Having a great host makes all the difference when you're renting on Airbnb. Hamza is a great host. Goes above and beyond to make guests comfortable. The location is great if you want to be in an authentic Turkish area that is not touristy. The apartment is spacious for Istanbul standards and has everything you need. There is a good sized kitchen that is well-equipped. The pictures actually don't do the apartment justice. Also, Hamza isn't one of those cheap hosts who don't provide enough towels - there were many towels and sheets. However, note that the parking garage is narrow and requires you to back in on an incline. It wasn't an issue for me since I'm used to driving in the narrow streets of Bakirkoy. It is also worth mentioning that at the time of our stay the mattresses were still good but approaching the cuttoff time when they will need to be replaced (sinking). Overall, whatever you need, Hamza will make it happen. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place, host, everything. Honestly, the place itself is beautiful and looks much better in person than it does in pictures. Each room has a terrace which is amazing. The apartment itself has everything you need and if not, feel free to ask downstairs at the front desk as those guys are super helpful. There’s a nice coffee shop right next to the apartment called Sable, strongly recommend. And the mall has a great supermarket with lots of options. All in all, great place and we’ll come back. Highly recommended.

the place is wonderful and very calm and the host were so descent and response fast to any question , the only drawback about the place is that it is far away from any supermarket ,restaurant , cafe or shopping mall

Very recommendable. Nice and clean apartment, very good communication with the host, nice spa in the hotel that you can use. The only downside for when you want to stay there because you have an event in the hotel is that they close the door to walk into the apartment complex from inside the hotel at 11 pm, so in the night you always have to walk from outside.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

From start to finish an incredible stay. Cinar met me on the corner and helped me to the apartment when my ride approached from the wrong direction on a one way street. Then walked me to a recommended nearby restaurant. Always responsive and helpful. Lovely apartment. Lovely location. In the middle of a lot of street activity in a safe location. I would definitely stay here again if I get to return. Thanks.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν άψογο, 12-15 από istiklal. Στο 6ο όροφο με ωραία θέα, πεντακάθαρο. Το συγκρότημα πολύ οργανωμένο με πισίνα , γυμναστήριο και 2 καταστήματα φαγητού και ο οικοδεσπότης άψογος, ότι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν πάντα εκεί και μας βοηθούσε!!

We had a really nice time in Riza’s and Onur’s house. It is next to so many cafes and the commute is very easy with tram and ferry stations within 5-minutes walk. We were a family of 8 and had enough space for everyone. The house is well-equipped and had everything we needed. It does have many stairs inside and particularly the ones to the top floor are quite steep, but the hosts were very forthcoming about it and made sure we knew about it before confirming the booking. The communication was great and any small technical issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. My daughter is into arts and she particularly enjoyed various pieces of art in the house. Great stay and many thanks to the hosts!

Great stay in the heart of the city right next to Taksim. Easy to find, just a short climb away from the main attractions. The apartment is well fitted with everything one might need, is clean and has an airy feel. Since it is in quite a central location it might have a bit of noise background but otherwise perfect for most visitors.

Erhan has been a great host and provided easy and straightforward instructions and advice. Was very responsive to our questions and requests too. Would definitely recommend his place to anyone who wants to stay in a homely environment instead of a hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful two-level apartment. The space is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a cozy yet modern feel. One of the highlights was the lush garden—perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing in a peaceful, green setting. The balcony upstairs offered lovely views and added a great touch of privacy. The location is very secluded and quiet, ideal for anyone looking to unwind, but also felt incredibly safe and secure throughout my stay. It truly felt like a little hidden oasis. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

The place was very tidy and cozy! It was sparkling clean which is always a priority for me - clean kitchen, clean bathroom, clean sheets. The host is very helpful and responsive - replies almost instantly. There are Starbucks and a grocery store next to the building. And last but not least - we happened to visit during an earthquake and the building was very stable! I absolutely recommend this apartment and the host!

Ugur is an incredible host. We were traveling to Istanbul for our wedding and Ugur helped find a laundry service to help iron a wedding dress and tuxedo! His office is located around the corner and was quick to reply to any questions or concerns. We saw a few reviews about noise but we felt the apartment was very quiet and had no issues.

This was one of my favorite Istanbul stays! Both the location & the house were amazing & so we enjoyed going out & staying in in our cozy space. Very stylish & smart design. The host is super responsive & very helpful. We truly enjoyed this stay & definitely coming back ✨
