This house is wonderful. It is attractive, with a magnificent view of the water, peaceful, well appointed. It would be perfect for two couples with some kids. While it could certainly sleep more, that would mean using the futon and would likely be a bit crowded. The included kayaks and paddle boards would be a huge plus in warmer weather; unfortunately in late march it was a bit too chilly to entice me out onto the water. The place is about 15 minutes from Gig Harbor. The airport is an hour to hour and a half away, depending on the traffic. Seattle is accessible by ferry with the dock only 15 minutes away. There is a fast ferry for foot passengers that goes directly downtown. Or, if you want to bring the car, the ferry goes to West Seattle. Melissa is very responsive. We would love to go back.

What a wonderful, cozy stay! This house feels like a home in the best of ways. Very cozy fireplace, wonderful views of the lake and ducks swimming from the entire back of the house, plus above and beyond gestures of kindness from the host(s). I stayed here recovering from a medical procedure and was welcomed with a “get well soon” card. The house was spotless and full of natural light. Thank you again for the peaceful experience.

The house is beautiful, peaceful and serene. No noise except for water lapping and birds singing. Two upstairs bedrooms have spectacular water views and the decks were a great place for morning meditation. If you’re cooking/eating in (which we did most of the time) the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Spending days on the patio on the water reading was soooo relaxing. We did get to see a couple of whales trudging northward as well as some super playful otters. The sunsets and night skies were brilliant. Omar did a GREAT job ensuring that the house was in perfect condition. If wonderful, quiet solitude on the water is your thing, we highly recommend this house.

This place is magical! I truly felt like I was on a vacation where I could just stay put and not leave the property whatsoever. The views are to die for and the marine life was sublime! Hope to come back again. I took my 20 something daughters and they both felt the same way. They kayaked and were kids again examining all the seashells, crabs, etc.

Absolutely beautiful views from this waterfront home. Plenty of room for our family of 5 plus Nana to spread out enjoying indoor/outdoor living. Well appointed including fun water toys ie paddle boards and kayaks. My husband commented this home being the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Excellent communication from Mike and Eva. Definitely would stay here again.

Ha is an exceptional host. She responded within minutes to any questions we had and she allowed us to check in early as we arrived about an hour earlier than our check-in time. We were looking for something peaceful and quiet and the house and location did not disappoint. The home is literally right on the water and the views were stunning. The home has been beautifully updated. It felt like a quaint little beach cottage. Adorably decorated and very clean. The home is equipped with all the necessities you need and then some, and Ha even supplied us with some nummy treats. Very nice touch. Thank you for letting us stay at your home Ha.

Peaceful place to stay a couple of days for sure. The cottage was cute, well furnished and decorated with some nice touches. This place will have you feeling right at home very quickly. I would stay here again.

This little house on a lake is just gorgeous; the inside is not the biggest but is perfectly layouted, taking maximum usage of the space, and all of the furniture is really nice. The wifi is fast, the outside area is both well-maintained and gorgeous (of particular delight: sitting outside on the covered deck while it rained with the propane fire pit going while reading a book and watching the lake: priceless!), and nighttime fairy lights across the entire yard down to the lake give that extra bit of ambiance. Would definitely go back! Host Eric is very nice and responsive as well; met him walking my dog and he seems like a good egg.

Cassandra’s place was perfect for our small family. The house is located on a quiet street, just a minute from Highway 101 and right on the water. The view of the water was so nice and peaceful right from the living room and large deck. I wish we could’ve used the deck more, but it was winter time. They had lovely looking furniture and a gas fireplace and grill that would be perfect for warmer weather. The fireplace inside the house was awesome, and so was the kitchen. They had everything you can think of to cook just about anything. Lots of counter space, and coffee for us too. The place was very clean, had comfortable beds and furniture, and a decent shower. I loved the location in Brinnon, the Geoduck restaurant and bar nearby is awesome. Dosewallips State Park is within a few miles, Hama Hama Oysters is about 15 minutes away. Also there are kayaks and life jackets available and a nice fire pit on the dock at Cassandra’s place. Highly recommended.

