John and Candy were extremely prompt at responding to my messages. The home was clean, and they provided everything we needed. John made us feel welcomed. The location is perfect if you’re visiting the Disney parks and don’t want to stay at a hotel. The neighborhood is quiet. Check in and check out was smooth. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Excellent one bedroom home for what i needed. Melissa is also an excellent host. All straight forward and Melissa was awesome and quick to respond. 15-20 minute walk to everything in Long Beach. I plan to stay again this time next year.

We really enjoyed our stay here, and extended the length of our visit because we were having such a nice time. For our first airbnb experience, it was amazing. Definitely worth every penny. The location is beautiful and unique. The staff at Rumari were always extremely helpful and courteous when using the driveway. Everything was easy to figure out. The spot is roomy and very comfortable. And any questions were answered very promptly. Will be coming back here again in the future! Thank you for a lovely experience.

Great accommodations. Place was clean and comfortable, roof deck is a huge perk. Beds were comfortable. Clifton met me at the unit to show me everything, that was easy and really helpful.

Enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed and in such a quiet neighborhood. We played in the parks all day and rejuvenated on our return. Felt at home.

Great place for my family of three + dog when we were in town for a wedding. Sandy and Terry were great communicators and we had an easy time checking in and out. Would stay there again!

Great House,super quiet area

First and foremost, I want to say that I and my friends are very happy and satisfied with the place at a very first moment. They keep telling me that this place worth a 5 star rating. I told them, well I even want to give the place a good review at that moment, don’t have to wait till the end. We really love the community. Peaceful, nice view with great gym and beautiful pool. Just a perfect place for us. Thank you our lovely host.

Super cute, quiet, and close to Disneyland! There was plenty of amenities to keep our kids entertained throughout our stay. Everything was labeled and directions were posted in clearly visible areas. We were able to watch the Disneyland fireworks show each night they went off which was a surprise bonus for us! We look forward to renting with Eve again!

Our family of 5 had a very comfortable stay for our spring break vacation. We went to the beach everyday and ate out at many of the great restaurants in the area. OC is awesome and we were able to easily access all the fun spots. We will be back!

Our stay at Chuchu’s place was phenomenal. We had a wonderful time and the location went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Chuchu was responsive, kind, and was amazing. We’re so grateful for her and everything she’s done for us, her place was clean and looked exactly like the photos. We can’t recommend her airbnb enough. Thank you!

The hosts were extremely responsive and kind. The place was exactly as it was in the pictures. It was very comfy and cozy! It felt very safe and was close to the beach. We would definitely go back!!

This was a great home with added space you just can’t get when staying in a hotel. Bathroom and bedrooms were clean and well taken care of. Kitchen and tv room were perfect for the space needed. Hosts were welcoming and accessible if needed.

Ryan and Sebastian were very responsive. The place was clean and the person who was cleaning made sure he took the time to change linens, and clean the outdoors since the previous renters left late. It didn't bother us at all since we knew we are getting into a clean place. Close by restaurants and grocery stores. Overall, a great experience. Thank you.

The location of the home was great - walkable to multiple restaurants and nearby a Target. The home was well decorated and comfortable. It worked out well for our trip to Paramount and Disneyland.

Cat is a great host! My partner and I were looking for a place that was near the venue we were getting ready at, The Ebell. We stumbled upon this place and reached out to Cat before hand to make sure it was okay that my family and I could get ready there the morning of. She was gracious and allowed us to do so, so long as we were respectful of the home. I was so appreciative because the place was perfect. All the amenities PLUS great light in the morning… perfect for the makeup artists! lol. Her flexibility and quick responses to my inquiries just made the wedding prep that more enjoyable. I will say parking in the evenings can be very difficult if you are bringing two cars. Luckily, Cat answered my question right away and suggested an overnight lot nearby. Overall, one of my most enjoyable Airbnb stays due to its location, cleanliness and most of all Cat!

What a nice home in a wonderful area. Great for a business traveler or a family. About a 5 min uber to the beach or convention center and lots of local food and drink spots.

We loved this house!!! It's fun and interesting, lots of room for family. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms comfortable and well decorated (not Ikea). The beach is so close as is the town of Seal Beach-great location. Susan was the perfect host, very good communication. We can't wait to plan another stay.

This is a great little spot with exceptional location. Close to all the shops and restaurants as well as the beach. A cozy and comfortable bungalow with everything you could need. The bikes and all the beach equipment are a great touch.
