Santiago was very easy to work with and we enjoyed the villa. He was very flexible and let us check in early because the villa was available by the time our flight arrived: We rented a golf cart which was well worth it for getting around the community, but the villa is just a quick walk to the pool so it isn’t necessary to have one, just our preference! The home was well kept and Santiago was responsive throughout our stay. We recommend and would definitely stay at any of Santiago’s properties in the future.

Beautiful view, great hotel, wonderful restaurants. We stayed for two nights, for 24 hours we went all inclusive, it was worth the $300 for the upgrade. The price on the hotel room itself was a great deal as well. Would book again.

This place is one of a kind. Brand new, well done, maximized construction to take advantage of cross ventilation and everyyhing the landscape has to offer. Evening stars were unlike any I’ve ever witnessed. Peace and tranquility achieved. I will most definitely need to return to this location a few times a year to reset my soul.

We have stayed at this building multiple times and in my view it is one of the best places to stay in Cabo especially if you are not the resort type. It is an excellent location and unit.

Wished we could have stayed longer but Eduardo’s place was perfect for what we needed. The check in instructions were very clear and the receptionist was lovely despite not working for air bnb directly. The place was spotless and smelt very clean.

This place was perfect for our family of four. Location was great. Gated community felt very safe. We rented their golf cart which I highly recommend because we took it everywhere — to the store, to restaurants and to the beach. Rob was an excellent host and attended to our every need. Would definitely rent again.

Excelente lugar, todo coincidía con la descripción, muy buena atencion por parte de todo el personal, super segura el area, hay carritos de golf y combis para moverte dentro del complejo ya que pertenece a Quivira que incluye acceso al hotel Pueblo Bonito Sun Set Beach, el unico problema es que es tan amplio que moverse a pie no es tan buena opcion por lo cual si es super recomendado ir el carro o rentar uno ya que los servicios de transporte gratis quese brindan son hasta las 6 de la tarde. La pasamos super agusto y claro que nos gustaria volver. Totalmete recomendado.

My friends and I came to Cabo for Spring Break and we loved staying here! The 3bed/3bath setup is perfect for a larger group and the condo had all the amenities we needed. They provide supplies like towels, chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, water guns, a safe to store travel documents, and more. There is also a water filter in the kitchen and some basic spices and condiments in the cabinets. The location was great, just 15 minutes walking from restaurants and nightlife. Sergio was very responsive over text and helped us find everything we needed. He answered our questions and took care of everything promptly. He also helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport, which went smoothly. The condo felt spacious and the balcony was useful to dry clothes at the end of the day. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great time. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Ronald's place in Cabo! The location is perfect—an easy walk along the beach into town, or just hop in an Uber. Highly recommend chatting with Gavin from Big Brothers for any water activities—we went fishing and landed a massive marlin! Another bonus: the kids' club at the resort next door is free to use (open 10am–1pm and 2–4pm), which was great for our little ones. The gym is well-equipped with dumbbells up to 80 lbs, plus a sauna, steam room, and spa facilities. No Olympic bars, but everything else you’d need for a solid workout. Overall, a great spot with everything you need for a fun and relaxing trip!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming Airbnb, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome set the tone for a delightful experience. The location of the property was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. The interior of the home was beautifully decorated, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed me to enjoy some home-cooked meals during my stay. One of the highlights was the comfortable bed, ensuring restful nights after days filled with exploration. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions!

It was a beautiful condo, just like the photo. Large balcony overlooking the pool and golf course. Plenty of supplies, oil, spices etc. plus beach chairs, and coolers washer & dryer, Restaurants and bars within walking distance. We asked Eisaivador and the owner Tyler, the owner, about getting a bus from the airport, which we did. The instructions were easy to follow, and it cost $4 each, and that fare from the airport would take you all the way to Cabo San Lucas. We did a lot of walking to downtown San Jose del Cabo, and caught the bus to the local grocery store, La Coma, (which is where the bus from the airport dropped us off. From there you could walk about a mile to the condo, or hop on a different bus that dropped you right in front of the La Costa condo complex and then continued on to San Jose Del Cabo. A fantastic vacation. Maybe a ten minute walk to the beach. We loved everything about the vacation. We LOVED the guacamole chips and dip at Latino 8 bar & restaurant.

