Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. This was my first Airbnb in Cabo’s, And I don’t regret it one bit. Definitely worth it. The caption doesn’t lie, literally walking distance to restaurants, beach, marina and nightlife anything you need is walking distance. I look forward to returning here in the near future.

The most beautiful Airbnb in the area! Rooms are spotless and spacious with views of the beach. The beach is secluded and offers kilometers of enjoyment. There is also a gas station, grocery store, and restaurant about 15 min drive away, in town. This was my second time here and we will be back. Sergio is a great host and his two pups are very cute and friendly. Internet is available upon purchase- I used it for multiple zoom calls and it worked great.

Sorel’s place was perfect for our group of six. The bedrooms are private and the open space is plentiful for group dinners and gatherings. What really makes this place special is the concierge service. Dian, Jesus, and Ali were amazing. We felt spoiled rotten by their amazing meals and attentive service. Thanks to you three for making our stay so special!

We absolutely loved our stay! John was a kind, understanding, and attentive host always making sure we were well taken care of with snacks and drinks. The property itself is beautiful and private and was the perfect set up for 3 couples to relax. We enjoyed lounging in the sunshine by the pool during the day before heading out to our evening’s activities. John was super helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants in the area and with other local knowledge. We’d be happy to stay here again in the future.

Our stay aboard the Ocean Villa vastly exceeded our expectations! A great stay for an adventurous family who are looking for something out of the ordinary and like roughing it a bit. Rob and Shannon were incredibly warm and welcoming and flexible. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend them to all our friends and anyone who is looking for a special personalized adventure on the Sea of Cortez. We spent a total of 5 nights - the first night at anchor in La Paz, then 3 nights on a sailing charter (this is an add-on and not part of the b&b service, and we will review this separately), then the final night at anchor in La Paz. Accommodations: The boat is roomier than I expected with very comfortable common spaces. We are a family of 5, and each of the kids had their own cabin, and the parents shared. The double bed was too cozy for my husband and me, so we slept in separate bunks. You should be aware that sleeping aboard a floating vessel at anchor is something to get used to! We saw it as a fun part of the adventure (kind of like camping), but it's not for everyone. The 3 kids' cabins were small and well-appointed, with portholes that opened, lights, fans, and modest storage - fine for one person each but would have been tight with 2. The parents' cabin theoretically could have slept 3 but we maxed out at 2 and you can't both change your clothes at the same time! They provided clean linens and towels (bath and beach towels) and extra blankets, as it was chilly at times. There is a "head" with shower, but expect to take short "navy showers," turning off the water after you wet yourself, then soaping up, then turning on the water to rinse, as water is precious! Breakfasts were ample and delicious. Shannon kept the bathroom clean and the ship over all was clean and well organized. They have a huge collection of movies so we had a couple of movie nights aboard. Rob and Shannon's warm personality made us feel right at home. They had a good balance of interacting with us and telling tales of their adventures at sea and respecting our privacy. Communication: From the outset, the communication with Shannon was good. It's important to be aware that, because they are sometimes at sea, you may have to wait a few days for a response until they have internet service. Once we had booked, Rob & Shannon were great about letting us know when they would be offline and set expectations for being back in communication. Transportation back and forth from the boat to La Paz in the dinghy was quick and pretty easy, but subject to getting splashed! For a group our size with luggage it took 2 trips. Rob was always quick to respond and take us back and forth as we needed. Part of the adventure! However, it does mean less flexibility - you can't just walk out the front door to grab a cup of coffee or take a walk on the Malecon. The town of La Paz is a great jumping off place for exploring the Sea of Cortez and beaches, but the town itself is limited in its "touristy" offerings. Good ice cream, some good restaurants (we loved El Mesquite and Cafe Capuchino), and hardly any souvenir shops. Rob and Shannon had great tips for dining and for renting wetsuits, etc. They know the islands and beaches well and were able to help us make good choices. All in all, a spectacular stay!

Topia was an absolute gem. From the moment Kris' impeccable pre-arrival communication alleviated every ounce of pre-trip anxiety, we knew we were in capable hands. The property itself is a masterpiece of design and cleanliness, boasting a vista that could inspire a thousand sonnets. Its proximity to the shore is the icing on a very delectable cake. The attentive staff and daily breakfast were the cherry on top. Whether a solitary retreat or a gathering of loved ones, Topia is an unequivocal triumph. We’re already plotting our return.

Casa Dulcinea is a beautiful villa in a great location! The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Phil and Maria greeted us upon arrival to provide a tour and overview of the house amenities. The host lives onsite but has a separate entrance and living area. Phil and Maria were very helpful and responsive. The breakfasts prepared by Rocio were delicious and a great start to the day. Bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage space. Our mattress was a little firm for our personal liking, but still comfortable. Bathrooms were nice with walk-in showers. The courtyard/pool area was very relaxing and provided a beautiful oasis for morning coffee, evening cocktails and birdwatching. The house is conveniently located and a walkable distance to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store, the Malecon, and exploring La Paz. For anything too far to walk we took an Uber, which was very reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Dulcinea and highly recommend it for a La Paz vacation.

Very spacious and clean space with two large bedrooms and attached baths! Perfect for two couples or a small family! The view from the patio is stunning, we could see whales during our stay which was extra special. There is a little coffee shop at the bottom of the hill, but otherwise a car is needed to get most places (luckily for you, Sheila and Bill provide you with one). Location is pretty much in the middle of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose, so it does provide some flexibility to explore! We feel terrible for the hosts with the construction going on so close to their property, but overall it’s still a really wonderful place to stay in Cabo, and you can tell the hosts go above and beyond to make it that way!
