We liked this place very much , it was very cosy and it has felt like a home. Our kids very also very happy to find big box full with toys 😃 Perfect stay !

The villa was even better in person than the pictures and description in the listing. It was exactly what we wanted and even more. Having a pool and braai/barbecue right next to the ocean was so special and the jacuzzi was a bonus. Ivan also organised a SUP and kayak for us to enjoy which really made spending time at the villa even better. Thanks Ivan for a very special week at your place and for all your effort.

My stay at this beautiful apartment was fantastic! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can't wait to come back! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

Virkelig skønt sted med den skønneste udsigt. Klart vand i bugten og dejlig pool. En kæmpe balkon med solstole og lounge. Egen garage og lille skønt plateau ved vandet. I gåafstand til bådudlejning, restauranter, iskiosk og lille købmand. Er bestemt et genbesøg værd.

Tilava ja viihtyisä asunto. Keittiö todella hyvin varusteltu, hyvä sänky ja kaunis piha. Just perfect! Saimme tervetulotoivotuksena lettuja ja viiniä. Jelica olisi vienyt meidät kauppaan, jos olisimme halunneet. Lähtöpäivänä meidät vietiin satamaan. Kiitos Jelica!

Die Unterkunft von Daniel ist sehr schön und der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.Wir waren sehr früh in Split und haben trotz der frühen Ankunft die Möglichkeit bekommen unsere Sachen sicher abzustellen und konnten früher einchecken als angegeben.Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können den Gastgeber sowie die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.Danke!

This was the perfect spot to stay in Split. It's incredibly close to the beach and some great restaurants, and very easy walking distance to explore the old town centre and Diocletian's palace. Because it's on the lower ground floor it stayed cool and welcoming after a hot day even with the AC turned off.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in Zlatko's Haus gefühlt. Er hat uns bei der Fähre in Trogir empfangen und alles genau erklärt. Er ist sehr freundlich und antwortet sofort auf Nachrichten. Auf der Insel brach unser Transfer auf halber Strecke zusammen und wir mussten unser ganzes Gepäck zum Haus tragen. Dann waren noch ein paar kleinere Sachen beim Check-In, aber Zlatko war sehr nett und hatte uns angeboten als Entschädigung 2 Tage kostenlos zu bleiben, was wir leider nicht konnten. Ein Vermieter könnte nicht besser reagieren. Das Haus hat wirklich alles was man braucht, sogar ein SUP war dort. Man kann Weintrauben pflücken und unter der Pergola waren immer ganz viele Schmetterlinge, total schön! Leider auch viele Moskitos, aber bei jedem Fenster ist ein Netz. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt und wunderschön!! Leider sind die 3 Restaurants auf der Insel sehr teuer und die Portionen sehr klein. Also unbedingt genug Essen mitnehmen! Diese Insel bzw Haus ist perfekt zum Entschleunigen

L’hôte nous a très bien accueilli, avec toutes les explications, et avec un apéritif de la spécialité locale. Il est super réactif, très avenant et nous a proposé plein de bel endroit pour profiter (plages, restaurants…). Le logement est également génial, proche du centre, supermarché au alentour, il est très propre, très bien pour un long séjour. Le lit est confortable, la cuisine est bien aménagée, la salle de bain également avec tous les éléments (lessive, serviette…). Je recommande fortement.
