Un departamento increíble, muy bonito y excelentemente ubicado. Tiene todo para pasar unas vacaciones el familia con mucha comodidad.

El departamento se encuentra ubicado frente a la marina de Nuevo Nayarit, hermosa vista para estar en la terraza del depa apreciándolo. Se encuentra muy bien equipado, todo para cocinar si así se desea. Hay un par de restaurantes alado, farmacia y oxxo cerca. La entrada principal a la playa se encuentra caminando a 5 min y de allí en adelante según donde uno quiera acomodarse... hay mucho movimiento de comercio mientras estás allí... por lo que esta muy bien ubicado. Alberca ubicada en el roof de los depas, tamaño mediano, agua templada. Buena vista y con un buen horario de uso de 8am a 10pm. Recomiendo fue una agradable estadía.

Would highly recommend this place! The best part was definitely the view as it overlooked the beach and we were able to watch the sunrise/sunset from the airbnb. The rooms, bathrooms, and living room/kitchen were clean and had a modern feel to it. The host was very responsive whenever we had questions which made our stay even better. The location was safe, had gated entrances, and only a 15-20 minute drive from the PV airport. My group was pleased with our stay and we had a great time!

We loved staying at Maria’s condo in La Cruz for our Christmas family holiday. The location was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking and we walked everywhere along the beach. The unit itself was exactly as the photos showed and very well kept. Maria was extremely responsive and helpful. She provided us with information about the area before and during our stay. We would 100% stay here again!

La verdad que el departamento súper bien, la mejor orientación para ver los atardeceres, enero-febrero, incluso puedes ver las ballenas saltar desde la terraza del depa, algo que merecer completamente la pena. Amenidades increíbles, playa prácticamente privada para los departamentos, gym con vista a la misma, bastante bien, y honestamente muy cómodo todo, el estacionamiento del depa está justo al lado del elevador que te lleva a el, por lo que llegar y salir está súper súper cómodo. Jose contesta súper rápido a los mensajes y está siempre al pendiente, la verdad que 10 de 10. Súper recomendado! Si llegaste a leer hasta aquí , les dejo un tip, (para que disfruten al 100 de su estancia, bajen temprano en en vacaciones o puente, a apartar lugar en las albercas o la playa, se tiene que quedar al menos un miembro de la familia) pero si dejas solamente las toallas, se las quitarán… no es broma a las 9:00 cuando hay mucha gente en los depas ya es tarde 🤣

Beautiful, spacious apartment with amazing views of the Banderas Bay, swimming pool and palm trees. Cool mornings on the large patio with coffee were worth of rising early. The host, Johanna, was very nice and informative. Met us as we arrived and gave us a tour of the apartment and the whole facility. It was easy to find beach or pool chairs each day, no rush like at other resorts. Lots to do in the area. The only downsides were the fear of going over the daily allotment of electricity, which we never did (and were fore-warned about) and the lack of ice trays for the freezer. Bring your own. We'd definitely go back!

One of the best AirBnb hosts we've had. Excellent, and truly 5-star. Stay here! You will NOT regret it. (The pools and the grounds are truly unbelievable.)

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean, well furnished, and had a great view of ocean. Very good value - offered considerably more quality than other properties in same price range. The hosts were responsive and followed up well when we had an issue with the air conditioner. Unit was fixed within an hour. We will definitely stay at this property again upon our next trip to Nuevo Vallarta.

Perfect spot for us as we were with our young daughter and in-laws! great spot for families to stay together. The condo itself was clean + comfortable and had everything we needed. It is nice that its groubd level and right in front of the pools! The Bolongo resort is nice and the staff are friendly, but the food quality could definitely use some improvement and the hours were not convenient as we had to wait until 9am until breakfast. We preferred eating off property, but that wasnt an issue as there are lots of options close by. The spa ammenities are very well priced and the gym is super nice! We would dedinitely stay here again!

Bernardo was the perfect host! Communication was great and so was our condo. We felt very comfortable and the views were spectacular from both sides! I would absolutely recommend this air bnb to family and friends.

El lugar estaba muy bien ubicado y muy lindo, la zona tranquila! Nos permitieron llegar antes y se agradece para los que llegamos temprano.

We stayed at this lovely ground floor unit of the Bolongo for 6 nights with our family of 4, 2 adults, 2 kids 10 and 6. My sisters and their families stayed in nearby units. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home for our week of vacation in Mexico. Keep in mind if you plan to do laundry or run the dishwasher, you may want to bring a couple pods for each or plan to purchase some. The rest of the facility is well maintained and the staff are super friendly and helpful. There are some great dining options, some pool side, right on the property, just make sure to confirm times they are open. We also appreciated the little wiki market on property for snacks and any other sundries.

Punta Esmeralda is a beautiful, safe, well maintained community. The Villa is spacious and comfortable, with an amazing deck and views of the Bay of Banderas. We were delayed at the airport on arrival, but our host Maria patiently awaited our late arrival to the Villa, completed a walk through and explained everything we needed to know. We had some challenges the first couple of days but Maria responded quickly to our concerns to ensure we settled in comfortably. The restaurants in the area were great, including the one located at Punta Esmeralda. The Sunday Market and food vendors in La Cruz should not be missed. If you’re thinking about spending time in this area and you’re active, you won’t be disappointed. If you’re looking to enjoy the pools, have a relaxing massage at the spa, meet great people or just chill and read a good book, this is the place to be! Our experience was very enjoyable and we look forward to returning.

Es una zona muy segura, ideal para la protección de la familia. Cuenta con dos filtros de acceso: uno en la entrada de la zona residencial y otro al llegar a la privada donde se encuentra la casa. Es importante contar con un auto, ya que la propiedad está algo alejada de los centros comerciales y las playas. La casa es tal como se muestra en las fotos, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más agradable. Además, la anfitriona fue muy amable y atenta, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún mejor.
