Beautiful home and location with thought put into every detail. The kitchen was fully stocked, games inside, tons of things to do outside. We had duck and deer visitors and enjoyed coffee on the lakefront while watching the sunrise. Exactly what we had hoped for! Thank you, Jennifer!

This was a gorgeous gem of a place, tucked behind the main house, fully fenced for privacy, and with a deck and private hot tub. It's newer, beautifully designed and thoughtfully laid out. We loved the big windows, quiet climate system and clever little kitchen. Fully stocked with necessities, and a handy guidebook. Their love of Seattle shines through! Little challenging to find, especially if arriving after dark. Look down a long driveway to the wooden fence with gate at the end. Your car fits at the end of the driveway, or find street parking. The neighborhood is walkable but not especially great. This location is convenient to anywhere in North Seattle, and a short drive to I-5. Matthew was a friendly and responsive host! We felt lucky to find this beautiful place, with a hot tub, in a convenient spot!

My group of 7 absolutely loved the “Chateau” for our weekend retreat. The house is very spacious and the rooms are generously sized, but the feel is homey, comfortable, and cozy. The mattresses were great! We cooked all our own food and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Loved our stay!

We’re a family of five with 6yo boy, 4yo girl and 2yo boy and everyone loved the house and all of the kid-friendly amenities. Movie theater, hot tub, play structure, game room, plenty of space to run and play. They would’ve been perfectly happy if we didn’t live the house once on our trip. Everything was exactly as pictured, the kitchen was well-equipped, beds and linens were comfy. It was exactly what we needed. Great hosts, great spot!

Nothing bad to say. So relaxing, the pictures really do depict the feel of the home. The bedroom is immediately in view upon entrance and has no bedroom door so I do think it would be best for 2 people, preferably a couple. It rained pretty much the entire time but that didn't stop me from getting in the hot tub for a few minutes. Would be absolutely perfect if there was a canopy of some sort over the hot tub for that reason, but a little rain never killed anyone. I highly recommend this place and would definitely re-book. Oh, and for those who like to cook, like me, there is a spice rack in the kitchen cabinet with the essentials (salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, etc)! I find that important so that was nice. There are no condiments though, and the closest grocery store is about 20 mins out, so bring those with you if you find those things necessary!

Jen was very friendly and helpful, extremely responsive and understanding. We made a last-minute change to extend our trip and she was able to accommodate and went out of her way to make the place ready for us before we arrived.

Jeff's place was very nice and easy to get too. Just a short drive from the Airport to the house. The house has all the things we needed and it's very peaceful along the river. Very beautiful place. Nice Kitchen, and a lot of fun was had around the pool table and enjoyed the cool mornings and evenings in the hot tub. Enjoyed our stay at this place! It's just enough out of the heavy traffic city life and a quiet neighborhood to relax after long days of sightseeing. Wonderful place! Pictures do match what the house and property has to offer! Great place to stay and relax!

Stefan's place was a great homebase for exploring the Puget Sound and the surrounding area. There is a great walking trail nearby and it is easy to walk to restaurants and shops in Snohomish. Overall, this was a great stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. It was in a perfect location, private but close to tons of hiking and places to explore and also about 15 minutes away from town for anything you might need. The home was massive, it took us a day or so to remember where all the rooms were. Everything was clean, labeled, and well organized. We loved the kitchen as it was stocked with any appliance you could need and a pay it forward pantry with common spices, etc. The view from the home is incredible. We spent most mornings drinking coffee watching seals and birds play in the water and most evenings in the awesome theater room watching movies. This time there was only my wife and I plus our dog but we would love to return with the whole family as there was plenty of room. The hosts were super nice and easy to communicate with. Would definitely return!

Very happy with property felt like one could dip toes in Puget Sound from property-as close as it gets. Kitchen was the best stocked for dishes/utensils, cooking/baking. Two ovens and two microwaves. plenty of basic cooking staples and spices. Spacious rooms. Plenty of bathrooms. Loved the main living room--first bnb we've stayed at that had enough seating for the number of guests staying.