Hacienda Beach Club & Residences is an amazing resort. The property is safe, well maintained, and top notch. Service is exceptional. Our host, Laura was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our time in Cabo. I would highly recommend the Hacienda as a whole and, specifically Laura’s residence - you can’t go wrong!

We had a wonderful stay, the abundance of restaurants, shopping and activities within walking distance is amazing. The restaurant in the pool courtyard was great. The staff and other guest at the facility were friendly. The Condo was spacious super clean and had everything you need to relax and entertain friends and family. The master suite was great and having an in-suite laundry was very handy. The only unfortunate part about our stay was the noise complaint we received due to our adult children coming home very rambunctiously after a night out on the town. The staff at the complex were a lot more gracious speaking with them than we were, I can assure you of that. Thanks Again to Scott We will defiantly stay again if we are back in Cabo!

The apartment at El Gavilán was perfect. At night all you can hear are the waves crashing on the beach down below. The place is all new and has everything you need: dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, comfy beds, full sized modern appliances, and comfortable furniture both inside and on the balcony. We happened to be in town and Diane graciously gave us a tour so we could get it out before booking. And she (Diane) was super nice. And we got to meet her baby! Overall, this place is as good as it gets if you want to visit Cerritos. We particularly love sleeping with the windows open. And unlike other places there is no noise from the street or bars to disturb our rest. Also, we saw no mosquitos. So that’s another plus.

Casa Mango was the absolute perfect venue for our group of 2 couples and 2 babies. The two bedrooms are quite separated from each other, so if one of the babies was crying the other family would have no idea! We loved our private patio and for the most part had the lusciously landscaped grounds to ourselves. The location can't be beat - it's walking distance to everything Los Barriles has to offer, and the house comes with a lot of convenient items, like beach chairs, beach umbrella and wagon to transport it all. I would love to come back again and definitely recommend it!

Loved this area. Our first time here! The rental had everything we needed! From a well stocked kitchen, to beach chairs, pickleball racquets, the rooftop chairs! Great layout! The whole community was so well done with beautiful landscaping and nice pools. Such a quick walk to the beach and great restaurants! Loved it!! 😍

This was one of, if not the COOLEST Airbnbs I've ever stayed in!!! My group of 12 girls had ample space and the rooms were spread out enough that we each really felt like we had our own private space to retreat to if we needed a moment of quiet away from the full group. This Airbnb is incredibly aesthetically pleasing - we were excited to be in a new place (La Paz) but found ourselves almost not wanting to leave the property because the vibes were so amazing within our little compound! We also experienced a small maintenance issue during our stay, and the day-to-day manager, Oscar, showed up ASAP to fix the problem for us. Oscar was so, so kind! I hope I get the chance to visit this place again in the future.

This house was so unique. Very comfortable beds, Beautiful house. Construction next door was minimal.

We had a wonderful stay! Arsen and Dario the concierge were so helpful and responsive to anything we needed. The home was very clean and comfortable. We stayed home more often than we expected because we enjoyed the pool and beautiful view so much! We would highly recommend staying at this house if you ever get the chance!

Great place to stay with a group of friends or family. Beautiful peaceful home in a gated community which is nice. They made sure they accounted well for who was going in and out driver wise by taking their IDs. Location is in a great central middle place between nice hotels, 10-15 minutes to downtown and Rosa Negra which is a must go to if you want a good time. Jacuzzi and the rooftop were the most used community areas and great place to gather everyone. Coco bay was also very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Overall great place to stay I would come back if I can next time I’m in Cabo.

Our stay at the beachside house in San Carlos was truly unforgettable. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We appreciated the attention to detail in every corner of the house, and the seamless blend of comfort and style made our experience even more special.
