with all the cooking tools he needed. The only issue was very dull knives. It’s a beautiful location with a great view and lots of windows, looking at the ocean and mountains on the other side. The complex was empty thus it was very peaceful and like having our own pool and hot tub. It was absolutely spotless and we had plenty of TP, paper towels, spices, oils for cooking, lots of beach towels, puzzles, games& extra towels. Highly recommend.

This was our second year staying at Alexander's condo. It was another great stay and we have already booked for next year. Alamar is a lovely complex and we love the infinity pool 100 steps outside our door, and the beach resort is also clean and amazing. Alexander was extremely responsive in his communications with us before and during our stay. The view from his condo is simply gorgeous. We could easily watch whales, dolphins and birds from our patio balcony - bring binoculars! Thanks again Alexander for sharing your beautiful condo, and we can't wait to come back next year!

We spent 10 days in at Roberto’s home for my 50th birthday, and it was one of my best trips to Mexico! This place is perfectly imperfect—comfortable, welcoming, and full of character and good design. It was ideal for our family of four (kids 10 & 13). The ocean and mountain are super amazing! The primary suite is private and spacious, with 360-degree views that were both calming and inspiring. I loved the unique shower designs and tried all three—each was incredible. The home had great spots to relax: the hot tub, front patio, cozy living room, and my favorite, the hammock off the primary suite. The pool was fresh and perfect for cooling off and the design of the downstairs is amazing, each room has a private patio. All the beds are comfy. Perched on a mountain, the location was private yet immersed in the culture, sounds, and energy of Mexico. The road up is steep but worth it. The hosts were wonderful—responsive and kind. This home is a true retreat. Can’t wait to return! ❤️?

My family and I loved our stay at Casa Luna Llena! Each room is en suite, the highlight is the awesome rooftop pool and lounge area which also conveniently has its own WC. The house is at the top of a hill so it has a beautiful view of the ocean, but also very walkable to great restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful well-loved spacious suite. Private garden terrace next to private plunge pool that overlooks the fracas of the town. Sayulita is a matrix for world watching, highly sensory - this suite is right in the centre. Mid-modern retro beach vibe aesthetic. Great value. Recommend 👌

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures represented the home nicely, the walk to numerous restaurants, retailers, coffee spots, and the beach were very accurate. Onsite assistance if we needed anything was available, although instructions and communication were very detailed. We will definitely come back to Villa VARGAS! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Sayulita!

Don't think twice about renting this house! It was out of a dream. The architecture is absolutely stunning (coming from an interior designer). The rooftop has views of the ocean and is one of the highest points of any nearby structures. Each room has it's own bathroom and the rooms are cleaned daily (except for Sundays). The pool provided some shade which was welcomed as it kept the water cooler. House is walkable to the town via a quick walk. We enjoyed the quiet setting that was close to a vibrant area. We rented this property with their other property- Saturno - for a large group of 13. It was great to have the two connecting properties which can be opened via a gate. Honestly one of the coolest places I've ever stayed in. Hope to come back some day!
