Stunning views. Very comfortable accommodation, lots of facilities. Aspect of kitchen and large outside dining area particularly pleasing. Very comfortable beds . Tons of games ,- don't need to take any! Very near to lovely beaches and Abersoch.

The accommodation, location and facilities were perfect for a special birthday weekend for a party of 13... The house easily accommodated everyone, with plenty of space to relax. The kitchen was a superb focal point for a weekend of celebration and having access to multiple fridges was ideal. Outside, the natural pool was fabulous, as was the sauna, patio area and garden.. There are lovely walks from the house and a great local pub within reach. Very helpful neighbours on hand, if needed. Tim was an excellent host and this is a perfect setting for a special occasion.

We stayed here over February half term as a family get away of 12 people. The house was warm, cozy and inviting. It was like being at home. The upstairs lounge with views over the sea was a real show stopper! 10-15 minute walk to the beach and stunning views all around. Hosts were great with sorting a heating issue before we even arrived, great communication. Would highly recommend, and will be revisiting in warmer months to enjoy the pool.

This was the second time I’ve stayed in one of Peter and Doreen’s properties. They are always such wonderful hosts and are very accommodating. We visited Pentrenant Hall as a group of 19; 5 families with children ranging from 2 years old to 5 years old. The venue was perfect for us; the kids loved the bunk rooms and the huge dining room. The grounds are well cared for and provided an exciting and safe place for our children to explore. They particularly enjoyed toasting marshmallows by the fire pit outside! The adults managed to take advantage of the hot tub a couple of times too which was a lovely treat! And a few competitive games of table football in the games room. Overall a fantastic stay - we are already making plans to return next year!

Place was amazing. Location of caravan was best. Easily spotted. So thoughtful host. Internet connection was weak but lot of DVDs for kids. Many toys. Amazingly spare batteries were available too. Nearby amenities. Beach and town centre in walking distance. Weather got bad. So much rain and wind with power cut and no mobile signal for whole of the town that kind of made the stay little not well but other that our family enjoyed well. Would prefer to come to Aber in Summer and would love to stay here.

What a wonderful host, and magical place. It was such a lovely time, we’ve booked to come again. Mike is a treat, a remarkable character who exudes a warm that makes you feel instantly at home. The barn is full of charm and the chickens, ducks and peacocks a delight (especially if you see them angling for a biscuit from Mike!) The pool is incredible. Perfect for all ages. We’re half visiting again in the hope the kids will be bored of the pool and we’ll be able to get out and explore more… I don’t hold out too much hope on that one. A real gem of a find.

All good! A very nice stay overall, Mark was very responsive, greeted us and saw us into our accommodation. Place was tidy and presentable, Shower and kitchen were really good quality and the Jacuzzi was a bonus. Didn't use the TV or WIFI but no reason to think there would be any issue there. Mark popped over on checkout and we had a nice chat about Snowdon and the local area, really friendly and a great visit! Thanks!

Great accommodation, lovely and clean, beds nice and comfy and everything that we wanted was in the house. Eddie answered emails very quickly we would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the lovely house for my 40th birthday weekend and had a brilliant time. The house is amazing and caters for absolutely everybody. Would highly recommend for a family break!! Helen was a fantastic host would go back without hesitation.

Lindsay was a great host, right from the beginning communication was brilliant. Great accommodation, very clean, very welcoming, and everyone had been thought of, down to our little dog, thank you. There was a very useful folder which gave clear instructions about the property and the local area. Peaceful area to stay, good area nearly to walk dogs. Would highly recommend and if we were to back up in Liverpool, we would stay at again. Thank you Lindsay

Zeny is a very friendly and helpful host. She provided will all the instructions and also answered our query very quick. The place was well stocked with tea, coffee, chocolate's, drinks, milk. The bar area was nice place to hang out. The house had good amount of rooms to accommodate our group.

Its a lovely well equipped house with easy access to all the shops and seafront. Warm and cosy with plenty of space and bathrooms.

I was very impressed with this place. Everyone loved it and felt right at home! The place is new, impressively decorated and has tonnes of space. It’s easy to get to by car and has a big driveway. Everything we needed was there, the host was always available and was helpful.

Mary was really responsive and went out of her way to help. House was incredibly spacious (and pink😁) and allowed everyone to have their own private space, but with large communal areas for socialising (kitchen/living areas and gardens.) Kitchen was really well-equipped. Super stay and would definitely come back. Thank you!

The house is beautiful, lovely and clean with everything you need. Plus some lovely added extras. Gavin was always available if we needed anything. Plenty to do locally, the beach is just a short walk away and we had a lovely day out in Conwy which was just a short drive away. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Karen's cottage! A lovely little base to explore Snowdon. Everything was as described, super cute, amazingly stocked fireplace which is such a lovely touch, a big nice open plan kitchen and a desk area to work from, a great deep bathtub and comfortable beds! Karen went out of her way to help us and answered all the questions we had about the area! will definitely come back!

Richard makes you feel home from the beginning. Very friendly and helpful, digitally and live. Richard happened to be at the manor at our arrival time, so we got to meet eachother live as well. The manor is absolutely stunning! Our party of 7 had all the room and freedom to enjoy a weekend away and relax. The house is classic, yet all the equipment is completely up to speed. Clean bathrooms and kitchen, all the accessories are there to cook and enjoy the jacuzzi. We BBQ’ed 2 nights since it was good weather. The night it rained we enjoyed the games room. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a fantastic stay, it was great to all have our own private bathrooms and so many perfect rooms to relax in. Everything had been thought of for our comfort. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk away and we had a long walk there, but no swimming as it's tidal. We found a lovely restuarant locally too. It is a happy house and has kind, helpful hosts, we cannot recommend highly enough.

Jacob was communicative, and hospitable. The home was comfortable, and clean with an incredibly functional kitchen. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable accommodation.

Esme was very helpful, responded to queries and requests straight away. Great location, easy access to town centre with great views over the town from the garden and very peaceful.

What a gorgeous house! So cosy and a real home from home. It was honestly spotless and little extras included. Lots of thought gone in to make us feel welcome. A basket of treats, for the children too. Comfy and clean beds and bedding. Location was good. Check in was straight foward and very easy. We were only there for two nights, but wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you again Jo.
