Bailly-Romainvilliers : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

The place had everything a larger group needs for a longer stay. Very clean with plenty of space. Only a 5 minute walk to the metro line.

We hebben een prachtig verblijf gehad. De accommodatie ligt op een half uurtje rijden van het vliegveld en een klein uurtje van Parijs. Parijs is goed te bereiken met eigen vervoer, openbaar vervoer of Uber. Qua accommodatie is vooral het zwembad + terras prachtig, goed onderhouden en erg privé. Je hebt 0,0 last van buren of voorbijgangers. De ontvangst en hulp voor en tijdens de vakantie door Maryse en Serge was er goed. Ze zijn erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, ook schromen ze niet om Engels proberen te praten. Ze reageren erg snel. Het huis is verder erg groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is rustig. Het ligt in een klein dorpje. Voor wie er van houdt; een aanrader!

Séjours très agréable chez Axelle Personne trés réactive , nous sommes venus avec un petit bébé de 3 mois et notre chien pour deux semaines , Axelle et son papa nous on trouve tous les équipements pour le petit, Notre chien a pu sortir dans le jardin quand il voulait car celui ci est clôturé et privé La maison est à proximité de tout , commerces, gare , centre ville d’antony Nous avons tout fait à pieds Tout est très fonctionnel dans la maison bref le top on espère pouvoir y revenir très vite PS: merci au papa d’Axelle trés gentil aussi qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée À bientôt !

Paul’s home is beautiful and very comfortable. I loved the fireplace and the thoughtful curation of books, art and vinyl records. Every detail invites you to relax and unwind. The garden is also very special. Paul is a very kind and generous host, and I’m grateful for his help and recommendations. I’d return to Paris, not just for the city, but to experience the stay at his home all over again. Thank you.

Maison propre et conforme à la description et la communication avec Taous a été top. Très reactive et claire dans ses consignes. Je recommande à 100%.

Très bon séjour chez Marigue. Le logement est grand, la deco est belle et la localisation sur une colline en hauteur de villages est très sympathique. Marigue est très agréable et arrangeante. Nous avions un peu de retard pour l'arrivée et elle a su nous rassurer et ne pas nous presser. durant notre séjour, elle à su se rendre très disponible, dès que nous avions une question, elle était au bout de téléphone. Et très arrangeante également sur l'horaire de départ. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 11, je recommande ce logement 5/5. Encore merci Marigue.

El lugar es tal cual está publicado , zona inmejorable con restaurantes y la torre eiffel a minutos caminando . Y lugares para comprar cosas para el día . Eldepartamento estaba limpio y ordenado . Y destacó la rapidez de sus respuestas ante mis inquietudes. Tenía todo para una linda estadía . Lo único que fue dificultoso es la bacha del baño era muy chica para lavarse en forma diaria . La estancia fue positiva !! Gracias

The location was absolutely perfect with the metro, great shops and cafes close by. The BEST hot chocolate was at the shop around the corner with Belgium Waffles. Isabelle is the sweetest and we felt right at home. However, be prepared that there is only one toilet and there’s no closet space to hang any clothing. The host was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again!

A very comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a great neighborhood of Paris. Highly recommended!

We loved the space! Super close by the metro and any food near by was also amazing! The only downside was the dryer was broken for washing clothes but luckily there was plenty of space to hang dry clothes! I would definitely stay here again and I am looking forward to returning soon!

Claire was really friendly and helped us with our travels by recommending a very useful transport app. She also amended our breakfast order with no fuss. In general, Claire is a responsive and proactive host! The apartment is just as described, the hot tub in the terrace is a great addition too! The location is ideal, only a few minutes walk from the local station, Porte d'Orléans. Would definitely recommend :)

Excellent séjour chez Franck qui nous a accueillis chez lui. L'appartement est superbe, calme et confortable et à 2 pas du métro, idéalement placé pour visiter Paris. Franck a été super réacif pendant tout notre séjour et nous avons eu le privilège de le rencontrer avant notre départ. Mention spéciale aux décorations de Noël 🤩. Merci mille fois si nous avons une adresse à recommander pour loger près de Paris ce sera là!

Mon séjour chez Mélanie s’est très bien déroulé. Le logement était propre et agréable. L’hôte a été réactive et attentionnée, et le lit particulièrement confortable, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus plaisant. Je recommande vivement ! 👍

Cet appartement est magnifique et a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Situé dans un quartier calme et typiquement parisien, il offre un cadre idéal pour découvrir la ville. La ligne 1 du métro, juste en bas, rend les déplacements très faciles. Proximité de supermarché, boulangerie et restaurants.L'appartement est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Le salon est spacieux et lumineux, la chambre est chaleureuse et confortable, et la cuisine est entièrement équipée. La terrasse est un véritable joyau, avec les rayons du soleil matinal qui créent une atmosphère magique. L'ascenseur est très pratique, surtout pour les bagages. Les hôtes, Françoise, Léa et Sacha, sont adorables, attentionnés et compréhensifs. Grâce à leur gentillesse, nous avons pu arriver plus tôt dans l'appartement en raison d'une situation particulière, ce qui a facilité notre séjour. C'est le plus bel appartement où j'ai séjourné à Paris. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre une expérience inoubliable.

Le séjour que j’y ai passé était juste excellent. Sabrina ainsi que sa fille sont au top. Que ce soit en terme de réactivité, en terme d’adaptabilité, en terme de communication je n’ai rien à redire. C’est rare de tomber sur des hôtes comme ça. L’appartement était propre, spacieux, parfaitement équipé, fidèle aux photos et à la hauteur de toutes nos attentes. Je recommande à 200%, c’était un super séjour et je reviendrai volontier dès qu’une occasion se présente 👌🏼

Judith and Cédric are the definition of super-hosts, highly responsive and you're unlikely to find a warmer welcome to Paris! Unfortunately my spoken french is no where near the level I wish it to be, however I was reassured to know that Judith and Cédric speak very good English and both had a great sense of humour to go with it. (Even when we managed to lock ourselves out!) The apartment itself was a joy to stay in, very clean with nice big windows throughout to let in good amounts of natural light and spacious. But most importantly it was very quiet and this couldn't have been a greater relief after 8-9hrs travelling by car from England, you wouldn't think you're in the central Paris! The local area is very walkable neighbourhood and you have a well stocked Carrefour at the end of the street for groceries. Also Canal St Martin is only a 5 minute walk away as well as a Metro station. All in all, a very delightful visit and would happily stay again!

We loved our stay over new years at this stunning spot! Our host Florence was so amazing and greeted us when we arrived and answered any questions we had over our stay! Her home is so beautiful and filled with books and was located in such a fun and walkable area with so many amazing restaurants and cafes around the corner! We will absolutely book this spot in the future when we visit Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!!

Everything was perfect. The house was cozy and warm with a great view and a wonderful host. I'd love to come back here when I visit Paris again.
