Baia Caddinas, Golfo Aranci : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

When next time in Olbia, this is the place to stay! Located near the airport, in a calm neighborhood, with free parking options along the street, easy access to regional roads or to the center of the city (by car or walking directly to Lungomare), shops and gas stations are nearby. The place itself is just like in the photos, comfortable, clean, fully equipped and with everything at our disposal. The hosts were very responsive, kind and helpful, the instructions for arrival and departure were clear and communicated in advance. We felt welcomed (received gifts as well) and we felt like at home!

What a magnificent apartment! There were five of us and we were comfortable and weren’t in each other’s way in this spacious apartment. We had everything we needed and even shower gel and shampoo and soap and there was a dishwasher and a washer dryer for us to use. 3 parking spaces were available right near apartment Alex was a great host. He said very useful video of how to get there and also how to use everything in the house and also written instructions as well and a guide book with some fantastic recommendations in it. The air conditioning was perfect and kept us cool as it was very hot in sardinia that week There was a cupboard with beach towels and extra towels and umbrellas that we made use of and there was toys for children and children’s highchair The kitchen was well equipped we made some nice meals and had a couple of bbqs The shops were just a walk away and so was the port with the beautiful yachts so we took some great pics during our visit. We highly recommend!

fortunati ad avere due bellissime tiepide giornate a fine ottobre. Siamo anche riusciti a fare il bagno nella bella piscina dell'alloggio... sarebbe stato un peccato non sfruttarla. Yee!

Nagyon jó választás. Simone előre elküldte a szükséges információkat. A ház modern,jól felszerelt,gyönyörű lakóparkban ,kedves szomszédokkal. Az uszoda hibátlan. Sok kirándulásra van lehetőség .Bármikor visszamennék.

I loved Chiara’s place! Perfect location and easy for taxis to get close to so you don’t have to trek your luggage far yet still right down town, close to all the restaurants and shops. The place was super clean and well appointed with everything you need, nice linens and new towels and a spacious shower. It’s the little thoughtful things that make a great stay and it was nice to have all toiletries available and coffee, laundry detergent, etc. tastefully decorated, felt big for a studio. Great for couples or solo travelers. And street entrance, no stairs. Would def stay again. Thank you!

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht auf die Bucht von Aranchi. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Marilia ist eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin. Danke.

We had a fantastic stay at Giampaolo’s place. The place was extremely well located in the centre of Porto Cervo with a 5min walk to the shops and port. The place was clean, cool and had great access to a pool and garden area. Giampaolo was extremely responsive via messenger and was very helpful with communication. Would recommend staying here to anyone!

Appartamento davvero piacevole e con una bellissima vista sul centro di San Pantaleo, paese comodo per raggiungere rapidamente i vari punti di interesse della zona. Il terrazzo é un plus non da poco! Natalia (l’host) si é dimostrata molto gentile e più che disponibile in ogni interlocuzione.

Camilla ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist super neu, Badezimmer schön und der pool hat eine schöne Größe. Läden und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Strände in der Nähe sind super schön. Alles war wirklich super. Danke Camilla

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

super belle maison avec jardin atypique, bien située, grand espace, bien aménagée, belle décoration, literies parfaites. super hôte très accueillante, cadeau de bienvenue est un plus bien appréciable. je recommande vivement.

We have enjoyed our stay at this amazing place a lot. It is very calm and cozy place with amazing barbecue place and well equipped kitchen for people who love to cook. We haven’t been missing anything. It is like staying home and this place made our stay in Sardinia really special. Nadine is really helpful and kind. I would love to come back again.

Die Kommunikation mit Michele ist bestens und vor Ort steht Paolo zur Verfügung. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr angenehmer, ruhiger und gepflegter Umgebung. Es ist gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Eine sehr gepflegte Poolanlage mit ausreichend Liegen ist in ca. 2 min erreichbar und eine wunderschöne Badebucht erreicht man über einen kleinen Weg in ca. 5 Minuten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Alloggio molto accogliente e con tutti i comfort (aria condizionata, lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie funzionante) con un bel giardino/terrazza dove poter mangiare all’esterno e poter fare un bel barbecue. Nota positiva: il check-in et check-out flessibili ed in autonomia, posto macchina di fronte al giardino, un supermercato a 5 minuti a piedi, l’host molto disponibile e reattivo. Nota negativa: la pulizia dell’alloggio al nostro arrivo, andava verificata poiché abbiamo dovuto rilavare federe e lenzuola. Vi erano 2 bagni nell’alloggio, ma purtroppo solo uno provvisto di doccia, e per un gruppo di 7 persone non è stato molto pratico, purtroppo la doccia esterna non era disponibile. La spiaggia più vicina non è a prossimità, per raggiungerla meglio andare in macchina. La piscina è più vicina all’alloggio, peccato che per accedervi bisogna pagare sdraio ed ombrellone. In generale abbiamo trascorso un buon soggiorno.

Luigi was a fantastic host, giving us recommendations for local restaurants and tips. The apartment is in a lovely complex and we loved the small, quiet beach a 5 minute walk away. It was well equipped with everything we needed and I would definitely stay again!

I had a great stay at Daniele's. He was always easy to contact and very friendly upon arrival. Tha space was great and had all the amenities that I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Cristina est accueillante, attentionnée et bienveillante. Le logement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, confortable, propre et conforme au descriptif. La vue de la terrasse sur les montagnes est superbe. Le village d’Aggius est typique et très joli. Il est bien situé pour profiter du calme et du charme de la campagne tout en restant assez proche d’autres attraits touristiques du nord de la Sardaigne. Il soggiorno è stato davvero molto piacevole, avevamo pensato di stare tre giorni poi siamo rimasti oltre tre giorni. L’appartamento è in una posizione strategica vicino a tutte le spiagge più belle. Un gran bel soggiorno, torneremo di sicuro

Netter Kontakt und sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung der Wohnung. Wir waren 6 Tage dort und haben uns total wohl gefühlt.

Unsere Zeit in der Ferienwohnung in Olbia war sehr angenehm. Die großen Fernseher in jedem Schlafraum und in der Wohnküche waren ein tolles Extra, besonders nach einem langen Tag. Zwar war die Küchenausstattung für sechs Personen etwas knapp bemessen, aber dank der vielen tollen Restaurants in der Nähe war das kein großes Problem. Die zentrale Lage zum Hafen und den Geschäften hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Alles in allem eine gute Wahl für einen Urlaub in Olbia!