Allen had great communication from start to finish. The place was exactly as described and was absolutely beautiful. Plenty of space with amazing views. We especially enjoyed the large great room with the fantastic lake view. We made great memories that we'll never forget. Thanks so much!

We had our wedding here over the last weekend. Rachel was amazing, responsive, and super flexible. She let us check out late and even helped us put the parking signs up so our guests wouldn’t have trouble finding the venue. There are no bad pictures at this place and so many areas to explore on the property. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home for a wedding, an event, or for a peaceful, relaxing retreat. Would definitely come back again in the future.

We had the most wonderful stay at Ivo's home! It is a beautiful property, stocked with just about everything you could possibly want or need in a home away from home. The views of Seattle are spectacular and extra magical at night. It's in a great location, just a 15-20 min walk to the monorail at the Space Needle park that shoots you to the centre of downtown in a just a few minutes. We appreciated coming back to this quiet location after busy days exploring the city. Ivo was an extremely friendly and attentive host, who was quick to respond to our questions and needs despite being remote. We can't recommend his listing enough and wouldn't hesitate to book again if/when we find ourselves in Seattle.

Seayes was super nice to us, and made sure that we felt right at home. The place is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature, simply lovely. Would definitely recommend staying with them!

Lake views from every room with Eagles, jumping fish, beautiful sunsets, great hot tub and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The only thing I would say is that there was a visiting dog not mentioned in the listing (the resident dog Hank is great!) that liked to bark at us while on the deck or even inside and one night ad wr were enjoying the hot tub there was quite a bit of shouting from the main house. Other than that, fantastic!

Loved this place, had everything we needed for the weekend. Perfect location, easy place to find and had nearby grocery stores in case we needed it. The pool table was a nice touch, we definitely had fun with it. Would definitely recommend/ come back again.

We visited this beautiful spot for our spring break trip with family, and it exceeded our expectations. The natural scenery was breathtaking, making for a truly peaceful and refreshing getaway. We enjoyed kayaking, relaxing in the hot tub, and swimming in the lake—all of which made for unforgettable moments. Exploring the charming shops along Sunset Beach and Union added to the experience, offering a mix of local finds and scenic strolls. The Airbnb was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated. It’s conveniently located near Belfair and Olympic National Park, making it an ideal base for outdoor adventures. Highly recommend! 10/10

Our stay at Seagulls Nest was amazing. Great communication from Melinda and James. The cabin was beautiful and clean. We saw deer in the front yard every morning, the beach was beautiful, and the hiking trails were amazing. Doggie beds and food bowls were even provided for our lil dog. This was my first time staying in an air bnb and I appreciated the binder that was provided with clear expectations, important information, and local attractions. We had an amazing time and I would 10/10 stay here again. Thanks so much James and Melinda.

Lovely stay, gorgeous views. Well stocked kitchen. Brand name everything, Le Creuset, Pendleton, Fiesta, etc. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and beach is a short walk. We saw a bald eagle! Nice to unplug and chill out, stay off devices. We did a lot of puzzles, coloring, cards, board games, etc. There’s a fun brewery, restaurant, arcade, game spot in Shelton (High Steel Beer Co.) but would recommend bringing and cooking your meals in a great kitchen, dining, live area with views!

We loved staying at the Olympic A-frame! The host was responsive and provided clear check-in and check-out instructions. The cabin was so comfy and clean, we especially loved the modern decor and linens. The firepit and the outdoor space was fun for the kids to explore. We enjoyed being able to easily walk to Lake Kokanee and utilized the playground there. We were able to do some fishing with our kids thanks to having all the necessary supplies provided by the host in the shed. The cabin was also stocked with many fun games and puzzles to occupy everyone during rainy days. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would stay again.
