This location was great, the host was amazing very communicative. When I first arrived I was lost due to the address being wrong however the host called me right away and gave me the correct instructions upon entry into the home. The area is a tad bit underdeveloped… but overall the experience was good. The Airbnb was up to date and nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Ubicado en zona céntrica. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar un buen fin de semana. Súper espacioso, limpio y muy bonito. Zona segura y privada. Definitivamente uno de los mejores lugares para hospedarse en Tecate.

El lugar estaba muy limpio y en una excelente ubicación, lo que facilitó el acceso a todo. El administrador de lugar fue increíblemente amable y atento, siempre asegurándose de que tuve todo lo necesario. Sin embargo, el WiFi fue inestable en algunos momentos, lo que dificultó realizar llamadas. Los bares cercanos eran bastante ruidosos por la noche, así que recomendaría llevar tapones para los oídos.

My family and I really like this home. It is super spacious and it fits all of us. The home is super clean and has all the household items needed to cook a big meal. We have rented it twice and will probably continue to do so since it is really a good size home if you have a big family.

Me and my family took the weekend trip to celebrate my birthday and the place was perfect. I have a big family and we all fit well. The place is beautiful and spacious. Thank you again to the host.

we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Just far enough from downtown that there wasn't much traffic, but close enough that everything was accessible. wonderful view of the ocean from the terrace.

It was a wonderful experience and we spent most of the time in the home there was something for everybody and we were sad to leave the home so soon.

The house was amazing and perfect size for a big group we had more than enough space for everyone. Armando was super helpful and communicative which made our stay easier. We would 100% stay again when going to rosarito.

Estuvimos muy agusto, la casa estaba limpia y tal cual se muestra en las fotos, Gabriela estuvo al pendiente en todo momento, inclusive pudimos entrar un par de horas antes, me volvería a alojar aquí sin pensarlo🙂

Beautiful beach home. The moment you step through the security gate and onto this property, you get the feeling of what a special retreat this is. Very nicely decorated and super clean. Lots of native plants and flowers. The casita itself is colorful and welcoming. David has thought of everything, including a welcome gift. The place is well stocked with everything you would need. The heater/AC worked very well and was very quiet. There is a fireplace and lots of wood to burn. Full size washer and dryer. Full size refrigerator/freezer. The view from the large picture window is an awesome view of the ocean. The bed is super comfortable. David is a dog person and has a few himself. We travel with one dog and after 5 days with David and his dogs, ours was very disappointed to leave. David also dog sits while you go out to explore. Just can't say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be back. Thanks David for the great stay.

This place is very clean and feels at home. My friends and I enjoy staying in this Condo! It’s a in private area, everything was easy access and safe.

The place was really nice, modern, safe and very clean. Just as described, easy check in and the property has security on site which made it feel extra safe. Easy access to the beach and pool areas. The apartment itself, was really nice and modern, everything was really clean. Lots of extra blankets and lots of towels. Leslie is very responsive, which was great. No complaints, would book again. Thank you for allowing us to stay on your property.

We had a wonderful stay! We were greeted with a thoughtful gift basket, which was a lovely touch for the holidays. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to downtown yet surprisingly quiet at night. The AC units in the bedrooms and the heater kept us comfortable, though the floors were a bit cold, so we recommend bringing slippers. The host responded promptly to all our messages, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The beds were double size, but we found them a bit stiff and would have preferred a bit more comfort. On the plus side, my husband really enjoyed the shower—hot water and decent water pressure made it a pleasant experience. Overall, we had a great time and would happily stay here again!

By far the best place in TJ! Would highly recommend. The place felt right at home and opens up to a beautiful view of the ocean. Extremely clean and easy to access. Will be staying here every time!

Absolutely amazing experience! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the Pacific Ocean, making for breathtaking views and easy beach access. The property is huge, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The shower was fantastic, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. I’ll be back in Tijuana in July and will definitely be booking this place again!

A great stay! Jaime was very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Space is very spacious and perfect for big groups! Perfect walk to pools, swim up bar, the beach, and overall anything you could be looking for. 10/10 recommend!
