We enjoyed spending New Year’s Eve at Liza’s place. It was very comfortable and the fireplace and roof top deck were added features. Liza was very responsive to our questions, and we really felt as though we were at a home away from home. Great location!

Eric was an excellent host. He was very responsive to inquiries from the beginning of our reservations to after the time had lapsed. He was very accessible. The property was as advertised and we very much enjoyed the surprisingly quiet setting with good access to both the town and metro. The rental space was spotless and the grounds were very nice. The hot tub was a nice way to end a day of sight-seeing. Would definitely seek out his accommodations should we be doing anything in the D.C. area in the future.

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

Our family in Arlington was hosting Thanksgiving, and we needed additional space for 6 family members to sleep. We chose Chuchi's home for the neighborhood and proximity to family. The home is very comfortable. It has a media center and workout room. The gourmet kitchen has everything one would want. New appliances, plenty of tableware, utensils, and glasses. We were welcomed with a gift basket of wine and snacks. We would be happy to stay here again.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

Was traveling to National Harbor for business and this unit checked all the boxes for me. Everything was very easy to get to from the condo , all local restaurants , jogging path and parks were all within walking distance of this unit. My team and I arrived to a clean space , all three bedrooms were clean and tidy, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything needed for our three day stay, including a full size coffee maker. Groceries were easy to grab right down the street at the CVS. I would definitely come back , this stay was comfortable and convenient for our work trip

This is a great place to stay if visiting DC or an embassy. Bikes are available right outside and loads of local things to do. Would be good for a couple.

We had just spent several days at an upscale boutique hotel in Williamsburg VA, but upon arriving at Gale's place in Bethesda we both agreed that this was a far better place to stay. It felt like a home in which we could relax, recharge, and renew. Everything matched the photos and descriptions, from the comfy bed to the immaculate bathroom to the full kitchen. All that was complemented not with glitz but with refulgent nature outside. The apartment was so nicely quiet (and at night dark for sleeping!) that it felt like a private enclave. It was especially nice to have the carport for parking on the rainy day we were there. As a base to explore the area, it was perfect. An easy 5 minute drive to several excellent grocery stores for provisions. A 12 minute drive to several museums off the usual downtown DC circuit. Not even 4 minutes off the Beltway.

Absolutely loved stay at Miguel’s place! The neighborhood offered several delicious food options and the space was immaculate. It was a quick 15 min drive wherever we wanted to visit. This will definitely be on our list for our next trip to DC.

Monica and Traci were extremely thoughtful with details in their space and were always available (with quick responses). Parking was a huge asset! If we ever come back to Washington we would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! Good safe area that’s really easy to get into the city.

We picked Cari's place because it was near our daughter's house. Since my daughter was having renovations done, we were able to be comfortable, cook at the apartment, and then stroll over to my daughter's home with dinner already made! And, Cari had a handy shopping cart for us to transport things back and forth. We will be coming back next month.

Enjoyed our stay. Very walkable, few blocks to the Metro, and great restaurants.

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this unit cannot be beat. It's a short walk to virtually all of the monuments, museums, White House, and the Capitol Building. The unit was spotless, everything worked, and the building has some great amenities like a pool and exercise rooms. I wouldn't hesitate to use this unit in this location for another trip to downtown Washington DC. The available parking, in the building, makes it a great spot to just leave your car and spend the rest of your trip on foot.

Le logement était très bien mis, à part le fait que pour y accéder il faut monter deux escaliers ce qui n’est pas pratique quand vous êtes charger,et le manque de four aussi vraiment dommage, mais sinon dans le reste appartement ressemblant comme sur les photos,consignes de l’hôte claire et faciles à appliquer,hôte très réactif, A quelques pas du logement il y a un trader joe's pour effectuer quelques courses mais il n’y a pas énormément de choix,sinon il y a un CVS un peut plus loin,la ligne de métro Froggy Bottom a 5min à pied très pratique. Mis à part ses petits détails la ville est très interessante,culturellement parlant les musée accessible gratuitement,ville très propre,ville très good vibes je recommande ce logement ainsi que cette destination. Nous avons passer un excellent séjour 😇😇.

I frequently stay in the area and this was among the best spots I’ve visited. Super view and convenient to restaurants, grocery, and transportation. The host’s description of the apartment and the instructions provided were both accurate. I highly recommend this location.

Greg was a wonderful host. He was proactive and checked in with us a few times to make sure we had a great stay! The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet with many restaurants and coffee shops. Just minutes from the tourist attractions in DC. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Greg as a super host!

This is a great spot to stay when you are in DC. The metro is directly across the street, a 2 minute walk. There is also a large shopping area with stores and restaurants should you want to stay close by one day or need to run out for something you forgot. overall, a great value for what you get!
