Baia Felice : locations d'appartements de vacances

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni in 3 ragazze di Roma e Napoli in occasione di un meeting di lavoro in smartworking, ognuna aveva la sua privacy in casa con le 3 camere da letto, buona connessione wifi e grazie alla sua posizione centrale a Terracina, non abbiamo avuto problemi per uscire a pranzo o cena a mangiare tra ristoranti o pizzerie (ottima quella di Giu Giu’ giusto fronte casa). Supermercato e spiaggia a meno di 2 min a piedi. Splendida terrazza vista mare per la colazione. Comodo il parcheggio riservato e box auto proprio sotto casa. Cucina fornita di tutto anche se non abbiamo mai cucinato. Grazie ancora a Marco per la sua disponibilita’ e cortesia con suggerimenti della zona, non ultimo il suo Centro storico e Cattedrale.

Gennaro è stato un host molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento, pulito e ben organizzato, è adatto a chi viaggia a Napoli con famiglia o piu persone visto che dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni ed un ampio soggiorno. Inoltre, al contrario di altre strutture, Gennaro mette a disposizione un posto auto. La localizzazione è ottima, non si trova al centro di Napoli ma sia il lungomare che il centro sono facilmente raggiungibili con mezzo pubblici distanti a 5 minuti a piedi. Il quartiere Fuorigrotta, dove è situata la struttura, ha comunque diverse opzioni tra ristoranti, pub e bar per chi non volesse passare una giornata o serata lontano dalle zone più turistiche.

This place was absolutely perfect for me, an older solo traveler. I loved the entry and how safe I felt in the neighborhood, property and in the building. The location is just above an area that is filled with museums, local sites (2 castles!), lots of shopping and a view of the water. Within a 5 minutes walk you're looking at Vesuvius. Wow! The apartment had everything I. needed - it's an efficiency, great comfortable bed, lovely, clean linens with super great view from the large window. Clean, updated bathroom. Kitchen is not equipped for lots of cooking - but I wasn't looking to do that - who would when you're so close to amazing restaurants? Host immediately responded with several great recommendations for coffee, breakfast and dinner when asked. Host was easy to reach- and I love that when I arrived I was greeted by a real human being (super friendly), who showed me how things worked and made sure I was comfortable before he left. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Lovely!

Really lovely apartment, everything we needed was easy to find. The location was really nice on an old street and sea views from some rooms, we enjoyed the balcony. The hosts were super helpful and despite not all directions appearing on Google maps they sent us a bus time table and it was easy to teach via train then bus.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung wieder mal sehr genossen. Sehr praktisch und modern eingerichtet.Das Appartement ist Sauber und alles Nötige, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Das Bett superbequem.Ein Highlight ist natürlich der atemberaubende Blick von der Dachterrasse. Traumhafter Blick auf den Vesuv über den Dächern von Neapel.Man sollte sicherlich gut zu Fuß sei, um die Treppen nach oben zu gelangen, aber dort angekommen, ist man mit diesem wunderbaren Appartement und dem Ausblick für die Mühe entschädigt. Sehr freundliche und professionelle Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Bis zum nächsten mal, ciao , mille Grazie!

This residence is wonderful. The beach within a few minutes walk is wonderful. The pool with the residence, though of very modest size, is wonderful. Without a car, getting to town requires a 40 minute walk, with half of that time walking on the shoulder of a highway [not suited for young children]. The bus only goes to and from town five times a day. And taxi drivers found the ride too short to interest them so getting to and from town is a drag. The water in the region is not considered secure to drink or cook with, and we found only one pizza shop with decent food in the neighborhood. So there's still pressure to get to town, despite the inconvenience. But the surroundings were fantastic. It was a wonderful vacation. And we found the host both friendly, responsive and very helpful.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans l'appartement en tant que famille avec 3 enfants. Emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre de Naples, faire le marché, se rendre à Pompéi depuis la gare centrale (7 minutes à pied). Port à 15 minutes à pied (idéal pour se rendre sur une île). Cuisine bien équipée pour cuisiner. Hôte disponible et très arrangeant, notamment pour l'heure de départ. Mezzanine très calme, la chambre côté rue, très lumineuse et spacieuse, est davantage bercée par les sons de la vie à Naples.