I LOVED this place-- I wish I could stay forever! It has everything you could ever need-- cookware, utensils, blankets, towels, some panty staples, dog & kid items, firewood, kayaks, boats, lifejackets, lots of games, puzzles, and even a pair of birdwatching binoculars! I saw many eagles, osprey, owls, canadian geese, and lots of other cute wildlife. It feels very cozy & private. Soooo quiet and peaceful. There are large windows and stunning nature views everywhere you look! There is a daybed that is surrounded by huge windows on 3sides-- the perfect little nook to enjoy nature while staying warm & dry indoors. We had a lot of fun going out on the lake and exploring with the provided kayaks & peddle boat. We played many games and never once needed to take out our computers or phones for screen entertainment, but I did work remotely & the WiFi is great! I stayed here for a week during a move transition from out of state, and it was the perfect introduction to Washington. Thank you!

Very peaceful cottage to relax and enjoy everything the PNW has to offer. With beautiful views of the Puget Sound and ferries coming and going all day, the cottage was exactly as deceived and depicted on the listing. Although small, Stephen and Kelsey take full advantage of the entire space. The only negative I would say is you have to park up the hill and walk down to the cottage, but there is a little pullout to park and drop your stuff before you do that. Otherwise, I would highly recommend to anyone needing a little getaway from the bustle of real life.

Suzys place was wonderful. I spent a weekend doing self reflection and this was the perfect spot to do that! the cabin was clean, with all the amenities and extras you could ever need. even though the main house is close by it felt very private and quiet. Suzy was extremely responsive and helpful. the Tiki Hut was so nice and the propane fireplace was nice to sit by with a drink and dinner! I hope I can stay again in the summer months and enjoy all the lake has to offer! Highly recommend booking!

we like to come uo to Sequim to get away when we come home to visit from overseas and Beverly's place was exactly what we needed. Very peaceful while not super remote. loved sitting outside and listening to the ocean at night. unfortunately didn't have the energy to venture to the hot tub but the next time we stay we will be sure to give it a try! 10/10 would recommend this or Any of their properties

This was the best lakeside cabin with a deck right in the water. It was such an amazing and relaxing weekend. We fully enjoyed the hot tub as we star gazed at night. I can’t wait to book again I. The summer time. Wayne and Nenette are very sweet people. They are very thoughtful and left us a welcome gift. Book this love shack you will not be disappointed!

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this was one of the best! The views were amazing, the kids loved the kayaks each morning. The wildlife on the water was stunning. Would love to stay here again

We visited this beautiful spot for our spring break trip with family, and it exceeded our expectations. The natural scenery was breathtaking, making for a truly peaceful and refreshing getaway. We enjoyed kayaking, relaxing in the hot tub, and swimming in the lake—all of which made for unforgettable moments. Exploring the charming shops along Sunset Beach and Union added to the experience, offering a mix of local finds and scenic strolls. The Airbnb was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated. It’s conveniently located near Belfair and Olympic National Park, making it an ideal base for outdoor adventures. Highly recommend! 10/10

I had a truly wonderful stay in this charming little cabin. The location was peaceful, quiet, and absolutely beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. Waking up to the view of the bay and the fresh air every morning was something special. Darell and Carlene put care into creating a welcoming environment, from the little details in the decor to how easy check-in was, and they were readily available for anything, I felt right at home. I left feeling recharged and grateful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a serene escape in nature (definitely plan around spending your days at the cabin, everyday was cherished).

Loved staying at the cabin to celebrate my birthday! Great little walk to the lake, beautiful fully fenced backyard with so much trillium, comfy beds, great water pressure in the bathroom, awesome stocked kitchen!! Loved the whole stay and definitely want to come back and take advantage of the great stuff in the shed ☺️

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the perfect place! It was super cozy and private with beautiful surroundings! We loved that it was tucked away but had all the amenities we could need and more. We drove to Olympic National Park, Mount Rainer National Park, Tacoma, and Seattle and found all of them to be an easy drive. We also loved exploring the area nearby! Claire is a very responsive and detail oriented host which made our stay even better!

Our stay was a short stopover to see some family in the area but we wish we could have remained longer it was that relaxing. One of the Best stays for families ever and we absolutely loved the house. Good mix of old and new and they’ve remodeled the things that matter most to one’s creature comforts. Access to beautiful Discovery Bay. We Will be back.

Very beautiful location with lots to do. The host left lots of local recommendations — I wish we could have stayed longer to check them all out. Fantastic deal for the price.
