Очень классная вилла. Всё очень чисто, аккуратно. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания. Никакого шума не было, спокойно и тихо. Бассейн отличный, чистая вода и комфортная температура. Хозяин очень внимательный, отзывчивый, дружелюбный всегда на связи, поможет и подскажет что нужно. Когда мы приехали нам заранее разогрели угли для барбекю. Очень приятно было получить на день рождения торт, я не говорила про день рождения, хозяин сам заметил в паспортах. Это было очень мило, торт супер вкусный) С большим удовольствием приедем ещё!

房子是两层别墅，有一个很安静舒适的院子，附近是住宅区，很local，很安静，房间里有很多植物，非常有特色。需要带蚊香和防虫蚊的东西。房东友好，介绍了咖啡馆帮我们免费寄存行李。

Это замечательный дом! Очень отзывчивая хозяйка Yen и ее мама ❤️ мы прожили 2 месяца с максимальным комфортом. Дом очень стильный, есть все необходимое. Район тихий. Однозначно вернусь еще в это жилье с удовольствием!

Хотим сказать огромное спасибо хозяину Vinh! Так как у нас запланировано долгое путешествие по нескольким странам, у нас было много багажа. Vinh нас встретил у такси и помог с сумками. Также он сразу же соорудил из дивана кровать для нашей дочки, что спасло наш отдых! Жилье очень комфортное. Большая площадь, хороший телевизор, удобная небольшая кухня в которой есть все необходимое для долгого проживания. С балкона открывается потрясающий вид на город и море! Мы любили на нем завтракать и ужинать семьей. Особенно дочка любила разглядывать горы. В этом же комплексе магазины, кафе, рестораны, детская игровая комната, коворкинг, большой бассейн. Это безумно удобно! До пляжа максимум 5 минут. До лотоса 17 минут. Мы планировали остаться во Вьетнаме на две недели, но благодаря жилью решили продлить наш отдых на максимально возможное время - до последней свободной даты квартиры. Благодарим за заботу хозяина и очень рекомендуем жилье!

This is my second stay with Linh. A well presented apartment in a great neighbourhood. Nice garden onsite and friendly and supportive security also. Would recommend.👍👍

Ms Thi She was super friendly and giving us a lot of helpful information about what to do when we first arrive. I asked her questions she replied quickly. Room was super clean and having a real nice sea view room. Very convenient location. Just go down and had plenty of good food. Price was reasonable too. Highly recommend for sure.

Very nice apartment on the 19th floor, a couple of minutes from the beach in the center of the tourist area. Not noisy, as it is high, and the apartment is very well ventilated. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay and good internet speed (~50 MB). Convenient self-check-in, and very hospitable owners ❤️

Свежее здание и апартаменты , с отличным видом на море с балкона и спальни Новая мебель и кухонная техника Все есть для комфортного проживания и приготовления еды , посуда ,приборы всего в изобилии Квартира при открытых окнах отлично вентилируется воздухом с моря ,всегда свежо , кондиционер не приходилось включать вообще Персонал ОЧЕНЬ приветливый , быстро решает любые просьбы и проблемы, так как офис находится на одном этаже Единственный , (для кого то не маленький) минус это междомовая акустика жилово комплекса которую дополняет прилегающая дорога иногда бывает шумно особенно когда местные поют в караоке и c дороги все без исключения сигналят , раньше чем в 23:00 вам лечь спать не дадут. За месяц проживания к этому привык) ,но если вы невротик и любой шорох вам мешает уснуть то этом ЖК здоровый сон может стать для вас проблемой В целом очень приятные и позитивные впечатления от проживания! +

Gia đình mình có thay đổi kế hoạch và nghĩ thêm ở Nha Trang, bạn chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình tư vấn và đề xuất mình ở trải nghiệm thêm căn khác và gia đình mình nghĩ cũng khá thú vị. Và mình nhận thấy, đội ngũ bên bạn này rất nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ mình chu đáo trong việc chuyển đồ đạc. Đặc biệt là căn hộ này rất mới, sạch sẽ, thoáng. Mình rất hài lòng, có dịp nào đi công tác ở Nha Trang mình luôn tin tưởng quay lại.

Now I understand why all the good reviews. I gave 5 stars to everything too because: 1) space is so big and clean please future guests keep it clean as well!! Also all the furnitures are working very well 2) host is very reactive and always reply within minutes for any questions 3) kitchen is very well equipped 4) fridge is big 5) washing machine is super new and big there is also a space where to hang your clothes 6) elevator is very fast 7) fast check in and check out I couldn’t ask for more during my amazing stay.

Appartement toujours très propre et confortable. Cette fois-ci, c'était très paisible car il n'y a eu aucun bruit provenant du restaurant karaoke en face 😊

Antonio's place was great, Antonio is a very kind host. We were on a road trip and before arriving to this place we had an issue with the previous hotel. Antonio proactively offered to help and we solved the issue within a couple of hours. We are so thankful for his extra miles since it was a sensitive topic. The place is fantastic, spacious, clean and bright. It suited our family needs perfectly. The beds are very comfortable and the cleaning service every day was very convenient for us, since we have two small children and it always gets a bit messy with kids. Just the kitchen is not fully equipped and is missing some basics (e.g. forks, knives, cutting board) but that didn't bother us much - we had our own tools that we always carry around with kids. The location is great, right in front of the beach and in the walking area. There are so many great restaurants and coffee places around. Breakfast was good, we enjoyed it every day. We had a wonderful time here, we'd love to come back.

I cannot recommend this place enough. My stay here has been an absolute pleasure. Everything is as described and the excellent communication with Tu and Tho really helped nake the arrival as smooth as possible. If you like a modern place with a great view, look no further.

Gin was a great host! Easy to communicate and quick response. Room was spacious as pictured with amazing view. Nice quiet location with access to beach and local food. Would come back again!

We loved our stay in Nha Trang at Linh & Matt’s apartment. In our opinion it’s the best area of Nha Trang, it’s more tranquil and relaxed yet easily walkable to the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. There’s a large Lotte Mart within 5 minutes walk and the beautiful beach is also less than 5 minutes walk away. There are plenty of places to eat and drink very close by. The apartment itself is light, bright, airy and modern. The bed is large, fresh and comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious with a powerful shower. The view is probably the best bit! It’s glorious, I never tired of looking at the panoramic view. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re in Nha Trang.

Vananh's apartment was very well located. Just a few mins away from the beach and 2 of shopping mall and market. I had a great time staying in this apartment.