A great and lovely appartment close to the station and to everything else. Gino is a perfect host who quickly answers any problem you might have. Highly recommended 🙏🏻

The place is located in a quiet area at a pedestrian road. Everything one needs are just across the corner. The historical center is only a 15 minute walk. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The only drawback for us it was that it is located on the 3rd floor and there is no lift at the moment. Matteo told us that a lift would be constructed shortly.

Great apartment. Vibrant area. Plenty of shops and eating places near by. Very pleased with our choice. We will happily stay there again.

Marias Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und passt perfekt in die Innenstadt von Neapel. Das Gebäude hat einen großen Innenhof und ist etwas verwinkelt das passt zum Charme von Neapel, die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und von Maria toll ausgestattet! Alles sehenswerte ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

This was a fantastic little apartment in Vomero. A great area! Walking distance to so many restaurants, bakeries, great shopping and bars. Also walking distance to 2 funiculars, a taxi stand and the Metropolitana! There is a beautiful old staircase right next to the building that takes you down to the city. We walked down (a LOT of stairs) through the Spanish Quarter, the Maradonna memorial, famous churches and piazzas - had an authentic and amazing lunch and then walked to the funicular for a ride back up the mountain. The expansive view from the apartment was spectacular! to Sorrento and Capri! The host was great and provided us with restaurant and pizzeria recommendations that were very good. You can really just walk down to the busy downtown of Vomero and find so many options!

We travel to Italy often, yet our first time in Naples. This selection was outstanding. The service from our host, the location, the fun exciting vibe, the room itself and views from balconies exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a truly memorable stay.

Perfektes AirBnb für einen Aufenthalt in Neapel. Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage und ein einzigartiger Blick über die Stadt. Gennaro war ein hervorragender Gastgeber, würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

We couldn’t have asked for a better base from which to explore Naples. The apartment is ideally located, offering easy access to the vibrant Spanish Quarter and the wider city. The accommodation was exactly as described—if not better—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. We felt very fortunate to stay at Raffaela’s Airbnb and to have her as our host; she was welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout. We spent five memorable days discovering Naples and its surroundings, including visits to Pompeii, Mount Vesuvius and Capri—a truly enriching experience for the whole family.

Annalisa‘s place was absolutely incredible. It is very conveniently located. The Private garden is full of lemons and oranges. It’s a perfect place to have a glass of wine. She is a wonderful host. The place is very comfy and cozy.

Nous avons passé de belles vacances en famille chez Daniele et les photos étaient conformes à l’appartement . Arrivée en autonomie très appréciable et Environnement calme et paisible comme à la maison. Le plus c’est le parking très sécurisé . Je recommande. Ciao Tiamane et Nicolas

Michele was the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. He was responsive even early in the morning and extremely helpful. I had a scary turn to my trip due to getting sick and he helped when he didn’t have to. The place was spotless and perfect. The jacuzzi was extremely clean and you had everything you would need. It’s located in the heart of everything. The building looks rough on the outside but the apartment itself is newly renovated. WiFi was fast and the tvs and air system was perfect. I would definitely stay here again

Vincenzo was a helpful host. He waited for me until almost midnight to check in. The place is very cosy and well located.

We stayed for 3 nights at Rosa's place in Naples. check-in time was at 2pm and she let us use her luggage storage area for free when we arrived earlier. Lots of steps to get to Airbnb. The space is tall and big. It has two window balconys and a nice rooftop terrace to relax on. The terrace was awesome during the sunset hours to lookout over the city. You don't have an unobstructed view but it is still pretty. The house was clean and renovated. The included soaps and shampoos smelled amazing, the water was warm. It does have an AC unit. The water pressure in the building is low so if you want to use the bath plan on 30 minutes to fill it up. Also the hot water heater has enough heat to cover your showers or the bath but not both. The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean and nice. It does get loud in the neighborhood and you can hear it as you sleep. Some streets nearby didn't seem that safe (trash all over, broken bottles, people giving strange looks and lurking in the dark).

Alessandro è stato un host gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è in una zona comoda e silenziosa e ha tutto quello che può servire per un breve soggiorno.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, es una zona tranquila muy cerca del puerto, caminando a 20 minutos del centro y a una calle puedes encontrar supermercados. La anfitriona es muy amable siempre estuvo atenta y nos ayudó mucho, mil gracias!
