The place is very conducive to relax after a long drive - hassle free check-in, all areas are air-conditioned and clean. Accesible to stores, gas station due to its location near the highway. What we like most is the serenity of the Altierra. We definitely enjoy morning walks around the area. Moreover, the host is very responsive and accomodating to our inquiries. Thanks George! She provided us with everything that we need. The place is safe and is in the heart of the town proper which makes it accessible to anything. The place was spotless, smelled so good and there were split-type aircons everywhere! Sarah even made us try Bataan's specialty: dried and smoked fish! More importantly, she let me cuddle her Shihtzu pup which made our stay even more meaningful! 🤩😍 Will definitely stay here again if we visit Balanga again. We love you Sarah and Maui!♥️♥️♥️

It was our first time in bataan and mostly there are no hotels near the port and I found this listing which was perfect for our family. 3 bedrooms with ac, a kitchen where we can cook freely, and an outdoor seating to cool down the night. Feels like home because it was almost complete (except groceries) which was very convenient for us with a baby. The parking was perfect also for our car.

Our family had a great time staying here. The location is conveniently located near the highway and is easy to locate. The hosts are nice and friendly. The house and amenities are good. Both adults & kids enjoyed the place. There are very minor things that can be improved but are not deal breakers for us to rate the listing anything below perfect. We’ve already recommended the place to our relatives and we look forward to booking the place again.

During our one-night stay, the place exuded a charming provincial vibe that made it feel like a home away from home. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and it felt like a luxurious hotel experience with complimentary toiletries and pristine white bath towels. Gina, the caretaker, was incredibly accommodating and attentive. We had a great time and we will surely recommend this place to our friends and family. Thank you to Ms. Dalen, the owner, who was very friendly and accommodating. She made sure we enjoyed our one-night stay at her place.

This is a gorgeous spot! Wonderful for large groups. Celina and Ms. Julie (the property manager) go above and beyond to meet your needs. Despite being in the middle of the forest, the team on-site works hard to ensure that the property remains clean and beautiful at all times! As a large group of Americans traveling abroad, this stay provided great accommodations for our entire group. Air conditioning? Check! Restrooms with toilet seats and toilet paper (which is uncommon in this area)? Check! Mini fridges in every room to keep our waters cold? Check! Would definitely recommend. Just make sure that there are enough beds for your group before you book.

A few highlights of the property: 1) Private pool - need I say more? There are even jacuzzis for a relaxing soak 2) Pet friendly - pets are allowed but do take note that there are cats and dog around the property. You still have to be a responsible owner 3) There is a separate shower and comfort room AND another combined shower and comfort room. There is no problem with waiting for a long time for your turn to take a bath or use the toilet. And all toilets are equipped with hands free bidets! 4) There are grills available for use and basically almost anything that you would need since the host lives nearby on some days. All you have to do is ask nicely. 5) It’s a wide property and you can experience real farm life. The sunset is truly breathtaking. 6) Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar is about 2km away only. 7) Very attentive host who constantly keeps up on your needs.

The house is clean and cute, perfect for 3 to 4 pax.

The place is great, matched the description exactly, and Ms Dee and Ms Charmeen are both very proactive in replying to my many questions. Street parking is ok, the village is peaceful esp at night. Strategic location as the place is 5-10mins drive away from Balanga City Market (which we like the best). However, if water heater is a deal breaker for you then you should look somewhere else.

beautiful place for a peaceful and quiet getaway

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights to prepare for the Spartan Race at KDR Adventure Camp. The property is just 8 minutes away from KDR. While there is no Wi-Fi, the mobile data signal is strong in the area. The property is also conveniently located near restaurants, a grocery store, and 7/11. Plus, the host, Sir Jaazriel, is very warm and responsive.
