We had a great stay. Amazing Views . Our whole family loved it. Great hosts building with lots of amenities.

We enjoyed this place with our family we where very well treated by staff and the host was very informative and attentive. We brought our grandmother and was very accommodating.

Muy bonito el lugar y muy limpio

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, a pocos pasos caminando de la playa. Equipado con todo lo indispensable. Solo que si es más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotos como máximo para 4 personas cómodamente. Naya siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros y fue muy flexible para aceptarnos reservando el mismo día.

Excelente experiencia , supero todas las expectativas , el anfitrión muy amable y servicial , el departamento está súper cómodo y divertido

There are many positives to this property - Very spacious Great views (although one cannot see the sun set but can certainly enjoy the 'glow') Walkable to Bucerias and La Cruz Huanacaxle Large balcony Very comfortable beds...I want one at my home Only cons - Construction next door BUT this will not be forever and no one seemed to work after 5-6pm, before 9am or on Sunday We asked for a late checkout which was granted but, without our knowledge, the maid went into the unit to start cleaning so late checkout really was not granted as we had to work around the maid. She was very accommodating but it would have been nice to have known this prior her actual entrance to the unit. I am sure the Samson group will make sure they communicate these types of situations better going forward. *Samson group is very responsive to any queries Thanks for letting us stay at your accommodation.

Hosts were great to work with and extremely helpful in providing information on services, restaurants and things to do in the area! Place has all the items you would need during your stay (dishes, cookware, etc.).

La casa de Ismael es espectacular y cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutarla, fuimos en familia y la disfrutamos muchisimo, mil gracias por el kit de bienvenida y por todas las atenciones y las recomendaciones para que la pasaramos muy bien, la casa sin duda super recomendable, es hermosisima y con todas las amenidades descritas y cerca de una playa muy linda, Ismael siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros para hacernos sentir en casa. Es nuestra segunda visita y volvimos a quedar encantados. El lugar cuenta con todo lo necesario. las habitaciones son espaciosas y con un clima excelente. la alberca cuenta con un clima agradable. el mercado de mariscos y una tienda de abarrotes son de mucha ayuda ya que están a unos cuantos metros de la casa. supermercados a 15 min. sin duda 100% recomendada. la atención cordial y rapida.

Wow. Amazing stay and outstanding hosting from Janet. We needed a last minute place and Janet went way above and beyond to make it happen for us. The place was incredible. Right on the beach. Full kitchen. Big tub. Beautiful vibes. King bed. Great housekeeper. Restaurant and bar with live music right across the street but still quiet inside. We had a chef come cook meals and he had everything he needed in the kitchen. You can hear the surf from the house at night. You are close to the action but it is really peaceful and quiet inside. Janet was quick with all of her responses and worked really hard to help us sort out the last minute stay. Thank you, Janet. Can’t recommend this place enough. Hope to make it back soon.

Un Excelente Lugar para hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta. La casa enorme, cómoda, moderna y funcional. La alberca y el jacuzzi geniales. La temperatura del Jacuzzi te permite disfrutarlo desde las primeras horas del día hasta la noche. El personal del limpieza y mantenimiento excepcional. Restaurantes, plaza, lugares de distracción, aventuras y playas súper cerca. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para Hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta.

Excelente alojamiento, supero nuestras expectativas, todo muy limpio, cocina completamente equipada, wifi funcional, la alberca más grande de lo que esterábamos, todas amenidades todo muy bien, sin duda nuestra primera opción para regresar. Esperemos que algún día pudiera tener climatizada la alberca, por que nos toco clima frío y casi no pudimos disfrutarla, pero todo excelente.

Excelente ubicación para llegar además mucha seguridad y tranquilidad, cuando llegamos nos quedamos con la boca abierta del el lugar tan coqueto, olía delicioso muy limpio y ordenado, cómodo en cada movimiento, está muy equipado cada espacio está pensado para cada actividad, la alberca ni se diga climatizada!! Gracias a los anfitriones por la atención y hospitalidad

a great quiet peaceful property 5th floor good views elevator outside of unit great patio to eat on beach access very close and nice plenty of beach chairs everyday taxis out front with no wait time. Gisela very pleasant and responsive to your needs would definitely stay again

Probably one of the best supplied Airbnb‘s I’ve ever stayed at. My son is a chef and the kitchen was well supplied with all the cooking tools he needed. The only issue was very dull knives. It’s a beautiful location with a great view and lots of windows, looking at the ocean and mountains on the other side. The complex was empty thus it was very peaceful and like having our own pool and hot tub. It was absolutely spotless and we had plenty of TP, paper towels, spices, oils for cooking, lots of beach towels, puzzles, games& extra towels. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay in 105 at Casa del Mar. It’s a really great location in Bucerias being about a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars, market. But just outside the hustle and bustle, so nice and quiet at night. Also being right on the beach is amazing. Hearing the waves dance with the beautiful sandy shoreline never gets old. The apartment itself is very nice. The double sliding doors opening to the patio overlooking were always open allowing the nice breeze to keep the condo cool. AC is available and also worked great. It has all the amenities you’d need. A couple suggestions would be a cooler, or cooler bag or two for keeping drinks/food cold if going to the beach, or grocery store and some to-go cups for drinks. And perhaps a portable beach umbrella and chairs, Tommy Bahama style or something like that. Brian from Vallarta rentals was awesome. Very pleasant to deal with and extremely responsive to any questions we had. He’s a great guy. Overall, my family and I had a great time

Estupendo departamento con excelente vista y cercanía a la alberca y playa; muy bien equipado, incluyendo asador, copas y vasos de todo tipo y más…el conjunto es muy bonito y las areas comunes valen mucho la pena. Es una excelente opción en Nuevo Vallarta!!! Mariana estuvo muy pendiente todo el tiempo con respuestas inmediatas.

I would highly recommend this condo. It was lovely , the building was clean and secure. Short walk to the beach and shopping & restaurants. The Sunset Cafe on the rooftop is a great place to watch the beautiful sunset . The pool area was very comfortable, lots of comfortable chairs and lounge chairs, the pool was clean and warm . Lari was a very responsive host with many great recommendations. The condo was spotless, and very well appointed. The bottle of water and a lovely bottle of wine was very thoughtful and a nice touch ! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful place.

Muy bonito lugar aunque no me agrado tanto la playa creímos que estaba más bonita

El departamento muy cómodo, sus muebles muy bonitos y elegantes, al agua calentita y con mucha presión sale el Agua... super equipado el departamento, tanto en cocina contaba con bastantes cosas y tiene hielera, sillas y sombrilla para poder trasportar al mar y pasar unas vacaciones muy agradables.

C’était notre deuxième séjour au Delcanto et nous n’avons pas été déçus de retourner dans ce complexe. Nous avons eu la chance de passé un mois dans le condo d’Isabelle et ce fut un séjour très agréable à tous les points de vue. L’appartement était propre et les quelques petits ajustements que nous avons eu à faire ont vite été réglés par Paloma, la représentante sur place. La chambre des maîtres est très grande et dispose d’une salle de bain avec douche, vanité double et toilette. La deuxième chambre est équipée de deux lits double et d’une salle de bain avec douche. Le rangement est amplement suffisant et les chambres ont l’air climatisé ainsi qu’un ventilateur au plafond. La literie et les serviettes étaient propres et en quantité suffisante. La cuisine est équipée convenablement avec une salle de lavage attenante. Les services dans le complexe sont variés et le personnel est dévoué et efficace. La propreté est remarquable dans tous les espaces publiques. Nous y retournerons!
