Perfect for what we needed. Rented a car to get there with having young kids, but they have bikes that you could use to get downtown if your kids are older.

fantastic place to stay, minutes from the srt district and plenty of resturants to chose from. bed was very comfortable, patio was excellent place to enjoy the fresh air and sounds of night life. rooftop pool was a huge hit for us. awesome place to hangout for the afternoon and relax soaking up the sun. highly recommend this unit! very reasonably priced for the location and quality

Paty the host was amazing from the pre-planning to arrival at La Perla! Her recommendations from grocery stores to excursions in San Jose Del Cabo and surrounding area, ensured our vacation was a success. The condo although dated, is a good value for the cost. It was well equipped and comfortable and the views looking off the huge deck to the pool and Sea of Cortez (lots of Whales) was beautiful! The condo is situated in a quiet part of the Zoetry resort and we appreciated the use of all the facilities including the large pool and grounds. All the staff were super friendly! Ubering in and out of the resort to explore was convenient, prompt and very affordable. We will be back! Muchas Gracias, Paty!

I spent 2 weeks at Alvaro's lovely condo and would stay again! It has all the amenities of a hotel. It's worth noting that Cabo Adventures (tour company) will pick you up from here. The space is clean and cozy. The hurricane shutters can be easily shut for a dark sleep environment. I appreciated use of the beach towels and umbrella! This is a family friendly complex and while some people enjoyed themselves with music at night they were respectful and quieted down once it got late. The neighbourhood is under development, so you may hear some light construction noise and/or maintenance workers starting 8-8:30am. From the complex it's not possible to walk to the beach, but it's a quick drive/Uber to the marina/Medano. Costco and Soriana are a short walk away. There are several restaurants within walking distance up the dirt road. I felt perfectly safe walking to/from these restaurants after dark (I do suggest a flashlight so cars can see you). I also recommend Cabo Yoga & Fitness nearby!

Pasamos un rato agradable en el alojamiento de Kerry. Es tal y como se muestra en las fotos y tiene todo lo necesario para que pases una buena estancia. Hubieron unos pequeños detalles pero Kerry y Wayne lo arreglaron de inmediato y fue algo que nos gustó mucho. En si el complejo es muy hermoso, seguridad, alberca,jacuzzi. Recomendado.

Muy buena opción de hospedaje visitando Cabo ya sea de trabajo o con la familia. La ubicación es muy práctica, con restaurantes y opciones de ocio como "local" y muy cerca de las atracciones turísticas que ofrece el destino. La atención de Jennifer fue amable y puntual.

Increíble lugar y estancia. Súper espacioso, distribuido y agradable. Muy buena ubicación, demasiado cerca del centro, marina y variedad de playas en coche (10-15 min aprox). Catalina siempre en comunicación desde un inicio, dando instrucciones claras para lograr llegar e instalarnos en el sitio. Lugar súper recomendado en su visita a Los Cabos.

Great place to stay in Cabo! Loved how clean and maintained the facility was kept. Most essentials were available but the oil, salt and pepper as listed was not available. Beds were ok but we are used to pillow top beds but still worked for us. We adjusted. Loved the design of the condo and the rooftop pool. 10 minute walk to beach. Umbrella, chairs and scuba gear was a great surprise. Uber driver are available all day. Everyone was nice and even walked to our favorite Fig and Olives restaurant 3x! Great communication and very happy with our stay! Construction did not bother us during the week as we were gone most of the day and understand they are working. Reserve your stay!! It is worth it. We will return! Ty for everything Momentum team!!!

Barbara was a dream to work with - super friendly, quick to respond and very accommodating. The condo was exactly as described - refreshingly light, bright, cute and comfortable. Having shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in both bathrooms was also an unexpected but pleasant surprise. There were plenty of towels and pool towels (something we’ve had issues with at other rentals). And being able to walk up one flight of stairs to the pool was super convenient. The condo was also a 10 minute walk to the quiet end of Medano beach (I timed it). We would have no issues renting again however, the neighborhood isn’t very walkable (lots of construction, dusty, not many places to eat) and the Oxxo next door is awesome but does not sell beer/liquor (you have to go up a bit further to the Mini-Super instead). This wasn’t a big deal for us, it just meant a bit more Ubering.

Great Time, Home was Very clean and quiet and Centrally located and much within walking distance.. Beautiful beach views and very close to Beach..

Had a wonderful stay and ocean views were fantastic. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens were provided. Very convenient to walk to Copala pools which were beautiful and peaceful. Was great to have access to other Pueblo Bonito properties to add variety to the overall trip. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit is located in Tezal, just a 10-minute drive from Downtown Cabo. It’s a gated community with 24/7 security, making it feel very private, secure, and quiet. I highly recommend this place, especially for families traveling with children or babies. Costco and Soriana market are within walking distance, which was extremely convenient. The host was very responsive and flexible with check-in times. The unit itself was clean and quiet, equipped with everything you might need. You can also request a baby crib, high chair, and bath if needed. Plus, the beautiful ocean view of El Arco is a wonderful bonus!

Birder paradise, wake up to the mountain view sunrise! We were so thankful to find something open in January. What a Stunning view and beautiful sunrises. Stars at night. I had my 89 year old, now snowbird, dad who used to live on Abergo for 20 years, who needed a pacemaker tuneup at the VA. Beautiful art on the walls. The house is very convenient to shopping and I19. House has everything a caretaker could ask for. We saw many birds and were lulled to sleep by coyotes singing. Fantastic stay.

This location is great for going to the beach and estuary. Our Razor was great for accessing the estuary. Las Conchas is a wonderful and quiet area of Rocky Point. We loved paddle boarding in the estuary when the tide was low. Beautiful. Pam was very responsive and helpful. The home is lovely. I used the gym once and that was nice to have.
