It was a lovely place, private, clean, and everything we expected to make our stay here so enjoyable. Great location. We will be coming back with our family.

We had a great stay. This was our third year and this location!

Minerva es una anfitriona cálida, generosa, cuidadosa y muy amable. Estuvimos felices en su casa, la sentimos como nuestra desde el primer día. La casa es amplia, cómoda y decorada con muy buen gusto. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para descansar y convivir en familia. Las camas, almohadas y toallas son perfectas. Como es temporada de invierno Minerva tuvo el cuidado de dejarnos unas cobijas deliciosas. El lugar de parking cuenta con una enredadera hermosa que da sombra. La playa Palmilla que es hermosa queda a 8 minutos en auto y el centro de San José a 15 minutos. Definitivamente regresaré con amigos y familia.

El lugar estaba muy limpio, tiene todo lo que necesitas para tener una buena estancia. Shawn siempre contestaba rapido mis mensajes de cualquier duda. un muy buen lugar para pasar las vacaciones, super recomendado!

Jodi is a great host, very nice and accommodating and easy to communicate with. The place is beautiful and has great views - if you’re looking to golf, it’s an amazing location and club Campestre is a great course. It is a little difficult to access and not very walkable to central areas however it’s very private and the amenities, however if you’re looking for a h Gorgeous place that’s private and quiet, I would recommend 100%

I love staying here and have been back multiple times over the years. Every single time it gets better! I love that it’s on the 2nd and 3rd floor….i feel like I’m in the city on the water. So many balconies and terraces for epic views. Very comfy beds and furniture, too! I never want to leave, and always try to come back at least once a year when possible!! Dos Lobos, the wine and tapas bar downstairs makes the perfect aperol spritz and amazing blue corn tortilla tacos! One of my fave spots to stay in all of LORETO….and super close to the beach!!!

Diane’s place was great! The location is within walking distance to literally every fun to do in Cabo. We never needed a car. Super clean and a very pleasant view. Only thing though - we couldn’t even have a conversation inside the apartment around midnight on Friday or Saturday night without the neighbors complaining about “noise”. Other than that, awesome stay!

Excelente Atención de parte de Irela, su departamento es muy cómodo, limpio y bien equipado, en todas las areas, la decoración muy bonita, nos toco un huracán categoría 2 y excelente como refugio ningún problema, y ninguna inundación en el fraccionamiento, ni en la casa, al contrario de otras casas que si tuvieron problemas...irela siempre estuvo al tanto de nosotros, Ni respetos y muchas gracias! :) recomiendo totalmente este lugar!!

el departamento, la ubicación y la atención son excelentes. es nuestra mejor opción en la paz, siempre! incluso esta vez me ayudaron a modificar mi reserva para no perderla, dado que yo me había equivocado en las fechas reservadas. mil gracias! nos vemos la próxima!!

La Jolla is a very nice and secure neighborhood. The views were insanely good from the balcony/patio. The pool was quiet and nice. We love the area. The reason I gave it 4 stars for location is the highway noise is not the best. If they could only buffer that sound it would be heaven. Very late at night the highway quiets down and you can hear the waves. Good value for the price overall.

We had a little trouble finding the house initially, but once we did we appreciated how secluded the entrance was. The house is clearly an old hotel or hostel with a check in desk in the living room/lobby. That threw us off at first as 2 of the bedrooms have their own entrances, they don’t connect to the main house. It ended up working fine, but if you have small kids it might be nice to know they won’t be in your actual space. Besides that, the garden is very pretty, lots of birds to watch. The pool is clean. The fridge is very cold. Great location. I thought my bed was comfortable. The water heater is small but we did have hot water.

Adriana’s home was great. Her home is very new & modern. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were a good size. Kitchen had everything we needed accept a sponge. The concierge was amazing. We didn’t realize how far it was from the resort side or even to get to anything on the resort. The concierge was able to help us rent a car and reserve a golf cart. The golf cart did not come so we ended up having to rent the car for the remainder of our trip. But it was so much easier to coordinate with the concierge than to struggle on finding a way to the main resort to get out. My family and I had such an amazing time and this was a very memorable trip. Thank you Adriana & team.

The description was accurate and all the information that we needed was provided in the listing. There was a water pump issue when we arrived in the back (it kept going off every 30 seconds). Once we reported it to Ian in the day it was promptly fixed. All other concerns were promptly addressed. It's a fairly good location, maybe just a bit of a walk to the malecon but was great for our needs and price.

We had a delightful stay which only could have been better with a few more days! Very well equipped kitchen with lots of basics and extras. It made cooking easy. Great communication from our hostess with easy to follow directions and instructions. Bikes and kayaks were a very nice bonus. We hope to return.

Nacho was a great host , super communicative and always replied quickly, his home was super clean and would love to stay there again

The place was perfect place to get off the grid. There are 2 amazing one of a kind restaurants. Shade and Zia. Definitely worth the try. Make reservations through face book for Zia. The road to the house is not maintained and traveling is reduced to about 10 miles an hour. The dryer does not work and I think it has been that way awhile. Crunchy air dried towels are a dead giveaway. The few neighbors are friendly and helpful. Call can doo rentals for ATV’s etc. the visa soul hotel can help you get a mobile masseuse. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location between the two capes, great host communication, convenient prestock service, well-equipped kitchen and reliable WiFi for working remote. The pool/hottub are a short walk away and very nice. Easy walk to El Merkado for food across the main street. The noise from the neighbors above traveled quite easily, bring earplugs if you want to sleep in. A doggo clearly used to live here, so keep that in mind when booking with any allergies. 🐶
