Was a great stay with amazing views. Will most likely be returning eventually!

We had a fantastic family celebration at Hilbre. It accommodated 8 of us very happily. We were blessed with fabulous weather (in February!) and so spent a lot more time out exploring than we might have done, but I'm confident that we still would have had a lovely time even if we had spent longer indoors. Some family that live locally called in to visit us and even they were impressed by the views over the Strait.

What an absolutely stunning place to stay. So luxurious, comfortable, cosy and spotlessly clean. The welcome treats and fresh flowers were lovely and greatly appreciated. The house far exceeded our expectations - can honestly say it’s the best place we’ve stayed. There was everything we could have possibly needed and more. The beds were soooo comfortable! As one of the previous reviews said, when we got up in the morning, we couldn’t wait to get back into bed that night! Particularly after long walking days. Fantastic location, right in the heart of Llanberis with easy access to Snowdon, Padarn Country Park and Quarry plus local shops, bars and eateries. Ceri and Paul were fabulous hosts, very responsive and kind. The information booklet was great and very informative. We cannot recommend their place highly enough. Thanks so much we had a really lovely stay.

My engineers have stayed here a few times and Ben has been nothing shy of amazing as a host! Lovely place to stay, definantly recommend.

Lynne’s place was absolutely beautiful, we felt very much at home and well rested by the end of our trip. The cottage was comfortable and cozy, exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful cottage.

Lucinda’s place was easy to find and set in a beautiful, peaceful location. Communication was excellent with prompt responses, which made everything hassle-free. It was wonderfully quiet during my stay, though I imagine the area gets busier in the summer with the nearby public reservoir and woodlands. If you have reactive dogs, it's something to keep in mind. The property is located along the road to the reservoir, so if you're looking for total seclusion, it might be a bit more lively with walkers and cars passing by. However, if you’re out exploring during the day, this probably won’t be an issue. One of the highlights was having walks right from the doorstep, which made it so easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Andy’s place. Has a very homely feel to the house, and we felt very relaxed and comfortable during our stay. The location is perfect, less than 10 minutes to bottom of Snowdon. Would stay here again for definite.

Had a lovely couple of days in Simon's place. great location for the park and restaurants/pubs nearby. really lovely building the apartment is situated in as well, and the rooms are ginormous. check in was really simple and Simon was super responsive when we interacted with him. really handy having a parking spot in such a busy area too and all the amenities you could need in the apartment itself. thanks very much!!

A very nice host, friendly and discreet. The place had a lovely little cottage feel and I loved the use of space for the bunk beds.

Lorraine's place was brilliant, better than we expected, the apartment was very luxurious. In a great location we could walk into the town/ city center, to the cathedral for the choir service, walk to the Albert dock, to the bars. Basically we had one of the best Christmases ever, Lorraine very kindly put a tree and decorations up for us. The views from the apartment were stunning. We would defiantly stay there again and probably will. Thanks Lorraine kind regards Graham and Julie.

Had an excellent 2 night stay in this beautiful place, Grady was a responsive host and had clear instructions. The area was beautiful and it’s in walking distance of all the amenities and everything Barmouth has to offer. The apartment was a lot bigger then I presumed. We booked the apartment for a weekend to walk up snowdon. The town was quiet as out of season for tourists, but the apartment was a great size and felt at home right away. Everywhere was spotless clean and spacious. Can’t fault it.

Great place ideally located for Llanberis and all it has to offer and hiking from the door. Really friendly on arrival and also when there was a small issue with the shower which was sorted immediately. Would definitely return!

Darren was a most attentive host. On arrival he met me personally and acquainted me with some of the features of the flat to make sure I was comfortable. I was delighted to find complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk had been provided. Not to mention jaffa cakes too (coincidentally I adore these ☺️ ) Thoughtful touches all round; such a warm welcome. Without any reservation I truly enjoyed my 6 week stay. The apartment itself was just beautiful. It was tastefully furnished. I loved the understated accents round the flat. It was a space in which I could unwind and decompress after a busy day. So warm and cosy - just what I needed on cold winter nights🤗 Great location:I was spoilt for choice when it came places to eat out as there are plenty good ones South Road.The flat is well served by public transport - Waterloo Rail Station and bus stop is about a 2 minute walk at most.

This was our first visit to the Wirral and wow what a great location and amazing views across the marine lake, Dee estuary and the Welsh coast line from “Westwinds”, the flat is lovely with all the home comforts, little luxuries and extras left for us. The flat is ideally located for invigorating walks, local restaurants (recommend Andre’s Italian restaurant),travelling into Liverpool on Merseyrail. Thank you Nicky for being a great host and we will return soon!

The cottage was beautiful, very cosy and well presented. They clearly take very good care and attention to how they keep their space. Not only was it beautiful inside and out but the bed was very comfy and everything was very tidy and clean. The hosts are kind and friendly and welcomed us upon arrival. 100% hope to go back soon to spend a night under the stars in the hot tub.

Really lovely house, perfect for two people with lots of space and a nice wood burner. It's in a great location, very close to a town and has lots of lovely walks and hikes nearby. Nick was very helpful and was very quick to respond if we ever needed anything. Overall was a great place to stay.

Truly beautiful cottage which is amazingly decorated and is like a home from home. The garden was also great and safe for children to explore. Elliw and Family were amazing hosts, very friendly and made the stay easy and enjoyable. Perfectly located to explore Criccieth as well as along the coast line. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting a cosy, warm and luxurious place to stay!

Such a lovely experience!! The cottage is beautiful and it was so peaceful being surrounded by nature. The host Steve was beyond helpful and kind to us. I would 100% recommend anyone to visit here! We will definitely return!!

Having visited the town over the years, we were glad to be in such a convenient location. Vicki was very responsive and accommodating when organising logistics and once we were in the house there were no issues.

So warm and comfy - great to come back to after a cycle along the lake. Exceptionally well equipped cottage with a fabulous cooker which even tempted me to cook a few meals. It’s very well heated and with the wood burner positively toasty even in February. The village is exceptionally friendly - I spent a lot of time chatting and everyone says hello. The lake is just down the road a great place to swim in a few months time. Philip was very helpful and friendly and always got back really quickly.

Great stay for a long weekend at Ians cottage. Lovely quiet village with plenty of hikes to for without needing to drive. The pub down the road by 40m walk is very very nice and lovely food. Lovely log fire in the cottage which we enjoyed and peaceful surroundings. Well equipt, very comfortable. Loved our stay thanks Ian!
