Lots of space for people to sleep, which is what we need, and having a bench press and squat rack was an extra plus! Just need a few more plates :) Good place, hosts were communicative in resolving a very minor issue, would stay again.

The property was very easy to access and the check in with a staffed reception desk makes it very easy and convenient. It's close to many local attractions and restaurants and conveniently has a Wawa in the facility for quick groceries and needs. The host is very responsive and their proactive communication with a link to all the information you need is helpful. I highly recommend the space and will use again if back in Philadelphia.

A beautiful space! Looked just like the photos! My biggest concern was the street parking, but I never had an issue finding a spot to park. Would definitely book this place again!

Great space! We came to Philly for my uncle’s funeral. It was such an awesome space for our group of 12. The kitchen was my favorite part along with the master bath. That water temp in the bathroom was perfect. We will be back!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay!! If you are not super picky or boujee, this place is for you. Price was AMAZING for how close we were to everything. Grocery, wine, diner & target within walking distance. This was our first time in Philly & we were very pleased with the location. There were some minor things that we personally didn’t care about but others might. Peeling of paint in shower, missing knob on one bathroom sink, smell in the hall way, little bit of a trek to get from garage to room, on corner of a busy street, had an issue with the washer…like I said minor things we didn’t mind! Otherwise, the host was very responsive. We had 2 toddlers with us & the noise outside was not an issue for them in regards to sleep. Make sure you watch the instruction video on how to get from the garage to the room. We were very turned around in the building until we watched the video!! When we come back to Philly we hope this place is available to rent again!!

I visited two weekends in a row from Maryland, im originally from Philadelphia & usually come to visit friends & family! let me tell you, it felt like my home away from home! The place is absolutely charming, with cozy vibes and everything you could possibly need. Each weekend was filled with fun adventures, beautiful views of the city & is closed to the pier! I loved coming back to relax in such a lovely space. The host is an absolute gem, so friendly and accommodating! They made sure I had everything I needed and even shared some of the best cinnamon flavored muffin that were to die for! I can’t wait to go back again! The description for this Airbnb is very accurate. Please keep in mind that the description is very clear that this is a historic building...there is a degree of "city charm" that comes with that! The location is FANTASTIC, you can purchase groceries at Target, Sprouts or Giant so you have options for shopping...Dunkin and Starbucks are within just a minute of the front door if you don't care to do a pour over (provided) The host is also fantastic, we had a work emergency which required an extended stay and the host responded within just minutes I also had a question about what was required during departure and heard back within just minutes of my inquiry Enjoy feeling at home while taking in all the city has to offer --- will book again on next trip to Philly!!

Worked out great for family of 3 and a friend to enjoy sports at Wells Fargo, the subway is the next block and was easy on and off. Parking garage was nice to have so we didn't have to keep moving the vehicle or have it out in the open. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beth was super responsive and helpful with instructions. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Great location close to / walkable to everything in city center.

Elizabeth was very responsive, kind ,and helpful. She explained everything I would possibly need to know in very detailed terms. The space itself was very spacious and beautiful. The location was perfect, you can see city hall straight down the street, there’s a sprouts, target, giant, starbucks and many food places right outside of the building. Very convenient location and there’s free 24 hr parking. absolutely loved this property and can’t wait to come back here i definitely will be booking with Elizabeth in the future!!

We came upstate with our little doggy to have an evening with friends. Nikhil's place was just perfect for our needs. The location was walkable to the activity downtown Market street. It was clean, comfortable, and there were even extra toothbrushes! I forgot mine, don't you hate it when you do that? Two parking spaces around back, and free street parking right in front also. A quite unique bonus was a spiral staircase down to a cozy small 'lounge' area with exposed brick. Loved that! Nikhil was responsive during booking and then we didn't need him for anything else due to clear instructions. Even the light switches were labeled. Will definitely stay here next time, thank you Nikhil. -Tanya

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

Great stay, great house, great host. Location is amazing. Perfectly located on the creek for walking, biking, kayaking. Dogs loved it. View was just what I needed. Great restaurants and shopping nearby.

We are repeat guests at Rod's home and always enjoy our stay. The location is perfect, you can walk to many restaurants and shops in Bryn Mawr. Snap pizza and Bubba's Cheesesteak are favorites! The kitchen is well equipped to prepare your own meals, as well. The home is wonderfully clean and cozy with comfortable beds, quality linens, and plenty of seating areas. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
